Nexus 5 Official Bumper Case

Hi guys,
I have ordered the nexus 5 from the US and looking for a good case for it. What other than the google's official bumper. Especially the Red & Yellow one is amazing. I was thinking of ordering it for quite some time but till now it has been out of stock. Anyone know any other websites where I can find the official bumper for nexus 5 in Red or Yellow only. Not much of a grey fan which is available in ebay. I know its pricey and I can go for way better options like spigen and cruzerlite and so on... Anyways, help me out here...

i have the spigen neo-hybrid myself, and it is a very solid case, the buttons feel great, protection seems pretty solid, the back of the case gets marked up pretty well if you keep it with your keys or something, but they are easily wiped away with some spit. I just ordered the spigen ultra fit clear case and it should be here by the end of the week. Spigen makes some pretty solid cases although some of their cases has been plagued by issues such as the slim armor case.

Not sure where you can order spit online, but i usually just use the spit in my mouth.

Lol, of course my two LEAST favorite colors for the case would come back in stock. Hopefully it isn't too much longer for the black one to come back...

I Just wanna know if these cases are the same material and have the same "rubber" feeling of the original back of the phone, can someone who already received it answer me?
That 's the only thing which is still making me doubtful about placing the order

There have been reviews of the official cases for a while now if you're still on the fence. Generally both are a disappointment and overpriced.

Both? Who's had a Quick Cover to even be able to review it? Even the big shots didn't get one with the phone (The Verge, etc).

Looks pretty nice, but it's funny that all of the similar style cases for this phone have a cutout for the speaker (good for those who use their phone and don't want to get face grease on it I suppose) but not a cutout for the notification light?

+1 interested in this cover. It's a pity there's no hole for notification led, however it still seems the most attractive alternative to LG quick cover... do we know if it features auto wake on for the screen?
I tried on their site but there's no trace of this model; also googling around for sellers but found nothing :silly:

Just ordered the white one, so I'd expect it within two weeks. I'll post once I receive it. I am not really that happy with the cruzerlite one. I use it on the weekends, but I do not like the magnetic clasp and is a bit thick. So I figured I'll try this one. Thanks guys for posting pics. Looks decent for a weekend case.

Yeah just from pictures i knew the cruzerlite one would add alot of thickness to the device, i've had those kind of cases before.
and ohhh exciting, what made you go with white? i was thinking the orange one looks the best. Hope you post pics of it

I've been using the same fitbag I got from amazon from before my 6P arrived. Fit my Pixel XL a little loosely but I imagine it'll be a much better fit on the 2XL. Not to mention if you were to grab one now you could just grab one sized for the 2 XL.

Due to some shipping, travelling and whatever else, I will not be able to try it until beginning of December. However, I already got one the Huawei P10.
The quality is great. It is thin, lightweight and very durable. In the beginning the leather felt too stiff, but as always it softens up. The fit is excellent, there is no risk of the phone slipping out of the case. I prefer a tight fit as leather molds itself so well. I fell that it is a great combination of protection while not carrying too much around.
Based on how well I liked it for the P10 I decided to get one for the 2XL as well.

Anyone know of a neoprene one?

You can try sena pouch. It is a Turkish company and i have been using for a month. You can personalize it. I have bought the iPhone 7 plus version and it perfectly fits the pixel 2 xl.

I have a fitbag pouch made from alcantara fabric. You can buy them from Amazon or directly from the company if you want to customize it.

Would be really interested in trying a Fitbag, but I'd ideally prefer for it to be able to hold a Pixel 2 XL with a thin TPU case. Any idea on a bigger sized phone I could try ordering the bag for in both width and height, that could fit a Pixel 2 XL + case?

Fitbag can produce the pouch in any dimension you like if you order from their website. That's what I've done.
I assume the TPU case will have its own dimensions you could use as a guide?

Cases

So far, has anybody heard anything about cases for the 5T? It sounds like the actual device is almost identical to the 5, including button and switch positions. The new position for the fingerprint sensor will certainly have an effect, though...
I use my 3T for bike courier work, so a sturdy case is essential...)

bought some cheap ones from aliexpress. note that aliexpress already have a lot of replicas for the 5t from the spigen one for the oneplus 5

Just bought this Nillkin case in white, I liked all Nillkin cases used so far.

I have been using the Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro for my last few devices. I typically order the case before the phone and that case isn't out for the 5T yet. Hurry up Supcase!

I like this official OnePlus 5T Silicone case.

Dbrand Grip v2 and Prism launched for Pixel 3XL

Dbrand launched Dbrand Grip v2 case and Prism screen protector for our phone. It is supposed to ship by February.

They do have amazing skins, that I can vouch for.
This is their first official case and screen protector. It does look good from whatever information we have. I have ordered them and the expected delivery is in February. Will update with a review when I receive it.

Bought Both and a skin....I'll update when I get it in.

I had their original grip case for the Pixel 2XL. It was just a bumper case but was certainly very grippy. Overall it was a bit too bulky and ugly tbh. V2 appears to be a full case and it looks much better in my opinion. If it's the same quality as the original with this new design, I'm sure it'll be great

Curious how good the prism.... The case looks nice but I doubt it protects the cell as well as my otter box defender...

Looks like not shipping yet, but I would like to know how that screen protector fits, my wife is using one of those cheap amazon tempered glass ones that don't quite stick and it's awful, I just keep it in a spigen case that has been great, but sometimes I worry about the screen.
