I built a costume firmware and I want to test it, but I have WAVE II and the firmware based on S8500DXLD1.
Is there anyway to run it on pc?

So request someone to do it. There is no alternative but to test.
Could you upload the files of the firmware? Then i could have a look on it. I am also on a LD1-version of my cfw.
written on my Samsung GT-S8530 with badaBoard!
I need to downgrade my OS so I can unlock my device. I think 4.1.1 should do it. Where would I find the older versions?

I used to dl firmwares with the samfiurm 0.3.6 tool which is now outdatet. The new site fw.update.com offers the same thing, but there is no chance to download
the 3 parted firmware anymore. Where can i please download the firmware for T810XXU2CPK1 ? Thanks in advance.

Look it up on updato.com just type in what device you have and it will link you to a download then download the latest version of Oden then flash away......

you can still use samfirm. the development might be stop but the software still working without any problem.

For me samfirm is not working anymore.

If your firmware is Bit 6, you cannot flash combination.
Guess i will have to wait or trash the phone

Samsung doesn't allow it. People were using combination to bypass FRP, so they had to block that.

Just to clarify since I am just good at following tutorials but not particularly knowledgeable about this process.
My Watch Active 2 R820 is currently on the BTG1 firmware already but with the region set to XAR, originally DBT.
Can I modify this firmware to set the region to KOO and then flash it without risking that I won't get OTA updates anymore?
From what I have read it should work since it won't downgrade anything.

I am on BTG1, CSC is XAR.
Can I flash the combination firmware and change the CSC to KOO, then flash the BTG1 firmware linked above and get the latest OTA update to Tizen 5.5?

Would this firmware work if I have a SM-R820NZKUUDC model? This is the Active 2 under armour version.
I got this to work with my standard R820 but am not afraid I will lose the preloaded Form Coach that comes with the under armour version. I have searched everywhere for this firmware or the one for the Gold addition with no luck.
Is this firmware Tizen 5?

I installed it and while it works ok, neither ECG nor BP works out of the box.
Which firmware am I supposed to use if I want to upgrade my Watch Active 2 bluetooth version from europe (Sweden)?
