LG G4 stuck on Firmware Update (KDZ, TOT - Not working) - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So, some time ago I finally gave up on LG providing official nougat update for LG G4 so I decided to flash it and I found an official flash v29a, and everything went well.. except for my GPS. The GPS was not locking on and would take more than 100 seconds sometimes to lock on, I did not had this issue before so I decided to flash my device again hoping it would fix it, but it bricked my phone.
Now I can't reinstall or downgrade, since it would get stuck at 16% when flashing again and downgrade wont work at all. I get error 0x2000 "Invalid command Response". I have been trying to fix it for more than 6 hours now, downloading different KDZ's but it just won't work. I really need help here, I cannot afford a new phone right now. I have LG H818p version. And yes, I was using the correct version for upgrade/downgrade. I tried to hard reset it but it is still stuck on Firmware update. Urgent help is needed, since I don't have another phone to use and I really need this phone, been up all night trying to fix it..
Edit: Fixed it, don't know how tho

weird bootloop broblem

Hey!
two days ago, out of the blue, by device restarted it self, and started to to it every few minutes.
after that, it just stuck in bootloop tho it was able to turn on for few minutes once or twice,
I tried to recover to factory settings from the phone, re flash the latest version with LG bridge, and use the flashing tool to reflash the kdz.
it always goes back to booploop(I think)
download mode works and not crushing.

G4 h815 twn
Unfortunately, the same thing's been happening to a lot of people lately. I'm getting bootloops on my G4 but it hasn't happened enough for it to be a problem. Once it becomes more of one, i'll send it in to LG under warranty. I would suggest you do the same too (LG warranty is 15 months from the month the phone was made - that info can found on the outside of the original box) Good luck!
more info here, here, and here

I hope somebody can help me.

I have a LG G3 D855 with the marshmallow KDZ flashed with flash tool everything was good and had no problems. Two weeks ago i rooted my phone and the next day i wanted to install Xposed and after searching for a bit i installed it and got stuck in the bootloop. I managed to recover it by using the .tot method and since then my phone is messed up, like when im using it it restart for no reason at all, or just when it restarts i unlock it and 6/10 times it restarts again. I don't know what's wrong with it and i was hoping someone knows what to do since this is very anoying Thank you
On i've asked for help on Reddit, but maybe someone here knows a solution for it. I really don't know what to do anymore.
Hello,
do you want to backup your app data? Easiest way is flash KDZ via flash tool with CSE flash (format all).

LG G3 boot loop, any solution?

Hi all, I've had some issues with my G3 and have got to the point where I need the advice of wiser heads to try and fix the problem!
The phone seemingly died during an update a few weeks ago, but I was able to fix it using LG's tool and upgrading to Marshmallow. Then a few days ago with no warning the phone froze, and gets stuck in a bootloop at the LG screen, with the flashing LED. If I try to factory reset, I just end up with the Android Droid with a red triangle and I can't get any further. I've tried numerous guides I've found to try and reinstall the stock firmware, all without success. (I haven't tried accessing bootloader as I have download mode available). LG's own tool gets stuck at 4% when I try to recover, and I've tried the LG Flash Tool but get an error at 6% (LAF_READ_GPT_FAILED) using the 8974 dll. I've also tried the LGUP tool but that gets stuck at 6% (Error can't communicate with phone[Kilo Packet]. The phone was not rooted and is a 16GB UK version (model D855). I just seem to be going in circles now trying to find a solution, I suspect somewhere along the line I'm using the wrong combination of programs/TOT/DLL files so I could really do with someone pointing me in the right direction here!

LG G3 D855 Signal Problem + Cust Error

Hello everyone,
I own a LG G3 D855 and recently I've bricked it. What I wanted to do was to flash official ROM (V30N) with LG Flash Tool 2014 back because I've had LineageOS and it had some bugs. Before Lineage OS there was V30N EUR and everything was working without problems.
The flashing process had problems, it was taking too long. It went to 4% in 30min and then it went to back to 3%. I knew there was no way it will finish so I've unplugged the device and tried to flash again but it didn't boot into Download Mode anymore. The device was turning on with a message: boot verification fail! cause: mismatch_sig_len.
To fix it I've followed this tutorial: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359
But somehow my IMEI was gone so I fixed it using this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2lHFy7AciE&t=472s
(used the IMEI from the back of my phone)
So now this is the PROBLEM:
Everytime I flash V30N i get cust error at start. If I flash V30B global there are no problems with cust BUT:
No matter which one Im using my signal drops every time, especially when I turn my data ON or OFF. Sometimes the phone shows X on top of the signal bar and there is no service or it's endlessly searching for network. If I reboot it the signal is ok for a while.
Now what can I really do? Is there a way to rewrite EVERYTHING with a EUR TOT ROM? I'm downloading TOT files from here: http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/LG+G3/Stock/
Thank you, any idea is highly apreciated.
Note: The SIM is OK.
Note2: I've flashed with BoardDiag V10e and V10a, same problem.
im having the same problem. hope you can help me when you find a way to fix this. Thanks!

Help my G3 might be hardbricked (hopefully only softbrick)

Hello, I would like to ask if my LG G3 is softbricked or hardbricked. It has been a long while since it decided to boot loop. I tried to fix it but got no results. I tried to factory reset it, but the next day it didn't turn on anymore and got stuck in the logo. Note : the phone was experiencing some heating issue before it decided to screw itself up. I tried numerous troubleshooting from the net, none worked. I also did try to reinstall the firmware to stock again, it did boot but it can't get to the home screen. I then factory reset it again and tried using another firmware also built for my phone (it's LG G3 D855). It failed again at 33% while it was in the firmware update mode. Now that I have left it for a solid year, I thought that it would be nice to try again. Which I did, but it couldn't charge anymore and it cannot boot to the logo. I tried to go to the download mode but no response. I tried connecting it to my computer, but it only detects my phone as a charge only device, it also detects it on only several random occasion. I hope this is a softbrick and it can be fixed at home so I don't need to go to the store to repair it.
I'm sorry for the long explanation, I had been trying to revive it for months now and had no luck. How do I fix this, at least how do I get to the firmware update download mode again? I really really hope that anyone can help. Thankyou so much in advance.
