Had 2 times Flashed My A750FN/DS on Bootloader :facepalm: wow,
and the phone is still on Bootloop.
There is no Chance to Shut the Phone until 1 Option:
You had to wait until the battery is empty.
i had done that yet.
so its stil on 0%<>1% almost
No Chance to get in Download Mode
and No Chance to get in Recovery Modus.
How came that so,
In stressy situations.. but ok.. isnt as answer acceptable for all :/ .
so i have here an video for show.

In the video you are not holding down the home button as far as I see this.
Press Volume Down + Power + Home button to get into download mode

Volume UP and Volume Down Key at The Same Time. And Hold it, Inwhile You have Your USB Cable On your Left Hand From Your Connectet PC / Laptop - Please Plug That Cable On Your Samsung Galaxy A750FN/DS USB Port.

Voila, Youre Now On Download Mode !
That Still Work 100% Defently, if You Have This Problem Like Me.
So Now You Can Do The Right Thing.
Flash Your Phone with The Original Stock ROM.

HI all! It will be more then great if anybody can help me.
The story is simple one guy decide to unlock his Diamond throw some free way ( I don't know how exectly ) he end with error 260 and DEAD Diamond.
The device does not get into bootloader when pressing Vol_- + reset.
Now this Diamond in my hands.
Can anyone please advice what can I do? can I flash ROM?
P.S. this phone are new and Orange UK branded.
Please help and sorry for my poor English.

On the Diamond you can access bootloader by jsut reseting and holding down the "Vol Down" Key only...
Try this and report back.
Where is this error 260 indicated ? If the ROM starts up and shows some error, the bootloader will work for sure.

try to make an hard reset by press vol down + central button + reset.
maybe you have to use mtty but I can't help you cause I never use it...

That what I told volume down + reset not working with this phone. It is in another one which I have here.
The phone doesn't show any signs of life, I think I need test point or maybe JTAG way to repair it......
Any suggestions?

I don't know I got this phone it this condition with a story about this error.
I don't actually know what happened, but I believe that this phone bricked down in the middle of unlocking process.

If there is no life in the phone then there is not much we offer/say to help.
Have you tried another battery?

Only to make a bit easy this step cause in this way one would be an octopus , soft reset your device with stylus and then, within 3 seconds, hold Vol down + centre round button until you see the tricolour screen. Release the buttons and follow the instructions (Press Vol Up to restore to manufactured settings).
This is the typical case when someone didnt do his homework. Im sure you didnt read the stickies. Poeple be warned, flashing your device can kill it if you dont have a clue on what you are doing. Ive seen a bunch of n00bs bricking their devices just because the didnt read the forum. This question has been ansewred a lot.

sorry friend to hear but i have one solution may be it can work u just flash hard spl v 1.93 olinex from here:http://ficca.bounceme.net/download/HARDSpl_Diamond_OliNex_1.93_Unsigned.zip just flash this hspl and after flashing this u can flash any rom but now u just flash this hspl if u got 100% then ur prob is solve so pls tell me what happen after that hope every thing will be alright good luck
Error 260 is a USB communication error. Did this happen during sim unlock or during hardspl install because the thread title says one thing and your post says another.

I have the same problem.. i tried a flash and then it wont turn on.. not even hard reset not even soft reset.. it wont even charge or indicate charging.

Hey charly, i flashed my phones many times, i've bricked it , got stuck on the tricolour screen.... but this time it's different... the phone it's completely dead... no light .. not charging no tricolour .. nothing:S
try this method for ur diamond
first remove ur battery form ur device and press the power button for 20 seconds . so it will discharge the power from ur device. after that put ur battery and press volume - and power on button to enter boot loader ... dont press reset button to enter bootloader ok !! hope this works for u , best of luck.

no luck.... i did the battery on the fridge processs.. no luck with that either... now i'm gonna check the battery with somekind of instrument and after that i'm gonna open my diamond to little pieces and put it back together... in quest for a fix

a did some measurements, the battery was 2.8V, i put it on the phone, put the phone in ccharger, and it did charge the batery to 3.7V(even the baterry led is not working).. i measured the phone also it gives 4.15V to the battery... i dont know is he charging correctly.. but it's charging the battery for sure.. ..... any clues ppl?

I just can't get into the download-mode.. i tried it hundred times! Its always just booting like normal!
I want to flash the I9000XWJM5 Firmware and then the SamSet V1.9. But i just cant get the download-mode working! So i can't flash anything...
Is there an other way to get into that mode? Or is it possible to flash the I9000XWJM5 ROM in the recovery mode?

Remove battery for 30 sec, press volume down + menu + power for more than 6 seconds (till the screen comes up). Should work than.
What provider are you on? Cos some phones from Bell dont go into download mode from what I heard.
i'm afraid so
if you can not do the 3 button combination to get it back into the download mode, you'll have to return it to samsung which will refer you back to the phone company to have it fixed
nothing helped... this sucks! those kutton-combinations did not work at all.. even before i obviously bricked my phone.. dammit!

Yeah, you made a little mistake, i dont know for sure that now, but try to re-flash to 1.2 some bada version not to 2.0.1, but first know how to turn off security, becouse it can be not to late, or you get Brick or Semi-brick Good luck dude

Hello, lest you accidentally tried to flash BADA 2.0 with an older version of "Multiloader" if so remove the battery of the phone put it again and start the "Download mod" with keys "Vol up" + "Lock key" + "Power on" If you start flashing again with "Multiloader 6.65"

If you cannot enter to download mode then you are in big trouble... You will need JTAG to reanimate it.

If so. JTAG is only way
If not you COULD have a semi-brick but i think you still need JTAG

Trying before asking? If you've read this thread then you would know that you should try to reflash
If your phone boots as soon as you put in battery then hold
vol down + camera when you put the battery in

i got this phone as a gift , and after almost one month the phone rebooted and never turned on again , no one before rooted the phone , i tried to follow many instruction to recover the system and to enter to recovery mode or download mode and never succeeded and all i see first i put the battery is the a red small lamp flashes atleast every 5 secs , after search i found that this may mean SDS , this is the exact case i am facing , i dont live in the US , i took the phone to 2 maintenance offices here and both failed to make it run again, only weird this i faced is that the 2nd affice somehow left me a screen with error downloading , which mean he was able to enter the download mode i think,
i tried to press volume down + home + power or the same but volume up , never succeeded , so please , the phone has no warranty and i dont know what to do please please help me

try a USB jig:highfive: to enter force download mode.. then flash a stock rom
Suspect it to be sds but not sure let's wait for some experts or search profile Dr. Ketan and pm him he could help you he has expertise knowledge on these issues

last night it seems that my phone pushed an ota update. my phone is in fastboot mode. i cant get out of it.
I have tried rebooting. i have tried the command fastboot reboot, and it just boot into fastboot mode again. i tried to follow this androidforums. com/optimus-v-all-things-root/598014-guide-how-get-out-fastboot.html to get out of it, but no luck. but then it ended up in download mode, witch i cant get into normaly by holding the power up an blig it in.

Im not able to. No buttons work when i turn it on. Will nont access download mode or do a hard reset. Hard reset is holding vil down and powerbutton to the lg logo appare then release and press again?
Do what you was doing but when the screen stop release your hand fast and do it again before it start
