[Q] Return CM12 to Stock ROM pre-rooted

Hi,
I've spent 2 days back and forth looking how to do this...
I currently have CM12 installed on my M8 but I wish to restore my phone back to Stock rom Pre-rooted. I understand I need to RUU?
Ive read this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701376&nocache=1 and I'm still confused as I cannot find my firmware with an nandroid rom.

Problem unrooting one m8

Hi i am trying to unroot my htc one m8 and i am stuck because i cant find the version main number. Any help with unrooting my device would be great.

Why do you need the version main number for unrooting??

Remove your serial number when you post here

Based on the above info, I think its one of the following:
4.20.771.2
4.25.771.6
Reason I can say that, is that radio numbers 1.25xxx correspond to version numbers 4.xx. But 4.20 or 4.25, I don't think its possible to determine with the info you have available.
If you are trying to restore to stock using nandroid in order to OTA, it may or may not matter which of the above you restore. My suggestion would be to try one ; and if it doesn't work (OTA fails), try the other.

Hi i was try to s-off my phone but firware was not compatible, so i was unlock bl and use a custom ROM but still same.
