What is the name of the executable to change sound volume?

I'm using 3VO's ROM. Can someone tell me what is the name of the exec to change sound volume? Thanks.
Im not positive about the name of the EXE, but you can change volume with the JOGGR bar or if you have STK installed one plugin deals with volume. I also believe that around the forum there is a MortScript that will do this aswell...
Search and you will find...
Another alternative.
SetVolume0.4.1
Thanks. I will give SetVolume a try.
I'd like to disable joggr bar because it's quite annoying. but I need the ability to change volume occasionally.

Sliding Keyboard sound volume

Is there a reg edit that lets you change the volume of the sliding keyboard sound independent of the system volume?
dont think so, as there is nothing in the registry for sliding sound that relates to volume.
BUT what you could do is get a sound editor, copy over the sliding sound you want to use to your pc, cut down the actual volume of the .wav and then send it back to your device and use that as your sliding sound.
Sliding Keyboard Sound
Does anyone know where the sliding keyboard sound file is located? Is it a wav or wma file?
0_in.xwav
0_out.xwav
1_in.xwav
1_out.xwav
2_in.xwav
2_out.xwav
3_in.xwav
3_out.xwav
4_in.xwav
4_out.xwav
If sound editor don't support xwav: rename xwav to wav

Anyone care to share any possible method?

(Mod) Enable Dolby Digital and other presets on external speaker.

Pretty simple xml edit for stock Music player 4.4.2
This will allow you to use custom presets/ EQ when the headphones are not connected. Works quite well.
Using a file manager of your choice (ES gave me errors)
I used rom toolbox and rb text editor.
Navigate to system/etc/com.lge.music.xml
Open com.lge.music.xml with your text editor.
Scroll down to:
<!-- Support Audio Effect through Speaker.
Default value is false-->
<eq_through_speaker data="false" />
Change to:
<!-- Support Audio Effect through Speaker.
Default value is true-->
<eq_through_speaker data="true" />
Save the file and reboot.
On a side note, in the same xml file. You can also enable playback and pitch control from within the eq settings. I tried and it added the correct tab to the eq. However, when changing the settings, playback became very choppy.
You are awesome!

Custom volume index values for audio streams

Hi,
in this file (Lines 307 to 320) you can set the "Maximum volume index values for audio streams".
I know there is a way not to change this file itself but to set these values in custom, by setting ro.config.media_vol_steps or ro.config.vc_call_vol_steps and so on.
Is there a list of these custum settings ro* ?
My idea is to set all values in lines 310 to 319 to my own needs... :angel:
