Hi,
I am super new to Android,
Can someone direct me to latest (Marshmallow) files for Samsung Galexy S III (Bell) SGH-I747M.
I hear its similar files as the ATT??? Don't want to brick this old phone.

There is stock no MM from Samsung for the i747m, only custom ROMs.
Have a look in the development threads for ROMs that are designed for the d2lte or d2att.

How to root N7005?

Saw the root post in the general discussion and I think that is only for N7000 and I would like to know what is the easiest way to root lte version?

Question. Are any DEVs still developing ROMs for the 10.5 at all? Or has ROM development for the 10.5 totally stopped ??

Hopefully no negative comments will be posted. I was just curious, wasn't in any way asking for an eta or anything like that. Just wanted to know if development has stopped for the 10.5

you have CM11 for 10.5 (WiFi), thats enough even though it would be nice with CM11 for the LTE version, but it still works but without mobile network

What happens if you flashed CM 11 with the LTE version ??
Is it only the phone is not working or can not flash it ??

you can flash it, it will be like you have WiFi version, no mobile network.

yes I use it atm, I have a backup of Samsung ROM with TWRP in case I need mobile network but I don't use it at all so staying with CM11 a while..
