I was searching on OOS' github to build latest version for Oneplus 3 but I only found for android 6.0.1 :/
Do i just have to change "-b oneplus3/6.0.1" by "-b oneplus3/8.0" ?

Hi everyone !
After finishing download, I've started to follow github guide. But, when I execute "pull_library.sh", no files is found and, when i search via TWRP and file manager, I can't find any files. Is it just a problem with my version and I need to reinstall ? Or is it anything else ? I'm actually using OOS 5.0.1

Official support for our phone was discontinued several months ago. See the official thread here for info. Best bet now would be NutOS. Also found here in the threads.
