Mi unlock tool, Blank page after i press the Agree button on Disclaimer page.

I received the confirmations for the unlocking my boothloader and downloaded the Mi Unlocking tool.zip after I decompress the file and clicking the miFlashunlock.exe file. At first page i see the Disclaimer page on Agree & Don't Agree. As soon as I press the Agree button it goes to a white page but it has a logo on Mi Unlock and a gear. I click on gears on upper right corner and it has options to check on USB Driver and the current versions. My versions is 2.3.724.7 which is i downloaded on the official site. it just remain blank white page insted of connecting to the server.
Please help.

I think that your firewall is doing his job.

I had the same problem (version 2.3.803.10, Windows 8.1, no firewall, regardless of compatibility options). It finally worked by simply clicking somewhere in the blank area.
(Unlocking still failed with Unknown error (-1), but that's a different matter.)

it just need vpn/proxy for your computer, i use psiphone on my computer and it solve this problem on my redmi note 3 pro :good:

just try another pc, it worked for me

The Mi Unlock tool seems to have trouble loading the log in screen. I'd really like to know if you had any luck with the problem.

Managed to solve the problem. Just posting to help future users.
It seems the issue is something to do with the website certificate. Ensure your date and time is correct

it's same problem old and new version
old version zip file login page working but not unlockng bootloader 99% and then faild .. and showing meg update mi unlock tool

I had the same issue. I launched the unlock tool (updated it as required). Then, put my phone in bootloader mode and connected it prior to selecting "agree" to the terms and condition. Took 27 hours for the approval and have an unlocked Xiaomi 12 Pro now.-- OH- also, in the unlock zip file there are USB and driver files you need to .exe prior to running unlock.exe.

I know it's been a few years and you probably don't have this problem anymore, but if anyone enters this forum looking for help, I want to say that I managed to solve this problem simply by adjusting the computer's date and time

I had this issue last night and this is how I fixed the problem.
Troubleshooting:
1. Check Firewall. (Turn off if you're using any.)
2. Try Different Network.
3. Check your windows OS if it has set to correct time & date. (I wasted 30mins not realising this.)
4. Download latest tool file.

Few things to note !!!
You can only unlock your bootloader once your Oppo ID has been logged into the phone for 60 days or more.
They only accept 15,000 applications per month and the quota refreshes on the 16th of the month.

You can only unlock bootloader for the chinese variants of RENO and RENO 10X

Mine says it failed. Because you have carrier customized version

So for the oppo phone, can unlock bl this way, but no custom rom?

When I click on the APK, it leads me to the OPPO ID Login page and when I log in, it just takes me to the OPPO login screen, it doesn't give me a "Start" option, just a regular login. When I go back to the APK page, it just logs me out and gives me the APK options.; it does the same thing when done on a laptop. Is there any other way to download the APK?

Note: is not a problem it self the problem is us the users are to much for limited quantity of slots for in depth testing app download and in depth testing it self they only select certain amount of people per month is first come first served, as long as you have all their requirements completed you'll be accepted to download and into the in depth testing.

hello I have an Oppo Reno cph 1917 and I want to unlock the bootloader but when I run the adb command to run the fastboot mode it reboots my Reno fine in fastboot mode but just enough time to display the fastboot logo then start normally how I can do to keep it in fastboot mode? thanks

I don't know where I saw it, but for unlock bootloader, I had read that for the Reno 4, you had to go to ADB and once in fastboot mode, type "fastboot flash unlock".
So basically:
- Put your phone in developer mode (5 presses on the version number)
- Authorize OEM unlocking in the developer menu (it can be found in "other parameters, then" options for developers "")
- Connect in ADB
- Switch to fastboot mode
- Fastboot flash unlock
Personally I have not tried, however. i just tried to go to boot loader with no succes.
Like vinc88 When I run an adb reboot bootloader, I have the bootloader access logo displayed for 2 seconds, then black screen and normal boot.
By pressing vol- and vol+ and On/off (all three) at the same time, I had a ding dong as if I was in it, but I had no reaction in adb .. Maybe try to dig that.. (or vol+ vol - and insert USB cable)

You have to download the app for that phone and you have to register the phone I think it's 3 months or a month or something like that then after they send you a confirmation oppo you'll be able to unlock the bootloader but until then you have to register an account and download the app for it Google it you'll find it

I wonder if this still works or if they closed the 'Test'

Redmi 6 Pro - Stuck at Fasboot (there are many details)

Greeting you. This device firstly was stuck at "Mi" logo where "Android..." was loading. I left it may be week. Then I could get to fastboot mode. However, now it`s not going out from it. I can't unlock bootloader because it says to me "go so miui settings-> sign in" and etc. I cant even turn this phone on. If I could, I wouldn't even need this things.
So Mi Flash tool either not works. Firstly it says "mismatching device and..". So I've deleted that line from flash_save data_.. - named bat file. It now gave me next error. "erase boot error". So I took and deleted this one too). To see what happens. It gave me next error - which is in next line and all around. What a system! So, any ideas where even I am?

