Hi all,
I'm running Lineage OS 6 on an older Oneplus 3 and until recently I had the older Lineage 5.
There I was happy to not have on my lockscreen loads of text popping up or icons, just discrete icons on the top left corner.
Is this thing fully gone with the 6th version?
I've been looking like crazy for the last 20 minutes in all the menus and could not find anything.
At most I can just disable all notifications, have them not display the content (private) or show all.
The lockscreen does not seem to be too configurable vs the past.
Is there any way to just get rid of all text and big icons filling the lockscreen and switch back to a simple clean one with just notification icons on the status bar / top left corner?
For vanilla Android I found a forum post that stated: " just go to settings>lockscreen>notifications>tap on the side opposite the toggle>notification style>change it from icons only to brief or detailed." but could not locate anything similar here.
Help ?
Am I looking for the impossible thing?
Thanks in advance!
You mean 16.0 vs. 15.1 ? Yes, lockscreen notifications seem to be all-or-nothing in 16.1

Hi,
Is it possible to move the statusbar/notification bar to the bottom of the screen instead and have it below the launcher?
Just a thought

It's possible with CyanogenMod 7, at least with the latest Nightly build:
Menu-Settings-CyanogenMod settings-Tablet tweaks-Bottom status bar
hi all
i just used the latest PA and found this awesome pie UI thingy and would loved to use it as a replacement to the nav bar we all know and loved as a change but theres an issue it needs expanded desktop to work but in expanded desktop i can't gain access to the notification panel ...so any help ?
When I use expanded desktop, I would access the notification and quick settings via gestures on my home screen. Gestures are an option a lot of custom launchers have.
Smart Statusbar or NotifierPro.

ppl just NEED to start new threads...they cant take the time to search the forums and read threads that are already made...smh
Now to answer your question.. you are wrong you dont HAVE to have expanded desktop enabled to have PIE, you can enable bare styled PIE adn set nav bar to 0 in hybrid properties and then you will have PIE with a status bar
PS- next time read the paranoid 101 thread that is linked in my sig and dont make new threads...it answers most questions...
Hey,
I have a question about this feature in the Mmuzzy 4.2.1 French Vanilla Rom for the Galaxy Nexus. I know this in the wrong section, but I don't have permission to post since I'm new. But with the extended desktop enabled I am also running the LMT app for the pie menu. However I would like to know if there is any way to enable the notification bar while extended desktop is on? Even if I use gestures to bring up the notification bar it is still blocked from opening, that goes for the quick menu as well. It doesn't have to be visible on screen at all times, but it would be nice to at least open my notification bar by swiping.
Notification bar
Hello.
I use another ROM (cm10.1) with the extended desktop enabled an LMT too.
In order to make available the status/notification bar I use an app called Smart Statusbar that allows to you show/hide the statusbar swiping on the top of the screen.
Hello again
I just see that. On the last nightlie build of cm10, you can enable the extended desktop with/without statusbar.
hmm, maybe I'll switch to cyanogen mod, I just loaded the mmuzzy mod yesterday. I originally was on bugless beast, but since there hasnt been an update in a while I figured I would switch. I usually like to stick to stable vanilla roms, but I could give it a shot
This makes me happy

I'm having the same issue with all GSI's on my S9+ (G965F).
Did you find a fix for this?
Hello everyone, long time reader first time poster. I have the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro, and I love it so far. Question: is there a way to make the status Bar icons bigger?
For such a big phone they seem awfully tiny and I was just wondering. I know on other phones you can make the display bigger and thus making the status Bar icons (the notification icons & the icons on the right) bigger but I didn't see this option.

I've been trying to do similar via the opposite way (Make the status bar smaller....)
Seems like a total waste of space to have such a huge status bar (as if we have a camera cutout) with such standard sized icons and No camera cutout
I've tried
- Substratum
- Substratum Lite
- AOSP Mods (xposed module)
- Gravity Box (xposed module)
All didnt work...
Really dont want to have to mess around with framework-res and systemui for this....
