I'm facing serious lag in while my phone is connected to Bluetooth speakers and its actually affecting the video smoothness. It happens in any video playing apps like Netflix, YouTube and is really frustrating. If i disconnect and reconnect it is fine for a minute or two but again it starts happening. Any idea or suggestions?
Fyi - the sound is not lagging just for clarification.

Is this a netflix issue that anyone else has had or is it my phone/ headphones?
It's not a delay, the video just kinda... stutters a bit.
Hi folks,
Just want to know if someone also have the same problem and if he has succeeded to fix it :
Not always but pretty often when I watching a video on Youtube directly on the web or with the app (WiFi or even 3G) the sound becomes really jerky and the only "solution" to fix it and watch my video in a normal way is to reboot the phone (killing the running tasks has no effect...)
At the beggining I thought it was my headphones but they do work and the MP3 player also works without any problem...
Tks

I have exactly the same issue but it happens with music player as well. Especially with beats on. For example if the phone is locked and screen is off, when i press the unlock button it always jerks music that is on the background.
Any ideas? I'm on 4.0.4
Anyone else experience lag with poweramp? It is really ruining my music. I have gotten so used to it that its expected now and it is very disappointing.
it has worked fine since the beginning.
what kind of lag are you experiencing?
No lag here either through bluetooth and also through my gear S it works perfect.
the lag I was experiencing was that the song would be playing fine regularly and would cut out for like a second or two and resume playing. This mainly happened through bluetooth but think I remember it happening through headphones. Since rolling back to 4.4.4. I haven't experienced this but it was really getting on my nerves how one of the latest phones out would screw up playing simple mp3s
are you using poweramp with a lot of dsp settings?
the first thing you could have done was increased the audio buffer to see if it fixes it.
maybe lollipop just isn't buffering enough sound for your Bluetooth device?(trying to save energy?)
rolling back to kitkat (loses a sdcard functions so might not be the best idea)
After random few seconds of music, speaker shuts off. Again with pause n' play it works for few seconds.
Rebooting fixes it for a time, but starts again after awhile. Mainly when charging.
Anybody else facing such issue? It's a software bug or hardware is at fault? Can anybody help please.
Getting that too with play music. Also finding it on YouTube. If I pause and play again, it starts to work for a short while. YouTube eventually grinds to a stop though, stuttering through videos.
I keep sending feedback reports when it happens, assume it'll be fixed soon
i have seen this batted around quite a bit. Just a new unlocked 9+ and noticed bluetooth sound lag playing thru my auto head unit while watching a youtube video... i never had this on the s7 edge i also had.
Was there any resolution? Tried turning off wifi and it had no effect.
thanks!
