A little bit today i've got 44Mbps when disconnected and 42Mbps, 38Mbps (2 tests) when connected but idle and i tried 2times with spotify playing and i've got 17Mbps at every of that 2 test wierd because yesterday i, ve got 2Mbps but it's still a lot slower than normal
I suspect that 2,4Ghz WI-FI + active bluetooth connection (there is a data flow) should be the most affected combination. Switch to 5Ghz WI-FI networks if You can (as BT uses 2,4Ghz frequency)
There isn"t much You can do about that sadly :/

So I have a issue, I experience buffering when I try to stream audio via Bluetooth To my Philips fidelio while on wifi. If I turn off Bluetooth the buffering goes away. Can Bluetooth and wifi not be used at the same time? I have a 2.4 ghz wifi router only. Also if I turn off wifi "use 4g" and just use Bluetooth the buffering goes away as well. Does anyone else have this issue?

This happens on many phones because the wifi and Bluetooth often share the same antenna since space is crucial, both operate in the same general frequency range. Not much you can do I don't think.
I wonder if I got a 2.4 & 5ghz router if that would solve the problem

i got the same problem: everytime i stream music to my bluetooth headset and leave wifi turned on my nexus looses wifi connection when the screen is turned off.

That's a great experiment to try. I remember back on my nokia n95 wifi and bt stuttered together cause they shared antenna. But surely 5ghz has a desperate antenna? Curious.
I have the same issue. If I keep the screen on it doesn't buffer. The best solution I have found is to put the phone in clock mode so you don't get screen burn in. I used tasker to setup a profile when the phone is plugged in.
I haven't tried the 5ghz wifi but heard that works. My phone sees my 5ghz router but it won't connect. I tried all the channels but I guess that's a different bug to sort out.

Just tried this and it seems to be working for me as well ... Thanks for your help
Did you try setting your phones wifi to 5ghz only in the advanced setting ?
I think Franco kernel updater has a setting to fix this.

I've noticed that when streaming video over HDMI with my Bluetooth mouse paired, it sometimes gets choppier than when I turn the mouse off. Similar effect I guess.
If screen on fixes this than that's a different issue than antenna sharing bandwidth problem. Sounds more like the android 4 power reduction bug kicking in throttling the CPU or data or something.

I tried that and it still won't connect although it sees the 5ghz. Not a big deal because the range on my 5ghz sucks anyways, i just wanted to try it and see if it fixed this issue.
I got the Phillips speakers as well. I'm a little disappointed by the slow charge and low speaker volume for the price, but it works.
I did an alternative setup for my dad with a pair of cheap computer speakers from Walmart and Bluetooth dongle from Ebay. I also got a desktop cradle with spare battery slot that does a fast charge. In total it ended up costing a lot less than the Phillips speakers and probably sounds better.
So I've had my Tab S 8.4 for about a month and I've noticed that Wifi and Bluetooth don't play nice together. If I have wifi on andthen turn on Bluetooth, the wifi just disconnects from the network and says it can't find any networks.
Is there any possible fix for this or have I gotten a dodgy device? I've looked around the net and tried changing my wifi channel to no avail. Some article said something about 2.4GHz vs 5GHz and only using 5GHz for wifi but I think my router's too old for that.

Have you used Sidesync? Disable that (or clear app data and cache) and try again. Worked for me.

Hi, Can RN8pro connect on two Wifi bands at the same time? It should support dual band, but in some review is was not working.
And what maximum speeds do you have on wifi connection?

Not at the same time, I've had many phones with 2.4 and 5ghz and none have supported both conections at the same time, my speed for the 2.4ghz my RN8Pro gets a link of 86mbps, and for the 5ghz network the link is 433mbps, but I don't know if the 433mbps is the max speed that the phone allows or if the router is the one that is limiting my connection.
EDIT: However if you configure your 2.4ghz&5ghz networks with the same SSID and password in the router, when you connect to the wifi, your phone based in the signal will switch between 2.4 and 5ghz automatically.

Well Realme phones can connest on more bands of same wifi. RN8pro should be also able, but on TechTablets sad that i was not possible for some reason. I am asking if anything change with new ROM?
RN8pro shoul have also X antenas for wifi and some other tools.
In reviews, it was stated that the note 8 pro was able to connect 2 wifi connections at once. Is that true and how do you do you that?

Redmi Note 8 Pro should have Dual simultaneous wireless network, but it is disabled in software!
Realme X2 has doble speeds in Wifi. Can dovelopers unlock it on RN8pro?
This device has been a disappointment after other, does someone here has a solution for this problem?
I can't use my wifi with Bluetooth on, which means no gamepad for games or headset for music and its driving me crazy lol
I can get 50mb/s speed with BT off and it goes down to 0mb/s with BT on
I suppose is a software problem, but its been 4 months without updates from xiaomi, so does any one has a fix for this?
Device is locked and unrooted, wiping connections fix it for 5 seconds, factory reset does nothing
I solved this by buying new router (AC2100). Here soon MIUI update and devs knows this bug, so if they don't gonna fix this, I recommend do as I did. That's the way how I fixed this issue. Gl o/

Most 5GHz routers are dualband, you can use 5GHz and 2.4GHz at the same time

not in my case, I use a tp-link adapter and hotspot mobile from windows 10.. but thank you anyway
I'm thinking of using my phone as a wifi repeater to use my pc. The wifi I get from the modem is 5ghz. When I make a hotspot from the phone, the wifi adapter connected to my pc does not see 5 ghz networks. Can I share this internet as 2.4 ghz from the phone?
I just realized that you can't change to 5Ghz unless you share it from your own mobile data. But i been trying something but doesn't really sure that it's working or not, the first things is you have to set your wifi from mobile data as 5Ghz then you can connect your n8p from your 5ghz router, here as my attachement in poco F4 says that my note 8 pro broadcasting 5ghz