Well you can't flash it with fastboot without bootloader unlocked. You could try to get to edl mode. And then you can it with miflash. But U need authorized account for this. I don't have one but there are some guys that offers help for some payment. But be careful cause they want money first. You will all the necessary files to be download like firmware, miflash... Team viewer installed. He will log on his authorized account and flash it. I've seen a method without 3rd person help. But it requires some payment as well. Just search for flash without authorized account. To get to edl you will have take the back cover off. There are 2 pins to shortcl circuit. You will find the instructions on internet. And I don't know if this will help in your case of course. Maybe motherboard is broken.

I remember that I left it for a long time. Then I was able to hard reset it (may be?). Thank you for response.

tried download twrp , I can't coz it is locked

fastboot with mi flash tools , also I can't coz it is locked

Hi there, there is just two way to solve this problem.
1. Contact with a Xiaomi Service Center. (They have their regulations to make sure that you are the owner of the phone)
2. Find someone that have Xiaomi EDL Authorized Account. (Most of them will ask for a turned off finding device feature, otherwise even they would not be able to help you)
If you are sure that your find device future is turned off, you can find someone in internet (at your own risk) that posses an EDL Authorized Account, or you can try websites like S-Unlock (also at your own risk) to get an EDL Authorized Account for yourself, it costs about 30$.
If "Find Device" option is turned on; either make a contact with Service Center again, or, I do Afraid, sell it as spare parts.
There is just one other way but it is highly risky: find someone that can change the chipset. (Hardware repair: not recommended)
If I were you I would double check if I still can get access to my mi account or not, maybe you can find some options to open it with some other credentials info.

if anybody call me from saudi arabia they start with 05xxxxxxx
but if they are calling from any country should start +9665xxxxxx
thats mean remove 0 from the the number
my mistake i put +9966 0 5xxxxxx for that I can't get the message of reset the password
I contact with the company they rejected my order and ask for me wifi which I use it for more than 5 years
2- my device is formatted so nothing I can do if finding device on it will be on and can't do anything
and something weird after formatting it is given me unlock code as shown and I tried and it was wrong

Maybe you can get an access to your mi account by mi website, try it out.

there is official way at mi website where you will need to confirm it using your registered mi email account, they will reset the password for you

UNBRICK Redmi Note 8 Pro (Begonia) No Recovery, No fastboot just LED.

Earlier this year i bricked a RN8P brought in by a customer to convert to global rom. After applying and waiting to unlock bootloader for 168 hours, it was successful then installing the global rom the device disconnected went into a total black screen no recovery, no fastboot just a white led when connected. after so many researches this forum and google there was nothing to write home about. i was frustrated and sad the only solution was to get someone with and authorization account which was $30 and couldn't afford. Customer was on my neck and was already talking of paying for the device then lo and behold today i was reading through some post on unbrick and i bumped into a solution i thought wasnt worth it as i have tried it buh never paid attention too. its a post by @white_3n on https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-8-pro/how-to/guide-unbrick-stuck-da-mode-authorised-t4000433/page5. here is it in details:
1- open phone (this aint necessary)
2- disconnect the battery (this aint necessary)

6- Plug to PC
7- Wait for the second vibration (longer).
8- Download MiFlash2018-5-28-0 https://mva2.androidfilehost.com/dl/l-WKOxk-I6mBdYiEVPDMUQ/1598950844/8889791610682902064/MiFlash20181115.zip?
9- Download https://mifirm.net/download/3520
10- Extracted the firmware as it comes in a .TGZ format

14- then select clean at the bottom right side of the MiFlash2018-5-28-0

Are you saying that removing the battery and putting it back gave you access back to fastboot (power + volume-) ?
I'm in your situation, without access to fastboot and only EDL falshing seems to be an option, but I have to pay someone with an authorized account...
I'd like to confirm that as you void warranty by removing the back cover.
