until a few moments, yes, I can unlock and lock the bootloader or reboot the system. But nothing more when I try to put a ROM or twrp gives error, in Rom talks that the system was not found, in twrp says that there is no partition.

Try to unlock the bootloader and flash a fastboot image using MiFlash
You can get the fastboot image from this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2-lite/how-to/ota-v9-6-4-0-odlmiff-t3823913
Download the V10.0.3.0.PDLMIXM fastboot link and after connecting your phone to your PC in fastboot mode, use MiFlash 2017.4.25.0 (it works for me, older versions wouldn't flash the image correctly) to search for the downloaded image (in my case it was C:\daisy_global_images_V10.0.3.0.PDLMIXM_9.0) and presh flash. When it finishes it should reboot normally. You will need to reinstall TWRP and everything afterwards.

So, it happened to me after I tried to temporary root and install the gcam.
First of all, check if the cellphone boots normally with the OEM locked, if so, follow the steps below.
I am at the 10.0.4 version and v18.1 magisk (not anymore thanks God). I just *flashed (on fastboot mode) a 10.0.4 boot.img and locked the oem, then I reboot and works fine.
*remember always flashing using the vol- pressed
that's it, hope I can help you.

That's what I did. I tried installing gcam, but I forgot to back it up.
I will try the options that you have passed me and then I will tell the result

Help needed to Unbrick

Hi,
I own an Honor 7X (BND-L21) European variant. I was on Oreo Beta firmware BND-L21C432B302(432log) version.
I wanted to update to stable oreo firmware following this guide by @mrmazak
But unfortunately while in twrp, it wasn't responding to my volume down button click & auto aborted (as stated in the linked thread)
So I reboot the phone & suddenly it went into stock recovery & started to update. But at 5% it failed & from then, I'm unable to flash anything.
Tried rebooting & booting into TWRP, but TWRP doesn't exist anymore & boots into erecovery or stock recovery.
Phone doesn't goes beyond Huawei logo.
Tried flashing Oreo TWRP but it fails. tried flashing stock OREO recovery from update.zip, fails.
Tried both fastboot flash recovery & fastboot flash recovery-ramdisk command
My device detail is as below
fastboot oem get-product-model : BND-L21
fastboot getvar vendorcountry : hw/eu
fastboot oem get-build-number : BND-L21 8.0.0.302(C432log)
fastboot getvar rescue_enter_recovery : getvar:rescue_enter_recovery FAILED (remote: FAIL:need all image flashed!)
fastboot oem oeminforead-SYSTEM_VERSION : BND-L21C432B102CUSTC432D001
The firmware I tried was BND-L21C432B330CUSTC432D2
Any kind of help is appreciated.
Cheers.

Re failing at 5% suggests to me that one of the three file was not found.
Not able to fastboot flash never happened to me.
The not booting happened to me after flashing different region firmware. And factory resetting with recovery including format cache got it to boot.
Is you bootloader unlocked. Still?

all 3 files were perfectly there in "HWOTA8" folder in external SD
Bootloader & FRP both unlocked still.
Firmware region is same. I matched it thoroughly.
I don't know why fastboot can't flash recovery anymore
right now, I tried to fastboot flash system with aosp GSI img. it worked... then again extracted system.img from update.app .... again bootloop.
but still the same problem with fastboot flash recovery.... can't flash recovery.
Any advice?

I need to look at that code I'm using, that looks for the buttons. It works sometimes and not others.
Manual reboot to recovery should have worked also. Bit good that you are back going again
edit:
updated the hwota8_update-auto-rename.zip , removed the volume button check and leave it for the user to do a reboot recovery from menu. (made this way , to be able to cancel the update for whatever reason , might arise.)

Stuck on splash screen "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted."

Stuck on splash screen "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted."
Hello, first I apologize for my English.
After a factory reset of my Honor 7X ((BND-L21), and a failed flashing of TWRP, my device stuck on "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted...Your device is booting now..." at every boot.
I tried to re-flash TWRP recovery through fastboot (PHONE Unlocked, FRP Unlock). At every time the process on the command window works but when I want to boot into TWRP, nothing appears, the device reboot and got stuck on the same splash screen.
I can't boot into eRecovery (I think I deleted it...).
I can't use dload method (I tried but when I hold both volume buttons + power, nothing happens, it reboots into the same screen as usual.
I tried to unbrick the device with Huawei Multi-Tool, the process works but nothing new on the device.
I tried to drain the battery, without results.
If you want any precisions in order to help me, don't hesitate.
Thank you all very much, any help will be really appreciated.

