ATTENZIONE: NON c'è SPB Shell integrato...!!!
Io ho fatto questa rom su richesta, ma non essendo questa risoluzione la mia preferita, ho incontrato alcuni problemi; uno su tutti proprio SPB Shell: per poterlo integrare avrei dovuto avere il supporto di CeRegEditor...che purtroppo non ha funzionato (non riesce a gestire i registri completi di due differenti versioni di rom). Per cui ho dovuto a malinucore rinunciare: spetterà a voi installarlo dopo il flashing.
Ancora...: assieme alla rom ho allegato al versione di Sipchange che uso io: purtroppo e come già detto, non digerisco molto i 128 DPI ed in questa versione la tastiera software (solo quella, la qwerty funziona bene) non funziona bene.
Per cui consiglio questa rom solo a chi NON fa uso della tastiera software (nella rom è già integrato Fake SIP: se installate SipChange potete impostare quella dll come predefinita).
In quanto a funzionalità è tutto ok e deriva dalla mia preferita (96 DPI) che non ho ancora postato (devo finirla).
Scusate se non svilupperò ulteriormente questa rom, altri impegni mi lasciano poco tempo da dedicargli.

WARNING: There is SPB Shell integrated ...!!!
I had this rom on request, but this resolution is not my favorite, I have encountered some problems, one in all its SPB Shell: in order to integrate I should have the support of CeRegEditor ... which unfortunately did not work (fails to manage the complete records of two different versions of the rom). So I had to give up malinucore: will you install it after flashing.
Yet ...: with the rom I have attached the version of Sipchange that I use: and, unfortunately, as already mentioned, much undigested 128 DPI and in this version, the software keyboard (only one, the qwerty works fine) does not work well.
So this rom only advice to those who DO NOT use the keyboard software (in this rom has already integrated Fake SIP: when installed SipChange dll that you can set as default).
As functionality is all ok and comes from my favorite (96 DPI) that I have not posted yet (I have to finish it).
Sorry if you do not develop further this rom, I have other commitments leave little time to dedicate.

1) disable all Lagfix
2) All Wipe in Recovery
3) go to install zip file from sdcard "SnakeSmooth.v1.zip (ClockWorkMod recovery needs derived from a kernel Speedmod)

5) When you first start the recovery it will ask you to press "yes" (the system will convert Ext2)

Non ho provato ancora questa TWRP, però so che è come dici, cioè non c'è più la partizione di recovery nei nuovi telefoni A/B quindi la custom recovery può essere avviata solo da PC tramite fastboot, non sarà più possibile lasciarla installata sul telefono pronta all'uso.
I didn't test this TWRP on my Mi A2 Lite, but you cannot install a custom recovery anymore on new phones with A/B partitioning scheme, because there isn't a recovery partition anymore. The only way to use a custom recovery is via fastboot with a PC.
EDIT: looking at the TWRP threads for Mi A1 (very similar device), it's possible to install TWRP by adding it to the boot partition (more or less how Magisk is installed).

just the normal android starts and not the twrp recovery

Can confirm this. Doesn't work.
I don't want to disparage any hard working dev's efforts, but does anyone actually check these things?
We get a "stable" version and install instructions. But if it's impossible to boot through fastboot, it's impossible to test. So how can it be stable?
And if there's no recovery partition, it's impossible to install. So why do we get install instructions?
Is there any evidence that someone was able to disable forced encryption? I couldn't through a modified boot.img.

But if the TWRP doesn't boot via fastboot, it means it doesn't work. Probably OP compiled the code automatically, without testing it against the device.

I can confirm this. Sme behavior for me. Somehow,it also removed the password to boot Android. My phone still show as encrypted but is not asking the password anymore to boot, which is weird.

I have been using these for a few days. And I have to say this is the smoothest pie rom out for the S7, I tried all the other ones and this one is much much smoother, thank you very much Dev!! This is amazing work.

I tried this rom because I want to ungooglize and it is not so easy.
I have to say that I am very happy for this rom it is smooth and I haven't many problems. The installation is easy even if it is different than others: you have to choose after the installation if you want microg or play store. and you can choose after that the pack of gapps you want to install (I didnot try this part.
I didn't understood how to root the phone if I am in microg but it is because I am short in time this week I'll wait for the week-end to discover the rom.
The only problem I didn't resolve and that wasn't one when I was on superman rom and googlized is the echo of the speaker when I call somebody. I use that a lot at work and if somebody have an easy solution I take it now.
Thanks to the time and long life to the rom.

The rom is the smoothest pie ROM I ever tried but the battery drain is horrible I don't know if it's just me.

Hello everyone I am using the mega cloned app but from the latest update and for the restrictions of Android 11 the aforementioned app does not save the files I try to download, I see that it tries to download up to 100%, then it gives me the notification that the operation has failed, it would seem that the cloned apps can no longer save in the "space for cloned apps" position how can I get around this problem?

go to settings/apps/ find ExternalStorageProvider force stop it and clear it's data
reboot to recovery (twrp/ofox) mount the system and make a bkp of "ExternalStorageProvider.apk" (usually in system/priv-app)
replace it with the one inside the zip according to your OS (A11=R / A12=S / A13=S2)
reboot
