Anyone ot the unlocked ROM Dump ?

Can someone clarify something for me.
Isn't this the unlocked rom for the x86 emulator/? As in, its not compiled for an arm processor and therefore won't work to produce a Rom as yet?
Also, if anyone knows - is the new CE core similar enough that older drivers could be used for the HD2 (for example)?

so i managed to build xnaframworkcore.dll into a rom, where is the silverlight packages? and do you think there is any way to test the framework in a winmo 6.5 rom?

How do I install the BIN?

Download the Windows Phone tools put the bin in C:\program files\microsoft xde\1.0 folder and start a command prompt run->cmd or type cmd in search box for Win 7
then type
cd C:\program files\microsoft xde\1.0
xde (Bin name).bin
Emulator will run

Does anyone know how to get accounts to setup after ROM?
Does anyone know how to get WP7 accounts to setup? Or does this just not work? I can get out with Internet Explorer ... but I can't get the accounts to setup correctly!

Yeah as far as we know integrating accounts doesn't work.

Seems like accounts do work in emulator...

They didn't get facebook integrated. You can view calendar either war. I don't know about e-mail I didn't look at that.

I can't get any accounts to sync either - tried both google apps (via activesync) and facebook - no dice.

[Q] Social Hub Premium is gone!! [Solved!]

Looks like SHP is not working anymore. I was on xxkk5 firmware. today i got a popup msg SHP is expired.do you want to renew the service? i pressed yes and it tries to open a webpage and display 404 not found error. After that i became unable to send or recieve emails. it says email ceritificate expired. I thought may be url have been changed so i flashed with latest xxla1 fw by nexus. But problem persist. Its sad if it cant be resolved. Do anyone else have this prob?

Same problem. I can't even receive mails on manual sync now!

same here....is samsung cracking the whip???

My social hub premium is still working. Emails, SNS, Messengers are all working (updates are automatically recieved, chats messages sent and received, ...). No changes or stoppage noticed so far.
EDIT:
Today, I am beginning to observe same problem of "...EXpired Certificate... Renew License...Error 404: Page Not found, etc"
It appears now that it's a general problem. Samsung is possibly stopping the service country by country.

I did a full flash right now and it is working fine for me... maybe there is a problem with the firmware version that you are using, currently i am at KL6.

Okay guys socialhub premium still works its just that samsung has changed tge activation server address thats it. You can use our custom rom elite v2.0 in which we have fixed this problem

What's the difference? It's the same URL we used for a long time.

if the url is same then looks like we are in problem. many people says that their shp is working and some people like me are lost. May be samsung is blocking one by one using people IMEI (just my guess though). I have tried older fw again but no luck.

Please check Firmware Version.
It seems some newer Certs are used...
Maybe few Certs are ends in 2012...

Why not try to understand what is missing...
Maybe only 1 cert is to installed and then every Firmware work again...
Check folder Security\CM\Cert
...
But I NOT use SHP. So I can't support search...

NOT extract Firmware files...
Make your hidden folders visible, with QuB for instance and check on handset.

All certs which are installed, goes to folder:

Simple identify why SHP not work.
I have NO solution yet. As I NOT use SHP.
Maybe someone else find solution.

Yeah you used but now to solve this problem you need to use the new server url. There is a difference. With the old one you will not avle to activate socialhub.

I still use the same URL and I still have notifications push for facebook...
I don't see where is the problem

Need next to compare. Mine works perfectly.
If yours is not working anymore do next:
1) With Stune, copy this folder: OSP-->Applications-->2482tqy39g-->Data
2) Copy next folder as well: OSP-->Applications-->2482tqy39g-->DataBackup
3) Compress y upload the resulting .zip or .rar
I'll compare with mine.

Its already available. You can find it in the app store. I started with the installer at preview.windows.com then completed with the file in the app store. I however don't get to enjoy it because upon install, It restarted with a bcd error I am currently trying to resolve. Best of luck

Cant find it in the uk store what did you search for? All I get is a "The update is not applicable" when I use the download link

Sorry, I can only speak from the US side of this. It was on the first page of my app store when the BUILD presentation started this morning.

Ah. It appears that no matter what I change, the default UI language will always report as EN-GB, hence I suspect no update for me until I find a charger and completely refresh as EN-US.
You can check your default UI language by running dism /online /get-intl at elevated command line

When I try to install it on my Asus Vivotab RT, it looks like it is installing and when it gets to checking for compatibility, I get an error saying cannot install as I need to update drivers/firmware and to go to windows update to get the latest updates. When I do so it says there are no updates and it is up to date. Any clue?

Yes but I thought if you change your system locale it should be fine. I managed to download it from the store and it installed about 75% before I got the error.

They depend it on the original base language of your windows copy when you first installed it (eg. setup language). Although users with EN-GB languages are still safe, you just need to download the US language pack and setting it as default, and then change the value of InstallLanguage string in registry editor from 0809 to 0409.

It seems that the this issue is resolved - you need to make a hard reset of the system or restore the system without deleting your personal data. I chose the second, reinstalled all the updates and the system accepted installation of 8.1. Good luck!

Facebook app needed

Hi, I would like to know if somebody has an older facebook version, appx. The new one keeps crashing.

If you can access pre-install xaps directory, then copy from here.

Please stop linking to older facebook app over and over again , it is 8.3.7.0 not the latest one from MS.

The new Facebook app by Facebook Inc. truly sucks. 101 MB (vs. 13 MB Microsoft app), and it takes forever to load. Missing configuration options (e.g. can't disable annoying in-app sounds). It's a shame Microsoft pulled their version of the app from W10M Store.
Does anyone have an old Microsoft app for Facebook? Not the old WP8 version please, I'm searching for the app targeting Windows 10 Mobile. I still have it on my old Lumia 640 (running W10M); is there any way I can extract it and copy to my new Lumia 950?

Solved: OneNote for Windows 10 Can't Launch

Can someone help me to use One Note in my phone? I really need this app.
When I open it, it's just redirecting to the Store and Store will say "This Product is installed." then it will exit.
I updated the OS from .107 to .1066 . Do I need to update again the firmware?
Is there a trick like deleting cache folder of the app or any update patch like .xap or appx bundle?

I downloaded the latest version of appx of the main app folder and VCLibs.
my question is do I also need to download the neutral folder which is 200mb+ in size?

Also, how to install .Emsixbundle to Windows Phone? I'm trying this with Calculator app.

so I found out that I just need to go through the update page of the apps in Store locating in the upper right part icon.
