Which rom have for note 2 with the s pen features? I was thinking about slimkit 4.4.4? does that come with S pen?

No he wont (unless he tries flashing a bootloader or maybe part file). The system just wont boot up which doesn't meant device is "bricked". He would still be able to boot into download mode or possibly recovery and flash correct rom. Been able to flash via download mode or recovery = not bricked.
