Anyone have any case compatability lists going for the S10+?
Compatability spreadsheet now has s10e, s10 and s10+ tabs!

My person tests:
Spigen Neo Hyrid: Like a glove! Works great!
Otterbox Defender: I couldn't get the plastic parts to connect. You could probably dremmel a bit on the top/bottom to get it to fit. Sides are alright.
Encased Rebel Series: The case comes over the sides of the glass. Because it's a TPU case it works, but be careful. YMMV.
Unicorn Bettle: It technically works. The plastic front sits on top of the glass at the top / bottom. I'd be very careful though. I did try it 15m or so after the whitestone install, and the glass is good, but can almost guarantee a drop is very likely to break the glass because the case is sitting on the whitestone.
I bought the WS Dome for my galaxy S10+ but took it off within 5 mins - the fingerprint reader had a hard time recognising my print (I followed the instructions to the letter - the glass itself is flawless but I just couldnt get it to work with the scanner)
Fpr works great for me
Just purchased mine waiting to be shipped hope everything works good

I bought a two pack and when I had my first protector on that I installed perfectly. The sensor didnt work at all. The second one I messed up my installation and have lifting on one side because I moved it over on accident but now the sensor works. I do think the sensor would be more accurate without it but I am not about to rock this baby naked so I will put up with the few errors I get.
Installed on my S10+ it looks amazing. You have to reconfigure fingerprint after the install.

Yep - I took the factory installed one off first. Looking back, the only thing I didnt do was to enable the 'increase touch sensitivity' option after I installed the protector so maybe this might have helped?
In regards to the installation, that went really well and once done it looked absolutely perfect. But I just couldnt get the scanner to recognise any of my fingers and had to try multiple times to complete the setup. I'm tempted to try again as I've currently got a TPU protector I bought from Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07N4J3TVL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and I have to say the installation gives a perfect bubble free screen (its a 3 part installation which makes application better) BUT the edges do not stick firmly so there is slight lifting (about 1mm) in 3-4 areas of the edges when used with my Spigen case
I'll wait to see what others say on here any may re-try when the Dome comes back in stock
Regards
Martin
FYI - Whitestone updated their instructions on how to install the screen protector that includes pressing on the FPS area for one minute. I think this may address some of the scanning issues. I won't know until my order gets delivered. "1st curing is 15s with bottom then top, NEXT: press for 1 minute on the fingerprint area, curing 60s on bottom then same on top, Repeat last step one more time". Updated install video link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hn0zQ9dpwbo
does anyone know if the spigen neo hybrid works with the dome glass or the rugged armor case? or does anyone have a list of compatable cases yet?

Do any of you Whitestone users have suggestions for compatible cases? I'm rocking a Spigen Tough Armor but I don't know if it'll cause the protector to peel.
I also really want a glass screen protector, I've used these on all my previous phones and they've saved me quite a few times.

OP updated with link to the spreadsheet. The s10+ is currently blank. If you look at the top there's a link to add cases.
Once the whitestone is actually i in stock I'll be able to test with the otterbox defender, Unicorn Bettle and the Rebel Series case by Encased.
Side note: This is for case compatability. Please keep the thread clean of posts not related to case compatability. Thanks.

Hello,
I bought an off brand glass screen protector for my ONE and received and applied today. It's better than I imagined it would be. And way cheaper than the spigen or seidio. Watch the unboxing here

Very carefully. Lol. I lined up the bottom edge with where the metal and glass meet. Its easier than explained. I did mess up the first time, it was crooked. I used tape to pull up the screen protector then lined it up again. The instruction says to push down on the center. I didn't have to it automatically started to suck itself onto the phone screen. Definitely an interesting thing to watch. It stopped before it was completely adhered. So I did have to put pressure on the edge. The are tiny micro bubbles that are seen immediately after adhesion, but they dissipate after some time. however my corners seem to not be adhered correctly. I left it over night with an iPad on top to add weight hoping it would flatten out. No such luck. I'm wondering what else i can try...

I will. It's 0.4 mm thickness. I can tell you this the oleophobic coating is worth it. Plastic screen protectors are always greasy and you can't seen to wipe it off enough. These don't have that problem. I'll keep you updated though.

I have one of these, from the same supplier arriving this week. Do you use a case on your phone? Interested to know if this interferes with the fit of it if you do.
Interesting to hear your account of fitting this. I thinks i will securely tape a carefully aligned straight edge steel ruler to the phone and use that as a bump stop type tool to try and get it on first go.

You reffered to the SGP model of the glass screen protector, due to the packaging.
My question, how sharp are the edges of this screen protector with swiping the toolbar down for example, since SGP released a rounded version of the protector to get the sharp edges of.

