help to return to stock - HTC 10 Questions & Answers

I was testing RR, but I lost the backup I did for twrp of my rom stock, can someone help me with the ruu or with a backup from twrp?
2.24.593.31
cid 339
model 2ps6500

more info is needed to find the right stock rom but you can get a lot of them here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/how-to/stock-stock-collection-recovery-ruu-ota-t3359297
let me know if you need help finding the info to determine which rom you need, I can't remember offhand how to find it but I can find how I did it.
If you have the newest bell htc 10 I can confirm you probably won't find it :/

Sorry, I missed the last few lines of your post. I think you're looking for the rom or ruu for CID HTC__339 and MID 2PS65000 . I wasn't able to find it in the post I linked, hopefully someone here on XDA can help you.

Newbie question

I have a dutch Diamond and i'd like to update my rom version to 1.37.707, but I don't know how to safely do this
Can anybody tell my how I should do this step-by-step?
What softare do I need and where can I find it?
Is this update permanent or can I return to the old rom version?
Thanks,
Henk Jan
read the forums so you'll learn that you will first need to install HardSPL (developer edition) before updating the ROM. It is semi-permanent, you'll need to flash your original ROM to go back. Backing up your current ROM is not straightforward. Search these forums for more information on that.
Could you mind to tell me how to backup my current rom??
thanks!

RUU for my HTC One V

Hi guys,
I am from Manila, Philippines and had recently root and flashed my ROM to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 with CM10. The new ROM is good but there are some things in ICS that I couldn't find with the CM10 ROM. I need help now to put back the stock ICS to my phone and on the threads that I had read I need an RUU but couldn't find one in the threads. Please advise and kindly provide me a detailed step-by-step way of flashing my old ICS.
Many thanks in advance to those people who will help me!
Thank you!

CID Checker 2 gave me the number 11111111 for the CID number.
Besides that, I've already downloaded http://androidfiles.org/ruu/securek...835U_3831.19.00.120_release_273801_signed.exe in case I ever need to use it.

1. You're on wrong forum
2. There is no RUU
3. The best bet that you can do is : Stock 2.24.707.1 ROM and Recovery with Aroma Installer

Check the size.. I don't check but I guess that's the kernel source.
As I said, post your question the thread that I mentioned earlier; someone with HTC One will help you

Need help on marshmallow update! (HTC__044)

Hi! i've tried searching around but couldn't find any guides on how to convert my one M9(asia version) to dev/unlocked edition. Any idea how to do it?
I'm a total newbie when it comes to rooting/flashing stuff so if anyone can provide a clear step-by-step guide, it'll be great!
I have a M9u, CID is OPJA100(i think? its printed there my M9 box), Software number 2.11.708.27, HTC__044
S-on, not rooted, bootloader locked. Just a fresh new M9 i've gotten recently
I really wanna try out marshmallow on my M9
I suggest that you wait for the update rather than messing through all the steps cuz u know you are on official stock and unmodified version

Yeah that might be the best and safest option for me right now. Anybody knows when marshmallow will arrive for these asia variants?
If you are not S-off.You can't become a dev version now.Cause Dev version need CID and MID both right.

I don't know how you guys perform a search but when i type "htc10 2.41.401.4 ruu xda" i get several helpful posts.
Take your time and read things carefully. Do NOT perform any action before you understand what you are doing.
