Well bro dual boot just means to have 2 roms on ur phone..simultaneously...and u wil have 2 chose which rom to boot with wen u switch ur phone on...
Some phones can even have tri or quad boot...
Its juat like running windows and having Linux on ur computer and u have a choice which OS u need to boot wid when switch on ur computer..

NO. They have different hardware and flashing it may cause your device to brick.

No!!! 9192 is dual SIM. And I think it comes with different chip as well.
Someone apparently did flash it and it didn't brick his device. No radio though (no GSM at all)
Except the dual sim (gt-i9192) and one sim (gt-9190 ) there is no difference between them the diffirence with LTE version gt-i9195
-GT-i9195 has NFC capability
-Speed HSDPA, 42 Mbps

Frnds i stuck on htc logo after restoring backup of stoke rom which was taken by driod tool this problem arises after flashing costom lewa rom on my phone through cwm recovery
On one hand when i flash lewa rom it works properly my phone gots on it dosesnot stuck on htc logo but when i try to restore my backup of stoke rom from sp flash tool it again stuck on htc logo

Didnt you take a backup through cwm
Try flashing lewa rom again
No i had taken backup from driod tool
Yes lewa rom is wrking but when i try to restore my backup it stuck on htc logo

Bro I need backup files that you created using droid tool...I have bricked my phone so need a backup of custom ROM.."not the ROM available online" need a backup of the ROM that is created by using droid tool

When i connect it to charger : nothing happens , it wouldn't charge , even with wall outlets !

i can fix the bootloop easily
but i want the debrick image
i want to notice that i was on cyanogenmod 11 " 4.4.2 " before the mobile dead
I cant help you, you shuld ask some one on the same baseband to create dibreak.img search the dibrick.zip then flash witch recovery.

The baseband is not the problem, just i9190 debrick.img is needed, on xda only found for i9192 and 9195, soo bad.
Anyone? really need that image please!!
I can't help with debrick image, but I think you should edit your post and hide IMEI and SN information, just for security reasons.

have searched but word dual is too common whereas dual sim is not
