I'm thinking about getting this phone when it gets released but would hold off if there will be a Pro version released before 2020. I have searched this and even chatted with OnePlus customer service but they are tight lipped. Does anyone know if the next phone will be 7T Pro or 8?

If that's the case I may buy the 7T from the pop-up event in NYC on 10/11

Yes, I agree. I guess I'm better off waiting on this phone to get formally announced than going to that pop-up event and getting the 7T. Decisions decisions

Does anyone have any info on why the release date was pushed back and what it is now? Thanks
No. We don't.
Seriously, I hate to be rude, but there are quite literally* 37,046 other threads on this topic already and no, there is no release date.
*literally may not actually mean literally
You have come to the right place. We are all Verizon insiders.
It will be released on Decebmer __ th.

Honestly we need a dedicated thread on this. All other LTE threads are all off topic from the original post. This should also remain in the General thread as it needs attention. While it is a question, I think the General forums are best for this topic as it will encompass all aspects of the release such as the LTE outrage and the likes.
I think it should also be stickied for a specific time as tons of US users like me keep hovering on XDA to get an answer.
I also just called a few stores and got Tuesday the 13th from 2 of them.

I may be reading into it too much but your post rules out the 21st-23rd and the 31st
I think I just narrowed it down to 1 of 19 days!!!
On a more serious note, I would like to know why Verizon Won't take my money yet?
Maybe the 9th, possibly the 13th, could very well be the 15th. Those are the latest round of rumored dates and beyond that the Big Red exec said they wanted it out by EOY. I'm hoping Tuesday, but disappointment is running rapid these days so anything goes.

There is nothing there and I want to ask opinions about the Samsung Flip Cover. I can start this thread here but I cannot post to an empty subheading that is completely empty!
Let's start talking about accessories
These forums are in the process of being seperated by carriers so it could be server or user error, with the additional possibility of this happening because of the separation of forums... There is a possibility that these forums may reek havoc until everything is separated...
Thanks for the reply. I hope that the accessories do not get split off. Since all the carriers have the same phone, the accessories will all be the same.

All the threads in here seem to be about the N5100.
Is there no development to allot rooting or custom firmware on the SGH-I467 or SGH-I467M versions? (AT&T/US & Rogers/Canada)

Shame... AT&T is slashing costs on it, and is actually sellign a decent number. It's also popular in Canada.
And... Samsung has released the kernel source code for the device as well...
And... it's so similar to the GT-H5120.. only the radio/bands are different...

Hi!
I'm looking to buy Note 8. Now the question is.. with LTE (i467) or NO LTE (N5110) ? Seems that N5110 have a lot of things working on!
How come there is no Developpements on NOTE 8 AT&T LTE
Also LTE version is 149$ more expensive.
I'm still undecided.

See this thread for some progress being able to root and load clockwork recovery onto the SGH-I467M.

Hello dear XDA moderators and admins. First of all thank you for making this great XDA forum available to us.
I have a little question for you guys.
I know there is a Sony cross device development subforum here at XDA which is a wonderful resource for Sony users.
But is there also one for Xiaomi devices?
Considering the fact that Xiaomi releases somewhere around 80 new devices each month, it's easy for valuable information to get lost in all the various little individual Xiaomi subforums. Information that could also be useful to other Xiaomi users that might happen to have a slightly different Xiaomi device and therefore tend to hang out in a different Xiaomi subforum.
Wouldn't such a Xiaomi cross device development subforum be a great place for all Xiaomi users and developers to be able to communicate with each other and answer questions related to ROM development and other questions regaring Xiaomi devices?
Could you please create such a Xiaomi cross device development subforum? Thank you so much!

Am I the only one finding these Forums are extremely problematic to navigate?
I cannot easily find the right place to post etc. The whole thing seems random, counterintuitive or broken! Am I the only one? Do I miss something?
I cannot find really an Android OS subforum, a Mobile Accessories forum, etc.
Thanks!

I am posting a lot of general questions not for a particular manufacturer or model.
The General-type of subforums are extremely hard to navigate to. How can I reach these? Whenever I try to reach the forums, it shows specific Manufacturers.

Yes, it is very biased towards thinking everything is a manufacturer.
If I search for "EDL" the first 10 results are Motorola Edge, Samsung Edge and "Realme GT Master Edition"???

You haven't even been here that long... warning learning curve ahead. You get to use your brain.
I don't have much trouble. I can find what I want easily most times. Most here understand the system and its limitations.
Most forums aren't any easier... the simplest solution other then already mentioned here is to start your own forum. That way it will be perfect.

Get serious. The taxonomy here is completely opaque.
The (full website) "Topics" sidebar is completely useless.
The big banner for "XDA Computing" is misleading/distracting (even if they are trying to promote it).
The fact that newbs are always posting stuff in the wrong place is surely a reason to reconsider some of this.
The fact that this thread is in "Forums -> XDA Computing -> Build-a-PC -> Battlestations" is another.
All of these complaints and questions belong in this thread.
