Hello
i have buy a HTC One M8 (maybe M8s?) and it dont start. It only boot in the Bootloader.
Now i want to try to unlock the Bootloader with the HTCDev website. But after the confim on the phone it starts in the Bootloader (Fastboot USB) again.
Can anyone help me please?
I think there aren't any OS or recovery on the phone.

Hi all Think i have screwed up My HTC One phone it was unlocked at first then i relocked it with fasboot to do a update rebooted and nothing at all wiped the phone clean and proceeded to reinstall from scratch with a Vodaphone rom i found on internet( OTA M7 UL JB43 SENSE55 MR Vodafone UK 3.63.161.6-2.24.161.1 and keep getting error mesages sorry i am a total noob did get details of my phone thou

I rooted it once succesfully, and now i need to restore/UNROOT it back.
I tried methods such as
1) fastboot method in which, it fails during
SIGNATURE VERIFICATION of both Recovery and zip file.
also,
couldnt S-Off the device, as REVONE download did not work.
Kindly help me do it easily, as i am a NOOB in HTC Device.
i have unlocked bootloader, but dont know, how to proceed further....

Hi i was try to s-off my phone but firware was not compatible, so i was unlock bl and use a custom ROM but still same.
Now im stuck with Android_Pandora_Rom_1.2 :/
