Multiple forum posts have mentored a root user app called Galaxy Tools and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone supply me with a download link from their official site? Thanks!

I am also looking for this mysterious "Galaxy Tools" all I got when I downloaded GTools3.1.5.apk is the idoneapps app that charges to read MSL.
Who knows anything about this process? The SPCUtility.apk also did not work (remote file not found on server, or something)
