Lightest / fastest ROM for a T315 - Galaxy Tab 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi!
I have a T315 running on LineageOS 14.1 (gr8nole / cuberio1) ROM. It's a great piece of software, but it runs rather slowly, I think. (I have trimmed it.) Sometimes it can get a little frustrating.
Is there a stable AOSP-based firmware that is lighter on resources, i.e., speedier? It does not have to be based on Android 7, I could go with 6 if the improvement was clear enough. (I don't like Samsung's own firmware, debloated or not...)
Thanks in advance.

SM-T800/T805 : Too much rom to choose from!??!?!

I've run Schischu ROMS on both my SM-T800 and SM-T805 for a while, I have read he does not update its ROMS anymore. malosasha took over Schischu for Android 7.0, but this version is not smooth enough for me at the moment.
Which are the best AOSP (simple and Nexus-Like) ROMS? I know a lot of dev like to tweak and give fancy names to their ROMS, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who wants a clean and lightweight ROM.
Any suggestion and/or ROM comparison?
Thanks!

Lagging except on stock rom

Hi guys!
I have an intresting problem. When I switch my stock rom to another rom on d855, (CrDroid, Fulmics OS, AICP, Tekcafe, etc.) I get so much lag on the home screen. What's the problem? I tried switching kernel, radio and modem, but nothing work. But LOS and RR worked pretty fine. I rooted with king root, and installed the twrp with autorec.
Try Cloudy that works on most
Quite possible that's it's due to the ROM itself, especially considering you have good performance on stock. Fulmics is basically stock with additions, theoretically you should be getting about the same performance but maybe there is something added that is slowing things down.
On the contrary side, I actually notice a great performance drop on stock or stock based ROMs as opposed to an AOSP based one, like LineageOS.
LineageOS is my daily driver with great performance on the ROM.

ROM Closest to OxygenOS (Performance-wise)

I love custom ROMs and, I hate the limitations that OxygenOS sets. But, I'm on OxygenOS because this is the only way that you can get the most out of this device. All the other Oreo ROMs are unfortunately not as snappy as OxygenOS. But, if you guys happened to know a ROM which has fast fingerprint, good performance (or a kernel to flash on a ROM), that'd be awesome!
My recommendation is vertex OS. Overall not too much settings but from my point of view already enough and very snappy also compared to Oxygen.
Until now just for Nougat available. It's under development, ETA unknown. If you are willing to wait this is a very good option to go.
Paranoid android and Sultanxda's cyanogenmod 14.1 are great roms, vertex os is also snappy. I would leave oreo alone for now, they are some great roms but not as polished as aformentioned.

Best Rom for Nexus 5x

Goodmorning everyone?
Which is the ROM that offers the best relationship between speed and stability?
Thanks for the answers
PS: Excuse me for my bad english?
LineageOS 15.1 is in my opinion the most stable rom.

But... is Lineage OS faster than stock 8.1.0 ?
The main issue is that this device has only 2 GB of RAM... so if Lineage OS takes less, that would be amazing! (maybe you can post a screenshot of the average memory usage?)
I prefer ABC, since I stepped over from stock 1y ago. Pure AOSP +some usefull extra's, no bugs, fast. Latest build. But:
1. best-ROM-threads are unwanted here, because everyone has his own best ROM. Use search function and read earlier threads.
2. Bullhead has BLOD-problem and BLOD is hot up by CPU. So don't prioritize speed.
None, stock 7.1.2
Best one so far

Yes, but it's not updated
In my opinion Slim Rom 6.0.1 is the best ROM you can get for this phone. It is the fastest, quickest, and most reliable.
I personally went back to stock ROM after Pure Nexus stopped updates. For my basic use, stock runs fine, updates regularly (just updated to 9/5 update), and has been totally reliable. But it's not my main phone, so I don't want to spend time screwing around with it.

Custom Android Pie VS. MIUI 10 Stable. Which one better.

Both roms are stable on their behalf on Android pie it depends which rom you are using some roms are buggy or lag sometimes but some are smooth As per now Pixel experience is best stable rom by now and you can try more also
Custom roms, much better than official MIUI rom which is full of unwanted garbage, ads, etc...

There is Mi-Globe which are MIUI ROMs based on official but with all the junk removed (optional). You choose which junk to remove (select expert settings) and build ROM accordingly:

Good to know, I never heard of that before!
I still prefer a AOSP rom, but this mi-globe appears to be very good for someone sticking to MIUI!
MIUI 10
Custom Android 9
Pie worse , graphic glitch common problem. Use oreo as for now untill pie stable enough.
I would suggest either 8.1 custom roms or Miui 9 (10 is just not as great in terms of perfomance etc compared to 9).
Just my opinion.
I get similar battery life between some custom 8.1 and miui9, just a matter of debloating miui9 manually and then its pretty much the same minus the customizations that custom 8.1 roms bring (unless you go LOS)
PIE is still at its early stages when it comes to custom roms but you have Pixel Experience, Liquid Remix which seem to be most stable albeit with some bugs etc
