I'm curious to know what developer options you all change. I always lower the animation scale, but that is it.
Are there any others that you all recommend?

I was wondering if anyone knew why my USB options do not appear when the phone is docked, when it is non docked i get the usb options fine. the dock is a kidigi, i have tried to make them appear whenver usb is connected but i still do not get the options. i can see the phone is charging and the usb debug enabled.
I have activated the developer options in settings/more/about device by tapping on "build number" 5 times.
Now under settings/more there is a developer options tab with numerous settings inside.
Can anyone explain what these options do and if any are unsafe to "play with" on the S4 mini GT-I9190.
I am particularly interested in the settings: "simulate secondary displays", Enable 4x MSAA and Force GPU rendering" I am just nervous that if I change any of these, the phone will be unuseable.

They wouldn't be there if you phone will unuseable. So yes, there safe
Is there a way to choose it? I tried in developer options, but even if I choose the MTP stuff, I still get the battery charging when connecting...
Thanks!
I thought Fire TV 2015(latest firmware) was supposed to support Keyboard and Mouse combo by dongle.. Neither work, on any app, not even on the homescreen with arrow keys and after a reboot with devices plugged in and turned on.

Wow, I'm an idiot, set that too long ago to remember, and didn't read the warning. Thanks!
In developer options, if I change the option to MTP, upon disconnecting, the setting will reset to charging. Any way to keep it on MTP?
