Hey.
At the beginning, I would like to apologize for my English language, but I am using a Google translator. I have several pieces of Samsung Galaxy Note7. I'm having two problems.
One copy is the N930V, with software from the American Verizon network. The problem is that there is no software in Polish. In addition, there is a message to return the phone, even though it charges up to 100 percent. Can anyone help me find TWRP to N930V, and find some Custom Rom? I am a layman.
2 copy is N930F.
The phone sometimes turns on, but only under the charger. The battery only charges up to 50%. When the screen goes off and I try to use the phone to wake up from sleep mode, vertical green bars appear on the screen, or enter normal mode, but it immediately shows a message about returning the item to the point of purchase and replacement of the device.
The message starts with the words "Important Note: The Samsung Galaxy Note7 ..."
The software version number: MMB29K.N930FXXU3BPL5,
Unfortunately, the picture is quite rare.
The phone disconnects automatically after disconnecting from the charger. Without a charger, I do not want to start.
When I connect it to a computer with a USB cable, it has not even started correctly once. They are always green bars on the screen.
Can anyone help me with software repairs on these two phones?

Never seen or heard about anything like this. I wonder if anyone encountered a similar situation.
I have a good reason to believe my phone is not bricked, although I'm not sure which is worse.
I'm not sure if it's related, but it might be worth mentioning here:
I noticed, since I started using this phone, that the battery level sometimes drops very fast. Normally the phone maintains normal battery level, but while opening "heavy" applications (e.g waze, google earth) or even during a phone call, It drains the battery out rapidly, roughly about one percent per two minutes. Sometimes even while connected to charger the phone shows a slight decrease in battery level. And it gets hot too.
Few hours ago, I turned it off to save some battery for afterwards, and since that moment it wont turn on. I tried several things.
I left it to charge.
I took the battery out and placed it back after a while.
I tried all possible combinations of the three physical buttons on the device.
I took out the sim card and the sd card.
At home I checked the battery, It shows normal voltage of 4.1V. I used several usb cables and measured the voltage between the battery connector inside the phone while the battery is removed. It indicates that the phone keeps charging the battery even while staying in this situation.
While plugging it to the computer, the phone is not even identified by it. It wont react to the computer just as if it's not connected at all.
Getting it to usb mode showed no result.
I have installed new roms on the device several times, yet more than a week has passed since the last time, and the phone worked fine since. except for the battery issue that I mentioned.
It was originally bought from T-mobile without contract, and it has a warranty assuming I would be able to bring it back to stock rom. Anyway, I'm using this phone in Israel and the nearest T-mobile service point is 10,000Km away, so I would do this as a last resort.
Hope for some advice, and may this post be able to help others that got in to similar situation.
Have you tried getting it into download mode? Disconnect from the PC, then keep both volume buttons + power button pressed while connecting the USB cable to the PC.

Phone won't turn on
Just had this same experience. I had just taken mine off the charger in the morning, booted it up and minutes later, it restarted on its own. Never came back to life. No possible combination of buttons, batteries, usb cables, ODIN running/not running would bring my phone to life. I mean I tried everything including the famous usb jig. Nothing. Sent it in to TMo and as it was within 30 days, they sent a new one which is running fine.
The problem is...
The phone is not recognized by any device, while being connected to usb. The only thing it does while plugged is to charge the battery, and that I can tell by measuring the voltage. It gives no visual indication, or respond to any button\connected device. Using that jig is the only thing I got left to do. I know it suppose to reset the counter. What else will it restart? My rom?, internal sd? the recovery partition? Can this physically damage the components on the phone's PCB?
And assuming the phone hardware is unharmed, are there any firmware malfunctions which are impossible to repair? (Generally I know there are, yet I'm asking specifically for these phones that comes with "download mode")
Had a situation where the device wouldn't turn on. Woke up one morning and it was still on the charger yet totally unresponsive.
Pulled the battery, waited 30 seconds and everything was fine.

