This is a fantastic ROM! I can only say that I am very surprised to see this kind of quality interface coming from MOTO. Anyway, to help those who're new to this, I've written a somewhat comprehensive installation guide below.
Preparation
1. Firstly, you’re going to need all these files
a. Rooted-nandroid-backup + fixed sbf from http://www.multiupload.com/SPZ8SIEC60
b. Superoneclick from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682
c. Defy ClockworkMod Recovery from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=875233
d. Latest RSD Lite and Drivers from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=11005852. Install the RSD Lite and appropriate drivers into your PC (32-bit or 64-bit)
3. Follow instructions at the Superoneclick thread to root your Defy
4. Follow instructions at the ClockworkMod Recovery thread to install System Recovery into your Defy
5. Launch System Recovery and install Recovery System
6. Perform Recovery Boot (USB debugging MUST BE TURNED OFF in your Defy. It’s located under Settings – Applications - Development)
7. Create a nandroid backup of your current system by scrolling to “Backup & Restore” using VOL UP/DOWN key, and POWER button to execute (this is so that you can return revert back to your official ROM for warranty purposes)
8. Reboot normally
9. Extract the rooted nandroid backup + fixed sbf file you downloaded earlier. The filename should be “shadow4.5.1-134rootednandroid.zip”. You should see 2 folders “fixed-sbf” and “nandroid backuo”
10. Copy the “shadow4.5.1-134nandroid” folder (not just files, but the whole folder) to your SD card under “\goapkrev\backup”. So you should have “\goapkrev\backup\shadow4.5.1-134nandroid” in your SD card.
Actual Flashing Process
1. Launch System Recovery and perform a Recovery Boot (USB debugging MUST BE TURNED OFF in your DEFY. It’s located under Settings > Applications > Development)
2. At the bootmenu, use the VOL UP/DOWN key to move through the boot menu and perform a full wipe (Wipe DATA/Factory reset & Wipe CACHE Partition)
3. After both wipes are complete, go to “Backup & Restore” > “Restore” > “Advanced Restore” and you should see 2 items. Your earlier backup as well as the folder you put in earlier “shadow4.5.1-134nandroid”.
4. Select “shadow4.5.1-134nandroid” and choose “System Only”
5. After the restoration is complete, choose “Reboot System”, and IMMEDIATELY hold down the VOL UP key.
6. This will put you in bootloader mode.
7. Launch RSD Lite on your PC, and connect your DEFY to your PC
8. Let the appropriate driver installations take place
9. Select the fixed sbf file from the “fixed-sbf” folder. The filename should be “shadow4.5.1-134fixed.sbf” and Flash your DEFY
10. Be aware of the flashing progress. It’s very fast.
11. As soon as you see your device reboot, IMMEDIATELY hold down the VOL DOWN key.
12. This will bring you to stock recovery. Press both VOL UP and VOL DOWN key simultaneously to see the boot menu. Select items with the VOL UP/DOWN key, and POWER button to execute.
13. Perform a full wipe (wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache partition)
14. After both wipes are complete, hit “reboot system now”
15. Once your device completes the normal boot up process, RSD Lite should show the “PASS” status. Close RSD Lite and unplug your DEFY from your PC.
16. Enjoy!

Enabling Setvsel

I did up to step 6 in flashing process but when i got to connect to rsd lite the defy wasn't recognized by rsdlite.
Can you confirm you're in bootloader mode? Did you see your PC installing drivers?
yeah it was in bootloader mode. i pressed the up button when it rebooted.
On the screen it says bootloader 9.10
Battery OK
Ok to Program
And on the desktop i see the device installing once i plugged it in. Also when i check device manager it says motorola Usb device and when i expand that branch it says motorola flash interface.

Still in bootloader, you just unplug the usb cable and plug it back to the PC. Some WinXP will install several drivers separately upon each plug/unplug of the USB cable. The RSDlite required a few drivers for it to run properly.

I'm actually running windows 7 x64. In the process, of installing 32 bit winXP dual boot to see if it resolves my issue
edit: Turns out it was windows 7 and installing windows xp allowed the phone to be detected by rsdlite
Is to do with the version of rsdlite. I updated to 5.31 which worked with win 7 64
Sent from my MB526 using XDA App

QMobile Noir A10 is copy of MICROMAX A110. you can use MICROMAX A110 Jellybean Rom on it but its not suggested since they are not designed for QMobile.... (most custom ROM have accelerometer issues with NOIR A10)

Well the blue color shows Sim 1. And orange color shows Sim 2. The Sim card u select as default will change the color to that Sim. No need to worry though.

Hi Everyone.... A.O.A.
My Friend has QMobile Noir A10. He had pattern lock on it. Today he locked his cell by too many wrong pattern attempts :
To Backup / Restore your ROM, follow all the steps from STEP:1 to STEP:4, as described above.
(STEP:5) To move up and down in the 'XX Android system recovery utility' Menu use Volume Up Button and Volume Down Button Simultaneously.
To select anything in the 'XX Android system recovery utility' Menu, use the Square Button situated at Bottom Left of Noir A10 touchscreen (Menu Button)
If you want to backup your data, From the Recovery Mode select "backup user data". A screen will appear with blue moving line on top and backup file name at bottom. wait for 10 to 15 min till the backup process is complete and you are automatically returned back to the main menu.
(STEP:6) If you want to restore your data, From the Recovery Menu select "restore user data". A screen will appear to select the backup file.
all backup files are of '.backup' extension. e.g. "userdata_20130219_104821.backup". Select the backup file from which you want to restore the data. if too many backup files are there, select the last possible backup. if no backup file if there it means that you have never backed up your data.
now select the backup file and wait for 10 to 15 min till the restoration process is complete and you are automatically returned back to the main menu.