There must be more to the story of what goes on to the device.
You only say factory reset and failed twrp install.
But also say the fastboot screen show successful flash of twrp.
So how did you flash it? What command?
Also say you cannot boot erecovery , think it erased. How, when?
I think maybe you flashed wrong partition, but need your input as to what command you used.

Thank you for your answer.
I flashed TWRP with the command "fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk twrp_7x.img".
Yes, at the beginning I would like to install a custom rom, but it failed so I did a factory reset with twrp. After that I tried to install the original firmware and unbrick the device with Huawei Multi-Tool (by following an other thread).
Everything goes well on Huawei MT screen, but not on the device (bootloop after rebooting).
I tried to force original firmware installation using Fastboot commands (fastboot erase name of partition and fastboot flash name of the partition file.img). I flashed system.img, cust.img, product.img, vendor.img, ramdisk.img.

Oooooh. Sounds like it's possible you have mixed Oreo and nougat partitions somehow
This I have seen before when using multi tool. When not correctly setup
Try from fastboot to get the prop file.
"Fastboot get prop"
I think is correct command.
I will check in my notes, when I can to see.
Interested in seeing what build number is shown if any .
And if possible to get a partition layout, but I don't think you can from fastboot alone.

Thank you but "fastboot get prop" is not the right command. If anybody has a solution it will be awesome.
Download the latest full ota package for your device (around 2gb)
Extract the contents of the update. App using huawei firmware extractor and
Flash
kernel
Ramdisk
Recover ramdisk
System and cust images using fastboot
After that flash the correct version of twrp for your device and then install images of version and vendor(found in update. App file) partitions using twrp.
.
This method worked for me
It didn't worked for me... Do you know any other method?
I tried many TWRP versions but the phone doesn't boot into TWRP...

Have you tried to switch the active slot?
Try if it boots using
fastboot set_active a
or
fastboot set_active b
If not working, can you enter recovery (power on with Volume up button pressed)?
If you can enter recovery, hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds and then press and release the Volume up button, to make commands appear. Then your only hope is to install the OTA update zip from there (copy the OTA in a microSD card, there is a thread where you can find the link to the OTA zip).
In my opinion, "OEM unlocking" in developer options MUST be always keep active, because incidents like this could happen, and because even without modding, an OTA could go wrong resulting in your same situation.
I was in your same situation (OEM unlocking disabled and then I locked bootloader with a custom ROM installed) with a Nexus 5X.
I don't remember well how I fixed it, but I remember entering in Qualcomm download mode (should be the same EDL mode) and loading a file found after many hours of research in strange forums and sites.

Have you sideloaded the zip? I think it's better to copy the OTA zip to microSD than ADB sideload.

There should be only two methods for entering EDL:
1- request authorization in en.miui.com forum. Sometimes the admins accept requests to give an account one EDL flash permission (but I don't know if it works with AndroidOne devices).
2- finding the test point in the phone's motherboard.

How to unbrick?
Hey guys. I bricked my Mi2 Lite as well. Is there any step by step way to unbrick?
had the same problem, was stuck in the bootloop even after I flashed img with MiFlash! NOTE: MY BOOTLOADER WAS UNLOCKED!!! (LUCKLY I DID NOT TRIED FLASH ALL AND UNLOCK!)
headed to this thread
Code:

fastboot flashing unlock_critical
did not work, I get error saying FAILED
but after i used
Code:
fastboot oem edl
I went to MiFlash and used "Clean all" option (again note DON'T use "Clean all and lock"!!!). It took around 5 minutes to flash and my notif. light blinked whole the time. After it say "Success" I was able to normaly boot the phone again
Find "Mi A2 Lite toolkit V 1.0.4.2" and use it to flash stock 8.1, it will do all the magic with a few clicks, just don't interrupt it until your phone restarts and you get the "Welcome" screen. After you can do the upgrade to Pie via OTA.

Hi all,
I also had same problem and I just resolve it.
My phone was in bootloop mode after stock rom flashing...
You don't need apply "fastboot oem edl" !
Just be sure your device is unlocked.
Download first stock rom (V9.6.4.0.ODLMIFF Firmware for Mi A2 Lite). If you flash last ROM, it don't work.
Flash it with XiaoMiFlash tool (don't forget to enable "Clean All") in bottom of the tool.
After reboot, you can apply OTA updates.
Enjoy !