I wish it was that way for me too, yet it was one of the first things I tried. and yet, Nada. Here are some news: I gave the jig a try, and it didn't seem to work either.
On contrary to most of the fully bricked cases I heard about, my phone wont be recognized by the pc at all while being connected to usb. Not even a "Faild to connect" message. That leads me to believe that it is either a dead Boot-loader or a hardware malfunction.
I made a little research, and found out that it is possible to connect the pc through some kind of adapter directly to phone's processor, using specific pins. It is a simple kind of serial connection called Jtag. Initial factory configuration of electronic devices is only one application of it.
For that process I need to have that device along with it's driver, a boot loader to flash (According to what I've seen the T989 is not yet supported by these softwares).
I need to have some nerves to open up my device and to solder some pins (And I also need that Jtag pinout).
Does anyone know about a better way of doing it other than sending the phone half world to the U.S?

Rooted: Yes
Age: Around 6 months, maybe more
This happened few weeks ago, so I am writing from memory.
I went to bed with half battery remaining. I put on my usual alarm and fell asleep. I woke up in the morning without alarm, my phone was dead. I just assumed that battery was dead and tried charging. After charging for few minutes I tried to turn it on, and nothing happened.
Things I have tried:
Charging the phone through the wall
Charging the phone through an USB connected to a PC
Tried the above with 2 different cables
Removing and inserting battery
Borrowing and using my friends battery (same model)
After this I finally gave it to service and it returned yesterday. They did not fix it, since I bought it online from Germany and I am living currently in Sweden and do not have an international warranty card.
One thing was different after it came back from service. When I plug in the phone to charge, it turns on and displays this weird/distorted pattern.
Cannot post a picture due to new account restrictions, maybe I could PM pictures to someone else so that person could post them here?
I will try to describe. It is white and gray pixel groups scattered all around the screen. And the screen is completely filled with them. Kinda like bricks in a case.
But now I was able to run Odin mode, or downloading mode, I am not exactly sure how it is called.
It says this:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-N7100
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: No
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
Unfortunately, I was unable to start recovery mode.
Other quirks:
Not sure if it happened before, but it stays on, without battery as long as it is charging
If it is charging, it is impossible to turn it off with the power key, no matter how long I hold it
Sometimes, when trying to start Odin Mode, someones a new images appears on a screen. Instead of a usual distortion, there is just a black field with many green and blue pixels scattered all around the screen.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Sorry if this was posted before, but I am not familiar with the terminology, so if someone could at least tell me how is my problem called or could direct me what I should search for, it would be very nice too.

