idk really but this seams to have the same functionality except for the new swipe gestures , also its always good to be up to date

I can't get into Recovery Mode with 4.4.2. After the blue "Booting in Recovery Mode" I get an red errorline and it boots up normally

Try 6.0.4.7 , it works fine with 4.4.2

for me it works perfect for several 4.4.2 Roms. I never try it for the new official Sammy 4.4.2, only for the CM11 and 2 other ROms availiable here on XDA and also for the original Sammy 4.2 I had when I got the phone. I can backup and recover all those roms. From what I read the new official 4.4.2 has a different structure so maybe thats why CWM fail with it. But for sure it works for 4.4.2, maybe just not for that original Version!?

i did ) few times..less more- i asked to Phil, team win and lot of people

No my buildbox is still dead , but i am using my personal pc to build this , anyway , all of the issues in the recovery are happening due to mr sammy not releasing new kernel source , i asked them multiple times but no answer till now , people collabrate with me and go to samsung orc center found here and file a request for source code and make a big request for our bevolved active :good:

No bootloop. Flash rom then Cm_boot.img and finally the gapps

I'm trying the latest build with inbuilt kernel, everything good, no problem at the moment. How did you change signal icon? It is a cm theme?

Whats the update Procedere? Flash Rom and Boot, or Flash Rom, gapps and then Reboot. Flashed the latest build over and then System ui FC, Google play Services FC and so on...

@Vatsal The recent build is not booting. I tried the 27/04 build with 27/04 pico gapps and its not booting. A forced reboot also does not seem to work. Is there a fix or is it a known problem? Anyway, this is a great project, thank you for your work.

G4 815 installed and working flawlessly with this compile
Will update on battery/cpu/app drain if needed..
But if this works as good as my Mame4all [running years and still no error!] from the dev, then
it will only be if needs an update!!!

This is not entirely correct. AOKP has reanimated almost a year ago. Meanwhile, you can find AOKP ROM's based on marshmallow again [emoji6]

@HorstiG: Correct. AOKP was an independent developer-family and not entirely based on CM. They are at CM-sources for a long time now - officially announced. Nowadays we "only" (note the quotation marks - at least we have CM!) have CM. I know it's offtopic, but are there any independent projects left? Dirty Unicorn? Carbon? All dead? For Paranoid, their main devs went to OnePlus and so I guess, dead too.

There is XOSP atm for the H811 only, maybe H815 will get it to. I dont know if it counts though.

Yes, unfortunately, the good Android times are over.
CM is Shi.Good for old mobile phones, but not for modern high-tech devices with excellent cameras and other gadgets.

Actually they release sources. Most chinese OEMs don't. It's not much, but it's muuuch better than what exists out there (as far as "caring for your customers" go)

Hi!
I saw this video yesterday, and It seems like elephone has changed the fingerprint function on the P9000 from their own thing to google's 6.0 fingerprint api.
I hope if they update our P8000 to 6.0 soon (as they said, in April, but nobody knows ) they'll change the fingerprint api to google's, because we could use it for so many other things. It would be cool.
Just wanted to share it with you.

Just flash it with flashtools and leave all enabled dont uncheck anything in flashtools.

Since it's not official so no change logs. Vendor is 9.2.21 and higher

Very nice rom. Loving it

Perfect rom. I use it as my daily driver. All I need is working without any bugs so far. Verry good battery life time. I still have 65% at the end of the day.
