LGUP error

okay guys, so, problem
trying to downgrade my LG G4 H815T thats currently running 6.0 to 5.1 due to crap battery life.
now, heres the problem
when i attempt to use LGUP as said in the forums, it comes up with this error: DLL for H81520D is not installed properly. Please, install a DLL package (*.msi). for the model.
i've looked everywhere for a fix, uninstalling and then reinstalling, tried installing the DLL first, then the LGUP software, etc. and no luck, tried 5 different computers running between windows 7 and 10, still no luck. anyone got any ideas

yeah downloaded from there, also tried plenty of other sites, all the same issues
all drivers for phone up to date
2 days later and still having no luck

thanks for the help mate, finally got it, just messed around for a little bit with and ended up doing a fresh windows install on a 2nd HDD and having only LGUP and drivers to support on there, champ!

What can I do ?

install the DLL BEFORE installing lgup
to fix.
uninstall lgup
reboot for good measure
install dll
now install lgup

lgup userdata error
im trying to flash this pos phone the lg tribute lgls675
I install the lg drivers, install the phones drivers install ddl and then lgup. i open the app it detects my phone i load up the rom i want to install and click start. after 11% I am hit with Error: userdata unmount success. What the hell is that? I cant go any further in the process it just stps on that crap eachtime

i will try it because i try to extract the kdz file to have dz and im stuck at 22% same step "boot"
now im stuck at 99% and 80% on lg up

mine running on pre root system without any bloatware korean apps , dialpad..
*****dont forget to tick on refurbish on tot or kdz image to downgrade

if you want to flash this please do a little research and becareful before you play with the firmware ...
Make sure to downgrade to 5.1 first before the procedure !!!

I think you got a wrong version of LGUP. Try this one : https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g7-thinq/how-to/cross-flash-oreo-pie-firmwares-lg-g7-g7-t3915303
If you get an error also with this one just update with LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL ( it can be downloaded from support section in the official LG website. For the recover process you only need YOUR IMEI or S/N).

did you tried also with Lg Support Tool ?
You have to reboot your phone into the download mode and then use the IMEI for an advanced restore.
You can find the tool here : lg DOT com/fr/support/support-mobile/lg-LMG710EM

What all did you delete and what do you have backed up? Have you tried MSM and restoring persist or are you waiting to try that if you can't figure it out before?

hi bro, I have the same problem, all sensors are working but I can't add fingerprint. Did you solve the problem?

Keep phone connected (dont change USB port). Open bypass again. Hold Power+ Vol up until it show Protection disable. Then press Download on SP flash tool. Redo 2-3 times.

Yes, I already managed to fix it and installed the firmware. But never got around to installing TWRP. After I install TWRP on the phone, I start a cycle of reboots and nothing else, and so I've reflashed and tried differently every time, but still can't get TWRP installed. Maybe you know how to solve this problem?

Type this on Google: brp 3.5.2 v2.7 pling
And download exactly that version.
This TWRP is for Miui 12.0.x and custom rom based on that.
