Howdy XDA,
As the new #Pixel4 was announced today we are already in production of Pixel 4 screen protectors. We hit it out of the park this time with full coverage, 3D, and full glue models.
As always, we have a special deal just for XDA where you can get 50% any Pixel 4 or Pixel 4 XL screen protector, just use coupon code Pixel4Sale.
Any thoughts or concerns, just let us know as always and we'll take care of you.
Thanks!

So the tempered glass you're making are going to only be like the picture above? I'm not a fan of tempered glass where is just sticky around the edges. Are you making regular ones too?

I believe they will have more than one model according to their post, they say: "full coverage, 3D, and full glue models."
Sorry for the confusion!
We only have one design. It is a 3D design with full adhesive. Thanks!
I'm intrigued but already ordered 5 different full coverage/full adhesive TG Pixel 4 protectors for less than the price of your 1. What's the advantage of this one over others to justify the $20 (apparently 50% off, too) price?

Is it like what you did on the OG Pixel? If so I am sold. Should work great if it is the same. Just hope you don't cut out a few pixel at the top/bottom

Based on prior models, we decided to go with a 3D mold for the edges of the protector, along with full adhesive. Having a 3D design bumps up pricing a bit. Once you see reviews coming in of our glass I think you will see the difference

I'm not sure what sort of difference the "3D mold for the edges" makes but screw it, I'll give it a shot. I'm already on a spending rampage, having ordered two Pixel 4's (for my wife and myself) and a bunch of other accessories already.

Oh, nice! Order placed. The good news is that I'll have plenty of other screen protectors to use until the intelliarmor one arrives in November.
Thanks!
Nice,
I loved your screen protectors for the Pixel 1, but your offerings for the Pixel 2 and 3 were sub par at best.
We'll see how these work out.
Will these ship in time to be received when pre ordered phones are delivered to people?

Our Pixel 4 series will be one of the best yet. Yes, we're rushing to ship these out ahead of schedule. It's always a mad race to get them out with each new device launch
Good to hear.
Take your time, I'd rather have them be right than be available fast.

I appreciate trying to deliver them ASAP but I really hope I get this in time for when I get my phone because I don't want to have to order from a million different places. If this is coming a lot later than my phone order, salt I'll have to cancel my order with you guys. I can't afford to not have a tempered glass on my phone and don't have extra funds to buy more than what I need. My phone arrives between this Thursday and Friday

@intelliARMOR, will this also be available in Germany/Europe? Probably from Amazon? How difficult is it to apply those 3D molded "glasses"? Are they glasses at all?

Howdy! We ship to the EU from the USA, however don't have plans to set this up Amazon in the EU. If there is a preferred retailer you'd like to buy from let us know and we can work to get setup with them. Thanks!
I just received mine in the mail today.
Did not find an install tray within the package, should one be included? I am holding off installing it without the install tray...
I also noticed the black border does not follow the pixel 4's screen 100%, so I am afraid the screen's edge will potentially be blocked.
Has anyone noticed the same issue?
https://www.gearbest.com/screen-protectors/pp_009233221122.html?wid=1433363#goodsDetail
I haven't even received mine yet and I'm already disappointed and planning to refuse delivery and attempt to get a full refund.
I already have 3 other screen protectors for my Pixel 4 that cost significantly less than this one and all but one came with an install tray for proper alignment. Also, IntelliARMOR skimped out and went with DHL for shipping, which is notoriously terrible and just a kick to the face, considering the increased cost of this protector over the competition.
For reference, the package is only traveling over 1 state (Nevada to Colorado) and DHL has had my package for 6 days with an estimated delivery that is still 3 days away. 9 days to ship a screen protector 2 states away?!? Give me a break. USPS, Fedex and UPS all managed to get my other protectors to me within 2-3 days.
@intelliARMOR - If you're going to charge 2-3x more for a protector than your competitors, the least you can do is use better than the worst shipping option possible. And no install tray? Come on.
I'm annoyed that I gave my money to intelliARMOR and will not give up until I get it back.
Also, for those interested, I currently have this full coverage protector installed and it's perfect. it comes with a TPU case that you can install first to use as the guide for the protector install. The case is nice enough that I actually chose to keep it installed rather than slapping my Spigen case on. Oh, and it only costs $8 and arrived within 24 hours of ordering.