Problem with Fastboot reboot and Can't install new firmware

Hello guys, i have a mi 10t pro, today try after unlock devices 7 days to flashed and downgrade because my battery drain is significative, i had 12.5.1 eea firmware and try to downgrade to 12.0.19, but now phone is in continus reboot in to fastboot, i try to flash with last miflash tool, but after 2sec is tell me that firmware upgrade is complete and now i can't start my smartphone. i can try to flash last rom fastboot 12.5.1 but without result. How i can resolve this problem? thanks in advance
When trying to do any major change like a downgrade, you must factory reset. MiFlash should have done that for you, but I guess there's a chance it didn't.
To do a factory reset from Fastboot you can use a compatible version of TWRP and just boot into it (not installing it).
Eg. fastboot boot TWRP_apollo_3.5.0_10-beta_1_whyle.img
From within TWRP you can then do a factory reset and see if it'll boot.
If it still boots into fastboot then you have the option of an alternative ROM. Xiaomi.eu provides a debloated version of the Chinese MIUI ROM. I'm running its latest 12.6 version and it has no problems with battery drain. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/21-6-23.61942/

Thanks i can try any solution. i install trought cmd fastboot comand twrp image file and after try to reset it? help me if you have other solution to I was hoping there was a way to bring it back to a stock firmware or a recovery firmware. I tried to flash all.bat inside firmware 12.5.1 my last firmware, proceeded it's fine and complete but after install my phone reboot continuos after logo. as if it didn't have a firmware installed.
P.s. Explain to me the procedure to start twrp without installing it step by step. Thanks so much ^^
To use TWRP to factory reset, first find a compatible TWRP. I used the latest version from:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...r-mi-10t-mi-10t-pro-redmi-k30s-ultra.4187427/
which was TWRP_apollo_3.5.0_10-beta_1_whyle.img
Boot into download mode
Then type this exactly (or change to a different file name if you're using a different version of TWRP):
fastboot boot TWRP_apollo_3.5.0_10-beta_1_whyle.img
Once TWRP starts up, go into Advanced, Wipe.
Tick
- data
- cache
- dalvik (dalvik cache)
and select to wipe it.
Reboot system.
That should leave you with no account set up and enable you to boot and setup from scratch in most cases.

i want to try to install with twrp, what rom i need? fastboot rom tgz or full rom .zip from mi.com site? thanks
update Mi-flash. There's 2021 version.
Code:
fastboot reboot bootloader
disconnect USB cable and reconnect it again
flash again with Mi-flash, do not lock it.
Fastboot ROMs are more than 3GB.

hELLO PL1992, i have use now MiFlash20210226 version installed for 1sec and nothing is installed, the mobile is in fastboot but I can't figure out how to complete the flash of the fastboot rom. I am using the latest EEA fastboot rom for my device, I have tried several versions even earlier but nothing. he says he has completed the procedure but in 1 sec he does absolutely nothing. Do you have solution ideas to try? alternatives to miflash? I also tried to install by extracting the Fastboot rom from inside the rom with flash all.bat, the procedure always go well, but the phone keeps restarting after the MIUI logo every 2sec. I have windows 10 pro i don't know if it is the problem

Did you execute the code given to you before you flash it?
In Mi-flash, click Driver, then install.
After it's done, reboot your PC.
Then do the
Code:
fastboot reboot bootloader
command.
The flashing process should be more than 500 seconds if it's done correctly.
The fastboot ROM should be extracted, not using directly the tgz file.
Rename the extracted folder name short, like "1", and put in C:/ drive.

Click the log to see what it done.
If you think this is bothersome, then do the TWRP way you want to.
For TWRP way, you flash the recovery version zip.

Code:
echo Missmatching image and device
It seems the ROM and your device is not matching, so it don't flash.
First confirm what your phone model is. The model should be written on the box came with the phone.
Install this program:
XiaomiADBFastbootTools (Java)
https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools
It will need java SE, follow the FAQ guide in that github to use the program.
It should show you what phone you have.

Hi there, probably found the answer. It can be because of your PC CPU.
Read here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/3638653/post-82085077
If you are very sure your phone is apollo, then you can do similar to this one and try again:

Do not lock bootloader