CWM Recovery is custom recovery. Means your handset is Rooted. (Just like jailbreak). Both recoveries are almost same and used for the same purpose. You can also backup your system using CWM recovery!

do u mean when you restart your phone. as i am using qmobile noir A10, i am giving you suggestion basic on that, but it should be simpler to your too. Is your phone rooted?
can you go into the setting from sliding down? if yes then go to setting, then to backup n restore n click on factory reset. it will warn you about erase of everything.
or try this.
have you tried to remove the battery along with sims n sd card for 30 min and then just insert battery in start the phone.
if you still struck in the starting logo, then close your phone remove the battery, reinser the battery again n go to recovery mode (normally it is power button n pressing both vol up n down together continuously until u see a blank screen which says recovery mode press up or factory mode down.
choose recovery mode n once their, then go to backup and restore -- then choose restore n yes n reboot your phone
or you can try this first too . go to advanced and click on fix permission n see if this works, first.
see if this helps.
if not they another method if available online, but again do it if you can understand it first. or u can take it to qmobile if you have warranty

How to Install a Custom ROM on Galaxy Grand:
The procedure of installing a custom ROM using ClockworkMod Recovery is almost the same for all Android phones. You just have to follow a few steps and it is done!
All custom ROMs come in zip and have md5 checksum signature that tells your device that it was downloaded successfully and does not miss anything. So download the ROM file in zip and copy it to you phone, preferably to the external SD card.
If you have downloaded an AOSP or CyanogenMod based custom ROM, you’ll also have to install the Google apps after flashing the ROM. Download the latest Google Apps zip package to install via CWM here. Copy this file to your phone too.
Now boot your phone into recovery mode. Here is the method: press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time till the Samsung logo with device name blinks for 2 times. Then release the Power key while keeping other keys pressed till you see the recovery menu with “ClockwrokMod Recovery” written on the top. In Recovery mode, use the volume keys to scroll and the power key to select options.
Important: Go to “backup and restore” option and backup your current ROM to the external SD card.
When backup is complete, go back to main menu and “wipe data/factory reset”.
Then go to “advanced” and “wipe dalvik cache”.
Go back and select “mounts and storage” and “format system”.
Return to main menu and select “install zip from sdcard> choose zip from sdcard”, navigate to the ROM zip file and select it.
When the ROM is installed, also install the Google apps zip package, if applicable, using Step 8.
Finally, return to main menu and select “reboot system now”.

I fixed the problem actually. I restored my backup and redownloaded it as you said. And voila. Also Land scape does not work properly.
I was trying to install Iron rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/development/stock-tw-rom-galaxy-tab-s-8-4-t2995235
and followed the below steps as mentioned in the installation document of roms thread..
1. Download the rom and put it to your SD card or internal storage
2. Download latest bootloader and modem for SM-T705 and bootloader only for SM-T700
3. Boot into download mode, download latest Odin available and flash BL in BL tab and CP in CP tab
4. Make sure you use most recent TWRP which can be found T705 or T700
5. Flash TWRP with odin in AP tab
6. Boot into recovery using: home+power on + volume up
7. Select wipe, advanced wipe: data, cache, dalvik-cache and system
8. Install the rom (in aroma select "dirty flash", otherwise you may have problems!)
9. After rom installation reboot and wait around 20 minutes till the tab boots up
10. Enjoy MM on your Tab S!
I followed steps 1 to 7 successfully. When I tried step 8 it said "Failed to map file IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip" in external sd card.
Now when pressed rebooted it warned that "No OS is installed."
After rebooting its stuck in the boot screen with "powered by android logo. I pressed power button for 1 min and still tab is not shutting down.
Questions
1) How to do shutdown the tab & reboot to twrp?
2) How do i fix the "Failed to map file IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip" issue and install IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip?
3) Atleast how to enter into download mode so that I ca at least install stock rom?
Please help!
Thanks

When press all the buttons ie. power +volume up +volume down+home its showing the battery charging screen even though the tab is not plugged in.
So since tab is still not shutdown i am not able to try to boot to recovery.
Please guide.
Power volume - and home button should get you in to download mode so you can flash a stock rom......
I got one problem on every rom
Whenever i reboot my phone it takes too much time in booting up
I think every time i reboot cache wiped automatically
Any solution for this sorry for my bad english
best thing to do is just start again - the following steps will erase all user data on internal storage - backup photos documents or anything else you need first
put your phone into fastboot and connect to pc via usb
open a terminal/cmd window where you have your fastboot files
type
Code:
fastboot erase userdata
now go into twrp recovery
goto wipe
advanced wipe
format the following paritions
system
data
cache
art/delvik cache
goto home screen of twrp
mounts
mount the partitions you just wiped
goto home screen of twrp
install
select rom zip
dont restart
goto home screen of twrp
select nano gapps downloaded from http://opengapps.org/
you need arm 7.1 nano
optional
if using lineageos or rom based on it
goto home screen of twrp
install
select suaddon zip (see lineageos instructions for link or get from lineageos website)
Final step
after flashing of the last zip
wipe delvik/art cache from the option after flashing zip
restart
if you have flashed any other zips or modded in any other way it may have an impact on startup
first boot can take up to 10mins
normal boots after take up to around 2mins from power on
