Italian settings

A gift for all Italian friends:
Keyboard layout changed
Spellcheck changed (too less words...)
Italian dictionary added.
Tested with WM6 XDALive 0.20... but i hope it works also with WM5.

So, added an italian pack without italian Keyboard layout. It contains Spellcheck dictionary, word autocompletation, symbols list (it), and sets Regional settings to Italian.

if i am an hero... i am in 999 position in this forum... is thanks to other people if i have made this cab (withoud WM6 or other ROM upgrade, you don't need it!! )
Ps: and don't forget to set "Regional settings" to italian manually.... maybe i will check this issue in a future version

Ed ho anche risolto l'ultimo problemino in modo da non dover cambiare a manina le impostazioni regionali hehe riscaricate il file.. ho anche un cab personale con vari settaggi del registro (e "revision history" in txt) , sempre per wm6, ed inoltre per chi ha il bootloader 1.10 oli, c'ho una versione che abilita l'extended rom in lettura/scrittura (in modo da installare tutto automaticamente al soft reset).
I've updated the cab files, 4 details see the firse post.
Also i have a cab made by myself with a collection of useful registry keys wich, if you have a 1.10 oli bootloader, can unhide/unlock the extended rom to make they installs itself.

I use the mms 5 from days, and no problem to restore my old backups made with pimbackup...

Due to strange person we will upgrade from wm6 at summer end of 2009.
Not so bad, maybe 3600 will die before.

only you can see a BT icon, in the tabs inside there is also sim over bt settings....
maybe this is a news from real WM 6.1!!!

based on 2.10 oem and xip from latest diamond rom, and nk.exe is a real "WM 6.5 KERNEL"!!!
my new rom, all Italian, with FEwidgets as default home plugin, you can disable and re-enable default home on today.
ever same colors, black, ever same programs,

Rom is nice! I was impatient to try localized, recent 6.5 builds with new buttons in softbar and so. Speed is good, I even installed my usual apps and titanium plugins and until now it' been ok.
Only glitches (though I think they are related to the latest builds, aren't they?) are:
The (Titanium) today screen acts strange... looks like it ends too soon (softkey buttons are way under the end of Titanium, they don't fill the whole softkey area);
HTC Taskmanager (and Showcase) icons overlaps hour in today screen; moreover tapping in the upper right corner brings to the front the htc taskmanager (or Showcase, in my case), closing that reveals the new magnified taskbar [the magnified taskbar can be switched off with:]

upper part of the start menu seems to be covered by taskbar icons (cut half icons height), and softkey icons are still far away from the very top of the softbar;

can not use manila, can not run opera mobile 9.7... (opera is so important for me)
I found an another very stable 6.5nk for diamond here
can using manila and opera with it. stable and smooth.
but the rom was build by yours VK, the s004 of nk.exe missing.
and, the author didnt want to share it with us. (DFT member)
Can you give me some suggestion about how to using this nk without s004
or, how to rebuild the s004 part of nk.exe ?

xip.bin posted is build using only platformrebuilder by bepe!
for now you only can dump xip.bin with old xipporterex, change module with new ones, and rebuilt it in same way....
no way to use platformrebuilder with it or reconstruct it, reallocation table is destruct with platformrebuilder and I dubt is possible to reconstruct it. with tools that I have, maybe someone has different new tools to do it.... maybe...

It is great to hear info about this xip from you.
I tried so many methods, but can not did it.
I tried to use s004 from the first one i post to work with other s00x from this nk.exe
I tried using PETools
I tried to use the whole xip to work with my imgfs directly.
but all the mothods did not work.
can you please help try to reconstruct it ?
because it is so important for cookers working on wm6.5 have a stable wm6.5nk.

it's not a problem of rom, the problem is into your device.
use mtty before, or install an originsl rom onto and then reinstall the cooked rom!

nope, only italian for me, and this is only a beta release and can confirm iusses by the nk.exe (waiting the new more stable nk.exe for WM 6.5 into diamond!)

Upgrade Manila 2.1 3xxxx to 2.1.38680

Con questo cab aggiornate la versione del Manila dalla 2.1.3xxxx alla 2.1.38680.
La procedura dura circa 45 minuti.
Per prima cosa copiate nella scheda di memoria il cab
Quindi disattivate il Manila da impostazioni-oggi-elementi e togliete la spunta da TouchFLO 3d.
Installate il cab e attendete con pazienza (ci vogliono circa 40 minuti)
Al termine softreset e riattivate il Manila da impostazioni-oggi-elementi rimettendo la spunta su TouchFLO 3d.

Sincerely I don't know. I'm searching a changelog on xda but i haven't found nothing.
I've seen this version in use on more cooked rom of many devices, so i thought to test it on my Blackstone.
I'm testing it since yesterday (i've upgrade from 38411) and maybe have a little speed increment.
However all work well.

Just found 1 problem, "all setting" is not function.

Installed HoneyMIUI,and with respect to developer,but I have never heard before the most annoing bootscreen with some so called "music theme" than this is inside this ROM.
And ROM is half translated from chinese,so most of crucial menus inside settings parametars are on chinese language non translated.
reverting back to stock MIUI.maybe this baby will become something serious in near future.

Great ROM, I congratulate
Good job.
Suggestions: some of us don't speak chinese, but almost all use English, and some programs are in chinese or something similar (for example calendar in month view, and fm radio).
Another thing is the calculator: it doesn't work properly, for example if you do this: 9:3=error).
But it's a very good ROM, it seems solid, reliable and fast, and finally when you use it you feel as using an iphone.