I'm using this protector (same Chinese) knockoff I bought on amazon. With a super sweet case/bumper also purchased on amazon.. the glass is slightly narrower than the stock screen. I have no issues with the glass and the case.

They aren't sharp like a piece of glass in a picture frame. It's somewhat beveled but not rounded off and super smooth. Well worth the money for me.

ah, okay dope, thanks man. May order soon tho!! But I'm still waiting for some stuff for my phone so after that I'll see if you got any updates on the screen!
Got the same screen protector from the same supplier as the OP today.
Very easy to install. No bubbles
Nice rounded edges, and as it is lightly smaller than the screen, my case fits well.
Texture very slick. Once on and in the case you wouldn't actually know it has a screen protector on apart from the small rise next to each speaker which you would take as part of the phone if you weren't familiar with the HTC One..
I will never go back to plastic SPs. This is legit! Even though an edge didn't completely adhere this thing rocks.

Greetings,
Haven't really found a thread about this in here, but haven't looked for it very well.
My question is if this spigen screen protector is good: http://www.spigen.com/brands/google/nexus-5/nexus-5-screen-protector-steinheil.html. I'm happy with my spigen screen protector on my nexus 4, but the one on the nexus 5 doesn't seem to have any cut-outs for the front camera and sensor. This while other screen protectors for the nexus 5 do have it. Will it hamper the camera or sensor in any way?
Thanks in advance!
Using one right now. Proximity sensor and camera work just fine, don't worry. It's also a perfect fit, goes right to the edges of the glass and is completely invisible on the phone unless you're looking for it.

Yeah, I can second this. No problems with the proximity sensor. The protector is nearly invisible and feels almost as good as glass.

yes. I like them so much I ordered some for my wife S4. It needed replacement. So far, crystal clear. and they handle scratches well.
I've tried 6 screen protectors and finally found one without any issues. #5 was a zizo and it fit but had a stupid rainbow and the top corner randomly broke in my pocket after a month.
I bought this one on ebay. It covers the whole screen, fits perfectly, has a curved screen, no rainbow, air bubbles, and doesn't lift up at the ends. I'm finally happy with my screen protector

Sorry, the only way I have to take pictures is with the phone itself in a mirror (not terribly useful) or with the web cam on my new laptop which of course is of an awful quality. Here is the best I could get...
Would be nice if you use a friend's phone and take some pictures of the screen protector installed. I'm not being rude and appreciate your attempts at photographing it, but honestly they're pointless as they show us nothing

For $7 I'm going to give it a shot. Same price on Amazon for Supershieldz and 2 day delivery. Will update when installed
UPDATE: My Supershieldz TGP arrived and before heading out of town on business I installed and can confirm NO HALO. This is not just a Zizo close. Been using it for a couple of days now and while there is still smudging it's not as bad as the Zizo. I'll try to post some photos using my 6p when I get home

U can't see anything in those pictures.
I've ordered a zizo and a couple of the others that look the same and I'm done. All the ones I get smudge like crazy and have the rainbow effect.
I'm just gonna wait until there's a definite consensus on one that doesn't have those issues.
I'm currently using an Armor shield wet protector and it's pretty good for plastic. Better than the glass protectors as far clarity/smudge resistance but the glass is obviously better as far as feel goes.
Anybody knows a good matte/Anti-Glare screen protecror that covers the whole screen?
I pried my wife's iphone 7 plus out of her hands long enough to take these.
Is there adhesive on the clear part of the glass? Not just on the black trim. That's the cause of the oil spill under the screen. No adhesive to hold it tight to the phone like the clear tempered shields.

You get 2 protectors (3-5 would've been nice) and they are made in Korea just like the phone. The packaging mentions shock protection, dunno how valid that statement is!

I have the same issue without a case as well. If you look closely you'll see that there is still a thin strip of adhesive keeping it dust tight but still lifting around the edges.
Are there any dry application screen protectors that cover the entire screen like Samsung protector? Those case friendly protectors look weird since they leave margins on the display

Same here, i have been using them since Galaxy S8+, never had any issues, once fitted it stayed good until damaged or removed. Now for S10+ i've had 3 replacements under warranty as it is lifting up or peeling of as they call it, and it is not even close to the edge, i have another replacement waiting to be fitted so i will try to put more glue maybe? as it looks like there is just about in the tube, I am so tempted to remove it and have just natural screen without any protectors but it is an expensive phone

preinstalled screen protector that comes with the phone. usually brand marketing would blow up their specs, often times stating anti scratch etc. the one that comes default is the anti scratch one.
araree wallet case modified with the transparent hard case that comes with the phone. the only downside is a covered top. if you wanna swap out sd or sim card, you need to remove the case which is difficult. playing on gear ve 325, current model, is difficult too as you need to remove the case.
