Full custom recovery cwm 6.0.4.5 for p6

The news had Ry09iu (author of MIUI for P6) on that now is FULLY unlocked bootloader is true and now we have the first custom recovery FULL!
Is CWM 6.0.4.5 and for now is only in Chinese.
ONLY works with the ROM B118 China, because so far is the only totally free bootloader.

I tried it and the interesting thing is that we can install the custom recovery or reinstall the original recovery that came with the phone.

As I can see it's a signed custom recovery ( cn ) !
I alraedy maked a TWRP recovery, but device will not boot in recovery because is not signed !
Can you give us some details about the signing ?

Update Official B118 firmware, then flash your recovery, becaust this version unverify for boot or recovery

Ok, but I was already on firmware B118 !
If your recovery is not signed , than I think I know why my device not boot !

hi every one
last night when i wanted to sleep.my phone suddenly restart .when the os wants to load.it reamins at huawei logo
i think i have this os :SelfieP6 by Reyncla
so i decided to install another rom
i found this one interest :
[ROM][4.4.4][ Unofficially Omni ROM
in order to install this rom.it said :ive to first install kk beta .to install kk beta i have to go back to stock recovery.i had twrp.so ive installed these 2 by twrp : Stock Firmware Huawei B506 CN KitKat boot and recovery.zip
first i install boot then recovery.
and now what ever i do .it reamains in huawei logo.my twrp gone,my os gone
i cant do anything with adb commands cuz it says :device not found
am i bricked my phone >?

Boot into bootloader and reflash twrp.
1) I dont remember the key combination required to get into fastboot, could anyone help out on this one
2) When in fastboot your phone should get stuck on the huawei screen, then you run fastboot flash recovery recovery_twrp.img
recovery_twrp.img being the twrp file from surdus thread.
3) fastboot restart and you should be able to access twrp

dload method can be used only with stock recovery.
TWRP is for flashing custom ROM's.

Try both. See which one is working.

Yeah, Thats Stock Recovery basically from Regional Indian Global rom, no need flash cross region.

i have flashed this recovery.img file, would there be any issue in OTA update with this recovery?

I rooted my realme 5 pro, but later on to get the OTA update i decided to revert it back by restoring the TWRP backup, which should remove the root, but my device is still saying that the phone is rooted and when i try to update the phone just turn off and then restart and no update is done. I am using the recovery in this thread.

and if it starts it but cannot install the (ozip) file on my device it gives me an error when installing the firmware if someone has this same recovery but for
- realme q -
send it to me please

Try flash Stock Boot from this LINK and see status root device...or other way Recommended Clean Flash or Format Data to completely remove message Phone Root.

Well i flashed the stock boot, stock recovery and stock vbmeta, after that the notification of phone being rooted has gone. I think the problem was due to vbmeta because i had already flashed the stock boot and recovery but didn't flash the stock vbmeta. Anyways thank you so much for your help. Now i can go and update the ota. Thank you again for your help.

Yeah coz different hash / verification. A slight change in the system will make your device's status root...btw yeah Np

thanks friend faisalxp but I still can't get the image of the stock recovery I already searched several pages and I have not been successful in the telegram group as well any ideas how to get my phone back? I don't know what happened but twrp I already flashed it many times with Fastboot but I can't start my phone with twrp if I started my phone before but I installed a custom ROM and I had problems I connected it to the PC to flash another ROM and from there when I disconnected it the device no longer wanted to start in twrp

Last way you need flash .OFP Firmware with Msmdownloader and Official Realme / Oppo ID but not free. Follow this Link. You can find same service on your country.

anyone here know how to solve backing up system image back up failed?

i have accidently wiped out the os file on realme 5 pro.. can you help me? its been 3 days I tried everything to get the stock firmware but failed.... I tried your twrp method but after flashing it comes back to twrp​

Hello I have Redmi note 8 codename ginkgo with an unlocked bootoader and twrp installed as a custom recovery
I want to go back to MIUI because everything works well within the stock rom and I don' know how to do that.
I'd like to preserve my custom recovery aswell and if possible preserve root along the way
Please help me

download the recovery rom for your region and flash via recovery..root cannot be preserved so flash magisk again

First you have to downgrade to Android V9, i don't remember which MIU Version that is.

@mxpower, this is strictly not true, I have been able to install Pixel Experience ROM straight from the Global ROM V12.0.3.0.QGGMIXM A10 without needing to downgrade first.
I followed this CFW migration guide correctly (method 2) with no bootloops and all working correctly.
@perlene You probably flashed the wrong TWRP version, to be safe, Flash full MIUI firmware from SP Flash Tools or via fastboot and start over again

Same problem, I have tried few different twrps since yesterday, same keep bootlooping!! every try after flashed with full Miui firmware from Mi flash, still the same.

Hi I follow this video,

I did not install any preloader nor lk. only this twrp file. after finish this, reboot to recovery, it show some selection, I select recovery and press volume - buttom, then i boot up to LR twrp recovery. in the LR recovery, disable the AVR at the advance menu, and do a back up in case of lost of IMEI information. that all,