WORKING SKINOMI LINK -- and it's $.99 + $2.95 shipping, but still not bad, and it beats the $16 + $2.95 for the others with the back skin if you don't need it.
Just ordered one as well, since I'll have my phone before SGP has their new SGP Ultra Nano in stock and shipped
Thanks.. Just picked one up. Even with the $2.95 shipping... its a bargain!

Me too, they did the 99 cent thing for the HTC One X early on and people gobbled them up. Overwhelming majority of reviews were negative and some concluded that the batch was defective which explained the price slash.

Interesting. Well I guess there's 3-4 of us who will know for sure. I'd be happy to come back in here and let yall know if it's a screw up when mine comes in the mail.
I have this screen protector in my s3 and it sticks pretty well to the screen. My only complain is the orange peel effect
I ordered one of these. Hopefully the orange peel isn't too bad. I currently have the realook one installed but when I put my cruzerlite case on the edges start to come up.
I've always wondered if these types of protectors provide more protection than the hard/dry protectors

Seems like you guys maybe right. I just got mine in today and the film was kind of stuck to the plastic bag it was in which resulted in some weird bubble imprints on the top of the screen protector. I'll try to get a picture up tomorrow. I'm letting it sit overnight to see if the weird markings on it come out.
I just applied mine last night and after a nights dry, it seems a bit on the tacky side. Its not as smooth as I would like, kinda hard to swipe. But I will give this a day or 2 more to fully dry and judge from there.

They don't provide more or less, they seem to be on par.
The real differences are how long they last. Skimomi type repair themselves, can take hits that would usually damage the dry hard type, doesn't usually peel off if applied correctly. That's why most have a lifetime warranty. And the reason they come singular or in a two pack (mostly if you mess up installation, you have that spare), but not 3-5 packs, because you're gonna have to put another one on in a few weeks...
This has been my experience..

Just put mine on, the orange peal is much smoother than the original Zagg on my inspire, however the holes don't fit perfectly, they fit, just not as well as i would like.
Immediately after install any white on the screen looks very pixelated with a rainbow of colors, anyone else get this? Does it go away? Please tell me it goes away, if not i am going to rip it off right now.
Installed last night and very impressed. Had 3 small patches of spider web, 2 of which have gone on their own and the 3rd is hardly noticeable and I have a feeling this will go too.
There's a slight lift around the edges of the earpiece, I guess that's down to the glass on the phone not being completely flat.
I've had a Spigen tr and a Nillkin, neither of which went on as well as the Anker - although that could be just me having more practice!
Oleophobic coating is also working nicely, a few smears but overall very good indeed.
I'd definitely recommend one especially if you don't want to pay the premium for Spigen.

I wish this was available in Canada =(
Just put mine on yesterday and only ended up with one small bubble in the top left area of the phone and no spider webs (w00t w00t!)
I have it paired with a Spigen Slim Armor and it fits on JUST about right. Not sure if it's putting pressure on the glass screen but it looks like it fits perfectly. We'll see how long it lasts with it.
Texture on the glass screen is amazing. Neither I or my co-workers could feel any type of difference.
bought this and have small spiderweb at bottom.. still happy, very high quality.
hope sw goes away after time.
I agree, wish I could find these in canada. $15 bucks I'm willing to spend, $35 not so much.

I'm wondering when they are selling them again. I'm doubting between Anker or Mime Ghost screen. Which one is better? Anker offers lifetime warranty though!
Not sure, I've not used the Mime yet.. Only this, the Spigen and the Nillkin. The Anker has been the best so far, it's still on my phone and not chipped, which is an improvement!

i got one recently about 2 weeks ago, and for some reason i got a huge bubble spider looking web about half inch on the bottom of my screen and about 2 small spider webs which i didnt mind too much. I contacted them through amazon since supposedly they're bubble "free". This is the reponse i got
"Thanks for the response and sorry for the issue.
Actually we have had this issue reported and we are currently investigating it with our suppliers as it seems to be a batch issue. A replacement as much as I would have liked to make, it's not a viable option.
May I ask a second chance to make things right by issuing a refund? We will further process once we get your consent."
Ever since then the screen protector is not available, i didnt want a refund because i liked the screen protector but that half inch bubble its getting on my nerves. So i went ahead and accepted the refund will be trying Nilkin i guess.
I got this screen protector a couple weeks ago, too, and I have a big bubble at the bottom that hasn't gone away. I just called and they said they have made some manufacturing changes to the protector which should (hopefully) resolve the bubble problems. However, the new batch won't be ready for 1-2 weeks.
I am going to wait for a new one. They will call me when they are ready to be shipped.

Ok, thanks for this feedback!
If you want, look my signature for MultiROM on OPT!
OK, glass is not fingerprint perfect, but covers the screen excellently. I can suggest this glass for anyone looking for a cheap alternative.
It covers the front camera, but it's not a big deal for me since it works just okay as ever.
Just don't forget to re-scan your fingerprint because the height of the glass may give you difficulty while unlocking.

Dont't expect much from a $1.2 tempered glass screen protector. It keeps fingerprints but yet protects great. Also the view is great. Edges are not sharp, so fingerprint stuff not a big deal for me. The film protector that came applied with OP2 was way worse (about keeping fingerprint).

I'm not sure about the drop test, but i can tell you from experience with MULTIPLE replacements on two phones that, at least on the iPhone, the Sapphire glass was complete GARBAGE. I had mine replaced monthly through Zagg until finally i decided to take a loss and have the replace it with the standard Glass+ version. Surprisingly, the Glass+ was far superior. Dont buy into the sapphire hype. That thing was so riddled with scratches after a weeks use that it was hard to look at. As a matter of fact, i almost felt like looking at it was causing the scratches. They would be hard pressed to ever convince me that its a good product. If, and its a big IF this version adheres to the screen better than the other options, i might consider it, but again thats a big if.
You might want to check your local Best Buy, i noticed they had some stock of the Zagg Glass screen protectors at my local store in Savannah....

I've always been a fan of the super slim, clear TPU cases for phones (like this one). I've had the most success with Spigen, but it doesn't appear they offer a slim, clear TPU option for the Pixel 5. The closest I could find was this: https://www.spigen.com/products/pixel-5-case-ultra-hybrid?variant=32618355163183
Any suggestions out there? Any clear cases you've liked on other devices that are available for the Pixel 5?
Also looking for a clear TPU case, but not seeing ANY cases available for the Pixel 5 beyond the overpriced Google fabric case. I've had good luck in the past with Ringke. I'm hoping to order one to have it prior to Pixel 5 delivery (Oct 30 - Nov 02)

Ah that's the clear Spigen case I want for my pixel 5 but in the UK I can't find it anywhere . Any ideas for any UK people?
For clear I've always used the Otterbox Symmetry. They do run $49.99 but they are supposedly in-stock at Otterbox.com.
I use the clear Spigen for the 3XL and it seems OK: it didn't turn yellow as badly as the cheaper cases on Amazon (those turned really yellow fairly fast on my older phones). After two years, it has a tinge of yellow. The case does show a bit of wear on the back now, probably from the hand sanitizer that didn't dry off well enough when I was using my phone. I don't mind since it serves it's purpose to protect my phone.

I can't see the listing yet for Spigen. Went for the 32nd shop instead as a cheap alternative.

I've had it in my basket but it was removed. Assuming due to zero stock.

Just got the Spigen clear case delivered and it feels great in my hands. With the size of this phone I think it's going to be a hit.

liquid protection
This is the best testing I found for liquid. In sum, the impact protection was pretty dramatically increased, but scratch and fingerprint resistance increases were negligible or zero. Placebo effect on me? Anyway, I may go with what the Tuber suggested and do liquid (one applicator can be used to protect several devices per the video) and a glass screen with liquid applied to the screen protector too. I have used glass from Zagg, AmFilm and Supershieldz for the 2XL. They all break or get lint and dog hair stuck in them eventually, and then they need to be replaced. Zagg is probably the strongest, but honestly, I replaced them all after 6 months anyway. Think I will just get a cheapie and liquid glass it.
Saw an Amazon review that pointed out there is a cutout or indentation along the top edge of the screen opening for the speaker (that doesn't exist on the phone)