i think you bricked it try restoring using this method
http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/mobile-ph...e-2-from-rooted-to-factory-settings-50010623/
Even i had exactly the same problem
i got the same problem. even when i used phone only over wifi and after 20 days of buying this phone.i got this problem. distorted color and cant boot. only can go to odin download mode. or can see galaxy note ii text in black background.
since its within warranty gave to samsung care. they told they would replace the motherboard.
after lot of searching i found this issue comes in gt-n7100 16gb model.......
Users reported it's due to insane memory chip. which comes faulty in this model. samsung least bothered about resolving problem in that model. but provides repair free within warranty and charges later...
Hi, need some technical advise on this issue. Apparently, I have a set of Galaxy Grand from China Unicom. The thing is that it is on stock. I gets heated up super hot whereby I can feel the blistering heat and when plugged in to charger, it just discharges and not charging. The phone is hot with or without charger plugged in. It has never went to water contact before. I am puzzled, I can't flash it to any other firmware as I've read the I9082_CU phones are sort of like firmware locked. The phone will keep on draining battery until it kills itself off. The only way to charge it back is for me to charge the battery with external charger.
If anyone has any insight of this issue, or have a schematic diagram for any jumpers to the mainboard, please share thanks. I suspect something is drawing power or a blown capacitor or resistor that is causing this. Another thing is that whenever I try to activate the wifi and bluetooth , it just says " Turning Wifi On" or "Turning Bluetooth On" it stays for a couple and reverts back to off position. However I noticed even in the off position, the WIFI or Bluetooth icon is dimly lit.
I thank everyone for any insight on this.
Regards
phone is getting slower
am also facing the same problem... & now a days am not able to open the google play store, when i open it, my phone hangs & after some times error message wil popup on my screen like "unfortunately google play store stopped", please help me with a solution for this.....
I never knew Grand has a carrier-locked variant... Given its target market in developing countries, not US.
Your best bet is to complain to your carrier and claim your warranty, because it seems like they have done lousy modifications to the phone...
The thing is these phone was purchased from China, didn't know it too that they locked the firmware but after reading from a couple of guys here, it seems it's locked. Battery is draining like crazy , 1% every 20-30 secs. I think it could be firmware but maybe it could be hardware as well
This could be a faulty app/firmware---which can be detected by some system monitoring apps on Play Store---a bad kernel or some faulty hardware...
There's no solution for faulty hardware... just dump it if you can't bring it to a service center
Can you root and install a custom ROM on a locked firmware? (sorry I've never used a locked phone before) This could be a fix if it's a faulty app/firmware/kernel.
I have galaxy tab s wifi 10.5
I bought it from Kuwait about 7 months ago.after about 1 month I begin to face many problems with it such as:-
1-the battery empty very fast it going down from 100 to 80 to 50 and ect.
When I connect it with the charger I found that it's after 8 hours, only got 20% and when I take off the charger,it's directly turn off the device.you can say that the device works only when connected to charger.
I send it back to the manufacture and told them that there is a problem with battery and after 2 days they called me to get my device back saying that the problem only with firmware and it's ok now.
2- I begin to use it and after about 3 days, I found Avery strange issue
That the home button, back button and recent app button dosent work and the only work when I shake the device or put it on the screen and put it back again or use the device with the book cover.
3-also when the battery reach to 10% and connect it with the charger and try to use the device while charging, it turn off automatically and show the sign of battery charging on the screen and don't want to turn on again untill I disconnect the charger from the device but when I try to charge it from the PC, it dosent turn off and show the battery on the screen.
I tried to install another country firmware but still have the same problems here.
Could anyone pleassssssssssssse help me

If you've even tried firmware from another country it really isn't fixable, you can either replace battery if you can find another one or send it back pal.

Really I don't know if it's a hardware problem(battery) or a software problem(firmware)
Also what is your openion with the buttons issues(is it software problem or hardware)

To be honest you've knocked the nail on the head with it being hardware, I would say when doing a full factory reset is downloading full factory image from sammobile and flashing tar file through Odin if still problems then hardware...too many things going wrong at the same time cooincidently.
Greetings, all.
I am in dire need of help. My plight is as follows:
I am soon going off to college and have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, SM-T320. I am fairly technical, and have fixed computer parts prior. However, I had weak charging, and I decided to pop the back off to get the serial number of the current battery. It was a T4800E, in case that is relevant. I went to eBay, purchased the battery, and just installed it about half an hour ago. I expected the battery to be low and/or dead, so I plugged it in. I immediately have an issue which I am not sure is severe or harmful to my device.
Currently, the tablet is sitting next to me on a stand, plugged in, and the oddest thing on the screen: the battery charging animation when powered off (the battery in the center of the screen) is starting (i.e. showing the "loading circle" in the battery), but is not actually showing the charging bar animation, powering off, and repeating. I will leave it overnight, replying in the morning with an update if you wish to know, and if the problem ceases, I will simply delete this thread.
If this is still up the day after OP, it is likely still going on (check below for an update from me), but I just want to get an answer as soon as possible.
To answer some possibly-relevant questions:
Yes, I still possess the original battery, and can replace if you feel is a good idea.
Unfortunately, I am completely opposed to cracking or anything of that sort, as I wish to avoid the possibility of bricking and/or permanent damage.
Thank you in advance for any help,
Chronotides
