Faux Kernel, do you use it? Why?

Just want to know why some of you use Faux kernel. It seems to be the most mentioned one , at least from what i've read so far.
On the latest base roms, is it more battery as well as performance efficient in your opinion? Any other reasons you use it?
I've only had faux kernel on my HoX for not even a day so far so it's hard for me to be the judge and i'm interested. Thanks
With Faux's kernel you'll have better performances than stock kernel, but stock has better stability and battery life.
It's because faux's kernel has the latest nVidia drivers for Tegra 3, as well as a GPU overclock for better gaming performance I've been using faux lately, and still testing battery usage on normal daily usage.

Which custom rom has the best overall performance for Lenovo ZUK z2 plus ?

Hello,
I am currently using Viper os v3.0 coral on my lenovo zuk z2 plus. It definitely has very good performance when it comes to muscle power of the phone, but it is not a balanced rom, maybe its not well optimized. It has some amount of heating issue, battery life is well below average and some apps crash while using them (e.g. the camera app). I need a ROM which has descent muscle power but things on the highest priority are stability and good battery life. Also I am using the stock kernel. Could anyone suggest me a custom rom which fulfills my needs.
Thanks !
Aex official battery friendly but slightly weak in performance but it is ok for average user no lag problem for me
for me AEX is quite stable now, performance is decent but overall, it is a rom that u can use for a long time without an issue

[D855] Best configuration for stability, autonomy and thermal control ?

Hello,
I will give my D855 3GB - 32 GB to my 70yo father who live far of me.
So I need the best stability without needing advanced interventions like flash updates.
And the best autonomy / thermal control for some of his usages like GPS in summer.
I'd also like to root and use Lucky Patcher.
I used Clean Rom + Xceed in the last summer but I had too many thermal issues (shutdowns).
And battery draining seems high in my opinion.
What about Clean Rom + Stock kernel ? What about Fulmics Vs Clean Rom ?
Customs Pie seems seducing, but in my tests (RR, AOSPEx..) there are more lags than stock.
Battery management doesn't seem better. And there are many tweaks my father doesn't need.
Thanks

Best ROM for Performance and stability [OP3]

I don't care about look and new features.
I want pure performance and Stability?
What do you suggest?
Stability - OOS 5.0.8 has the best stability.
Performance: Try mcd EAS based kernel with blu_schedutil governor set on both little and big cores, let the kernel settle in for 2 3 cycles and experience awesomeness. The phone is more fluid that stock OOS kernel.

Most battery efficient ROM (Android 10)

Please suggest me an Android 10 ROM. I don't care about gaming and all. i just need maximum features + battery efficiency.
Superior is plus nameless kernel, under clock big 1.8 little 1.2
Havoc OS is is having pretty good battery backup..
