I just want a nice clean black outline on all of the elements so it looks nice over my white background, I've tried the 'Blur' option which is as close as I can find to what I want, but as you can see it doesn't turn out very well:
Looks good in the editor on dark background:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there a better way of doing it / anything else I can try?
Thanks in advance.

Is you main gripe with the blur option, that it produces these weird "shadows" below transparent elements? If so you could try a little trick I worked out:
1. Copy the element you want to have a blur shadow on but want to have transparent two times. You now should have three identical modules:
Module 1
Module 2
Module 32. Enable the blur shadow on module 1 and configure it to the settings you want. It will now show up the artifacts below the transparent parts.
Module 1 - Blur
Module 2
Module 33. Set the Drawing mode option of module 2 to "Clear". This should clear up the artifacts and leave you with a nice blur around your transparent module
Module 1 - Blur
Module 2 - Drawing option: Clear
Module 3
Since you need to keep all three modules synchronized it's best to apply this only if you are sure you won't edit the setup anymore or you'll have to synchronize your edits between the three modules.
Ended up just going with this: http://imgur.com/LwysGE5

This is my second WAD2 theme, based on 'White Overlay' by newone757.
The Theme was made on a German ROM and may contain shortcuts to programs you do not have installed, therefore you will have to edit the shortcut paths yourself.
I have also attached additional black icons in case you want to exchange some of my program shortcuts with your own ones.
You can also assign any actions and labels to the softkeys at the bottom. Just open the Author Menu (in Start --> Programs --> WAD) and go to Page --> Properties --> Softkeys.
Feel free to customize the theme to your liking and share your modifications/enhancements with the community!

Thats pretty cool, sorta reminds me of the palmpre in some respects. I did not realise WAD had those sort of animated effects. White theme seems to work in well with the rest of the HD.
I think if you use a Vista like transparency (black - or maybe just a vista glass like effect for the white) combined with some icons on the bottom dock instead of text you would have an even better and awesome theme.
I use to skin WAD/WA myself, tempted to play around with your theme myself. Keep up the awesome work.
this great
Many thanks
ihave installed wad, have downloaded and installed the needed files - but the theme cannot be opend. what have i done wrong - or have i missed something
Looks very nice mate, but the calender icon is missing. Instead there's a button from the additional icons package. Can you upload the text icon like in your screenshot?
Firstly let me make clear that I have taken inspiration from SimpText by UltraLinx. I loved the idea he had created, very simple and minimalistic, however on my Desire the icons were just too small to be useful for me. Very kindly, UltraLinx also provided the PSD file he based his icons on. From this I amended the colours, the font, the size, as well as some more font options.
The end result is as follows:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I can create more to your liking if requested
Currently there are 139 icons in 10 different colours below:
Black
Bright Red
Dark Red
Green
Light Blue
Orange
Pastel Blue
Pink
White
Yellow

@le3ky, tnx for the icons. used the yellow ones for quite some time.
@mazroui, the clock widget is Tajm, the battery widget in the same style is Battstatt, both can be found in the market for free.
super nice thx a lot m8
Great icons, appreciate you sharing, thank you.
Hey Lekky,
love this icon set. Any chance you could update it to incorporate a few more apps, such as WhatsApp and the Facebook Messenger app? And also Evernote?
Thanks!

P.S.: Also for the Amazon Market please
hi guys
i'm almost finished with my inverted youtube (black/blue). it looks for me great, and i included it as addon in my theme (aroma) yet.
But actually there is a little bug, which i'm not able to fix .
i found almost all bg's and textcolors in res (values/layout). mostly of mods and changes i made in values (resources).
for the moment i've the problem, that the text in settings is black on black background.
i'd like to leave the bg black, like it is and change the text color to blue. but i'm not able to find the textcolor code anywhere.
In my opinion this apk is like coded by lil childs. it's completley disordered. can't find the most of things i'm search for.
for me it look likes the textcolor for settings is taken from framework, but i can't find an external codetag. probably someone can take a look at it.
here you got 2 screens to see what i mean:
1st screen is in settings. there are only subtitles readable, because they're grey. but maintitle isn't readable. this only happens in settingsmenu
2nd screen is in menu, where can be conected with a tv. there, where i marked it red, i already introduced some text. is also black text. i think it's the same problem like in settings. the textcolor comes from framework, but how i told above, i can't find any external tex color code in values or anywhere.

if decompiled files are required, please tell me, then i'll upload it.
some screens are attached to see the themestyle... i'll release and share it with you, when i fixed this bug.
nobody have an idea, how to change this textcolors?

Hello people,
This My new creation and different from other OS theme ports.
This basically makes the device look very hot and cute with the brilliant color combinaion.
Screens---
Please note that the screenshot quality is poor(480*800). So things might look blurry,but the actual ones are crystal clear.
Downloads-
Download(Should be up in few hours because I uploaded it just now to play store)

Hope you like the theme.
Thank you.
looks very good from what i see, out of curiousity are you planning on theming the quick tiles? that to me feels like thats the only thing missing (atleast from screen shots, about to install to test out)
maybe replace the green on the sliders with a gray/blue and maybe a chrome effect to the slider buttons, (give it more of "metal" look)

Yes quick titles have been themed too, just its not present in screenshots.
Update V-2.1
-Fixed the problem with notification bar not being themed.
-Improved Keyboard layout.
-Fixed the menu keys.
This is just a minor bug fix update.
If you are facing any issue with the theme, please feel free to mail me.

Hope you enjoy my theme.
Thank you.
looks different and cool....nice job.
Let me know if there are any bugs .
KLWP - Install first - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.wallpaper
AHXmin - Install next - https://www.dropbox.com/s/yh27em1auild5wf/ahxmin.apk?dl=0
Choose from blank min for wallpaper and adjustment settings only
or
Install min for 2 page with weather, news, events, and music (Must set KLWP to 2 pages and place a blank widget on page 2 to make it work)
Works for the following theme colors with a single adjust color global.
Quick settings and app drawer bg
Google now feed bg
System and lockscreen shade
At a glance and status bar font colors
Best advice I can give is that the adjust color will overload your Pixel to think that color is dominant and then all of the above adjust accordingly.

Yes the apk works. No it will not change a tint issue.
Can you post screenshots that show this off? Or is it just a slight tint to the screen?

If only it could make the nav bar transparent all the time as well.

I think so but I am unsure. I think the S10 uses the "Night Mode" setting only unless you mod the system themes to be light\white.
You can try. I have an S10e from USA (970U1) and I will try it in a bit.
