KLWP - Install first - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.wallpaper
AHXmin - Install next - https://www.dropbox.com/s/yh27em1auild5wf/ahxmin.apk?dl=0
Choose from blank min for wallpaper and adjustment settings only
or
Install min for 2 page with weather, news, events, and music (Must set KLWP to 2 pages and place a blank widget on page 2 to make it work)
Works for the following theme colors with a single adjust color global.
Quick settings and app drawer bg
Google now feed bg
System and lockscreen shade
At a glance and status bar font colors
Best advice I can give is that the adjust color will overload your Pixel to think that color is dominant and then all of the above adjust accordingly.

Yes the apk works. No it will not change a tint issue.
Can you post screenshots that show this off? Or is it just a slight tint to the screen?

If only it could make the nav bar transparent all the time as well.

I think so but I am unsure. I think the S10 uses the "Night Mode" setting only unless you mod the system themes to be light\white.
You can try. I have an S10e from USA (970U1) and I will try it in a bit.

Trying to remove the outer ring on the lock screen:

The image I have found that seems to be close is Unlock_Ring.png in framework-res/res/drawable-sw600dp-xhdpi/ but it is not the correct one (editing it does nothing)
Any one know which file controls the outer ring?

It's controlled by "ic_lockscreen_outerring.xml" in the drawable folder of framework
currently trying to tinker with that myself.
Tried changing the color to transparent #00000000 and setting the dimen to 0.0dip, but neither works with theme chooser (the change is not applied).
Let me know if you get it to work please.
You can't theme the lock screen with the theme chooser.

I just want a nice clean black outline on all of the elements so it looks nice over my white background, I've tried the 'Blur' option which is as close as I can find to what I want, but as you can see it doesn't turn out very well:
Looks good in the editor on dark background:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there a better way of doing it / anything else I can try?
Thanks in advance.

Is you main gripe with the blur option, that it produces these weird "shadows" below transparent elements? If so you could try a little trick I worked out:
1. Copy the element you want to have a blur shadow on but want to have transparent two times. You now should have three identical modules:
Module 1
Module 2
Module 32. Enable the blur shadow on module 1 and configure it to the settings you want. It will now show up the artifacts below the transparent parts.
Module 1 - Blur
Module 2
Module 33. Set the Drawing mode option of module 2 to "Clear". This should clear up the artifacts and leave you with a nice blur around your transparent module
Module 1 - Blur
Module 2 - Drawing option: Clear
Module 3
Since you need to keep all three modules synchronized it's best to apply this only if you are sure you won't edit the setup anymore or you'll have to synchronize your edits between the three modules.
Ended up just going with this: http://imgur.com/LwysGE5
I've searched for the apk for the adaptive light widget on the I9192 and haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Does anyone know where it is located. I'd like to mod it so that it takes up only one space (1x1) instead of 2x1 (which is a waste of space IMHO)
Other than that, the widget is by itself the best, instant light.

I tried to find ways to customize it but I gave up, there are tons of apps that do the same and can be customized - including widgets that take 1x1 - anyway. I personally use "LED Flashlight + Clock"
You can use a launcher that support widget resize
I personally use google edition launcher and XGELS xposed module
The bottom right gray icon is the stock widget

Yes we can use another app that has the same functionality but all of them have a small delay in switching on the light. Only the adaptive light widget is instantaneous.

Overall nice theme, plus the wallpaper is HD.
One thing is that accent color(?) sometimes makes it hard to discern some ui elements

Nice one. Can you make it completely black?
No whiteness even in messaging or texting portion and you can make the text white instead.
