Bootloader Unlock for January 2017 security patch, Verizon Note 4? - Verizon Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Brand new to this device, live in Canada and ended up with an Unlocked Verizon Note 4. Forgive my ignorance, however can someone please let me know if there is a bootloader unlock available for the N910V on the latest Jan 2017 update, Android 6.0.1? I'm not looking to root, just flash a rom if that helps. Anything info anyone may have is greatly appreciated

Unlock Sprint SM-G920P for use on UK carrier

Hi guys,
I was wondering if someone could offer me a bit of advice.
I have been doing a lot of reading and searching around the forum to find out if its possible to Unlock a Sprint S6 so that I can use it here in the UK.
I have been able to confirm that the radio band my preferred carrier uses is compatible with the phone but beyond that I am struggling.
Is it just a case of me flashing stock s6 uk firmware using odin or will I have pay for one of those SIM unlock codes advertised all over the web, I was able to recently flash and unlock my S4 mini using stock firmware, rooting the phone then running an apk file (cant remember the name)
Has anyone had any success in getting a sprint galaxy S6 unlocked in the past so that it could be used in UK.
I would be grateful for any comments and or pointers in the right direction if I am way of the mark here.
Thanks in advance for reading. Cheers.
edit to add: Software version G920PVPU1A0C9
Hardware version G920P.02
Android Version 5.0.2
Security Software Version - MDF v2.0 release 2 - VPN v1.4 release 4

Samsung SM-J610G

Hello,
can you please help me out, I just purchased a Samsung model SM-J610G with a build date of 21 Jan 2019 and a build number of J610GUBU1ASA4... I have not been able to find a root or compatible usable recovery TWRP for it. I am told by others that there is no Root for this model phone. Not even sure if TWRP supports this model... Do you know of a way to root it... or can I revert back this model phone to a older version of Android i.e. 7.x that can be rootable? Please advice. Thank you.

Not possible, as you could read in this active thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10+/help/downgrade-to-earlier-firmware-year-t4182683
Upgrade to new sprint fw with minimum same BL version of your current BL

It sounds good to me, but when I felt the impossibility of not being able to downgrade I was forced to sell it as a tmobile device, since for some strange and not logical reason, it did not register on the sprint network in any way and the only option that sprint gave me is to send it to warranty:crying:

AT&T S20+ 5G not receiving updates

Hi Community,
I bought my S20+ 5G in October and since then it has not received any updates, neither security patches nor Android 11. I called AT&T and Samsung both but they kept putting the blame on each other. By searching online I realized this seems like a theme in these kind of issues. The only option I feel I have at this point is to install the upgrade myself. I'm more concerned with Android 11 than security patches. I still got for security patch from June 2020 and One UI 2.1.
With this context can you please help with the below questions:
1. When I try to look up the firmware using Model:SM-G986U and CSC:ATT in Frija or SamMobile nothing comes up. I'm looking for G986USQU1CTKH. Am I missing something?
2. But it does come up with CSC:TMB. Can I install this version on ATT branded phone?
2a. Is the TMB version exactly same as ATT version?
3. Does this process trip the Knox counter?
4. Does this process void the warranty?
5. Are missing software updates covered under manufacturer warranty?

AT&T doesn't allow their firmware to be publicly available for any of their devices. Have you attempted updating your device with Smartswitch? Flashing T-mobile's firmware isn't an option to receive updates on your device. This post has information and answers to your questions.
G986U and G986U1 Firmware Links and Flashing Discussion Here
For those who aren't already aware, G986U is the model number of all of the US carrier versions of the S20+. The G986U1 is the model number of the same device, but sold by Samsung SIM unlocked and with no carrier bloatware. Firmware is 100%...

Unlock Note 10+ SM-N975UZKAXAA bootloader

Hi. Sorry for my english, is not my native language. I recently brought a Noye 10+ model SM-N975UZKAXAA and I want to unlock the bootloader. I read that the bootloader can be unlocked in N975U using SamPWNd here:
Custom ROMS for N975U
I've recently unlocked my bootloader on my N975U using SamPWNd and was hopeful that with these devices now being able to have the bootloader unlocked that we would see some custom ROMs ported over. I've been either unable to find any or I have...

But I don't know how to do it or if the model it's the samw I have for the UZKAXAA extra stuff in the model and I don't want to brick it. Can someone provide me with more info please? Thank you in advance.
