Redmi 1s hard bricked - Xiaomi Redmi 1S

Hello everyone, I have and old Xiaomi Redmi 1s which is having an issue.
When I connect the phone to charging cable the red led blinks once and then nothing happens
When I connect the phone to pc. The pc recognizes it with the name something Qualcomm and nothing happens in the phone same red led blinks and then nothing
When the phone is connected to pc without the battery the mi logo flashes and turns off in every 2 sec, and when I press just the vol down button the fastboot mode flashes and stays there.
I have tried flashing .tgz fastboot rom from fastboot by miflash tool. But nothing happens same situation.
Plzz Help me.

Hi, I've successfully resuscitated my redmi 1W. The steps are the same except you have to select the redmi 1S rom from Xiaomi. LEt me know if you need help
The downside is that the phone now has a generic serial number. (If you know of now to reinsert the phone serial number, please let me know) So if you have apps that needs to detect the phone serial number, please do not follow these steps.

[Solved] How to revive HARD-BRICKED Xiaomi Redmi 1s

| Need to revive my HARD-BRICKED Redmi 1s | First of all, let me clarify myself :
1. If I say SOFT-BRICKED, then that means the device is either stuck on boot screen or boot-loops., for which I don't need any assist, because one can still access the recovery mode (volume up + power button combination) or the fastboot mode (volume down + power button combination) and then you can flash proper stock ROM either {directly from recovery mode} or {through fastboot mode with the help of a PC and MiFlash Tool}. If that be the case then you can find proper ROM for your device on Mi official website with procedure on their forums and threads.
2. My problem is with HARD-BRICKED device, i.e. my Redmi 1s won't power on. And don't tell me to give the above mentioned solution for "SOFT-BRICKED" because I can't access neither the recovery mode nor the fastboot mode. If it did I would have already fixed it myself and 've no need to post this thread! Also the notification light on my Redmi 1s has gone dead, i.e. while charging it doesn't blinks anymore, nor does my PC recognizes it. Actually it is a problem of flashing wrong or improper ROM on the device.

How to revive SOFT-BRICKED Redmi 1s
To revive your SOFT-BRICKED Redmi 1s, (i.e. the screen is stuck on boot screen) follow the procedure :
1. Download the Mi Flash Tool on your PC.
2. Download the latest Gloabal version of Redmi 1s Fastboot ROM on your PC.
3. Extract the ROM zipped file which you downloaded.
4. Open Mi Flash Tool. Browse and select the "images" folder inside the folder which you extracted.
5. Click on "Browse" to access drop-down menu and select "Advanced". In the new dialog box, make sure that FlashBoot Script is set default to "flash_all_except_storage.bat".
6. Now press the volume down + power button on your Redmi 1s till you see the Mi Fastboot Logo.
7. Now connect your Redmi 1s to your PC; and in Mi Flash Tool click refresh to view your device in the list below. Once displayed, select it and hit the "Flash" button.
8. Download the Gloabal version of Redmi 1s Recovery ROM on your PC. Note that this is Recovery ROM and the previous one was Fastboot ROM. They Both are not the same.
9. Once you've downloaded the Recovery ROM, rename the zipped file to "update.zip" and keep it permanently in the root-folder of your internal memory of Redmi 1s. This will help you to flash Stock ROM just by going into Recovery Mode (volume up + power button combination) and selecting install update.zip. Next time if the same problem occurs, you won't have to use the above procedure again. Just re-Flash the ROM from Recovery Mode.
Hope I could've helped.

Redmi 1s brick

Hey guys,
My Remdi 1S was bricked during flashing a wrong Rom,
Now screen not turning on,recovery is not opening, also fastboot is not opening.
Mi Flash detects device at COM 10 but i cannot enter into fastboot so its showing error.
Whenever i plug data cable into device, led notification light glows once(for 0.1sec) and then goes off.
In charging mode led notification light also does not glows.
Any tool for snapdragon like SP FLASH tool which works on MTK devices which was capable to unbrick Hard Bricked devices too.

Unbrick Redmi Note 8 PRO for Incorrect TWRP Installation Without Authorized Account

After I try to flash twrp using Miui 11 the device turned brick, follow the tutorial to resurrect the RN8PRO without using Mi Authorized Account:
0 - If your RN8PRO turns brick and is connected to USB on the pc just 5 seconds make this tutorial.
1 - This method works only if you have installed TWRP and the device turned brick.
2 - Disassemble your device by doing test point your device asks for mi.
3 - After trying to pass the official rom via miflash or sptools, the RN8PRO asks for the authorized account. CANCEL.
4 - Disconnect all devices from the motherboard, GPS, 3G ANTENNA, CAMERAS and WIFI, leave only the battery on, if the procedure does not work disconnect the battery too.
5 - At this point your device will be working perfectly, plug in the USB cable, press the power button + volume button - the device will go into fastboot, flash to rom STOCK by miflash leaving selecting the Clean All option only. Wait to flash the rom , this process may take 15 minutes.
6 - After Flash your device will turn on normally, turn off the device, remove the USB cable, reconnect all previously disconnected devices, close the device and turn on again.
7 - Ready your device will be working again. :fingers-crossed:
8 - If the procedure is unsuccessful, wait for 4 to 5 days for his battery to completely exhaust, charge it for 3 hours and then redo the process. :good:

Discharging battery will only be useful for when recovery/boot are not crashed. When anything happened, installing twrp, boot image etc, it will very easy to crash, based on your desc, it's hard bricked, need authorised account to refresh. Prepare for $30 to deep flash....

How to Unbrick Xiaomi Mi A2 lite?

Hi I recently try to flash a Stock Android One to my Xiaomi Mi a2 lite (Global Version of Redmi 6 pro).
I used Mi flashtool and I download a Fastboot Image file that matches my device model but my phone is bricked
the notification light is blinking when ever I push the power button. And I cannot know when my phone is charging there are no display that my phone is charging and when I press the Volume down and Power button I cannot access the Fastboot mode so I just simply attached my phone to the Computer and I shocked when I heared of a sound that my device was read by the computer but the phone is dead that time so I use the Miflash tool and It detect my phone but when I use powershell and command fastboot devices it doesnt recognized or detecting my phone.
So I decided to flash the rom to my phone because it can detect it, but Its taking too long to flash, 1500 seconds has passed but the flashing is not finish so I decided to unplug my phone but the xiaomi flash tool is still flashing so I thought that the app is corrupted so I just exit the app and open it again and do the flashing again but 2000 seconds has passed and still its the same thing I unplug the phone and the flashing still continue so I decided to stop it.
After some time I try to plug my device again but the computer dont recognized the phone anymore, the connected device sound has not triggered and the miflash tool has not recognized my phone anymore and the blinking notification light is not present too.
Please anyone help me I need this phone to attend my Online Classes please.
Similar situation here. Tried to flash Magisk. Stuck on a boot loop. Then I tried to flash Global a2 lite ROM.
Now my phone is stuck in EDL mode with 900E Drivers I see random numbers in MiFlash. When I install 9008 drivers I see the COM10 and the same random numbers on the device info in the MiFlash tool.
Taking like 30 minutes to flash and never ends. If someone has the Auto unbrick Mi a2 Lite software
please post it here so we can try to flash with this one.
