Is it worth waiting for the pie update to be officially released? Or is there any other better roms and stuff which are really stable? With so many updates like Google pixel 3 camera port and other things, I really wanna know about this. ?

Is there any way to get some of the MIUI apps on OP3?
I had OP2 but lost it couple of months ago and decided to buy a Redmi Note 3 pro while waiting for OP3 to come out. Now I have OP3 but really miss some of the apps from MIUI like Music, Notes, File Exp.... they are far better IMO then OSS default apps or anything I can find on PlayStore.
You will likely have to wait for an MIUI ROM. With good support and development for this phone, a dev out there may well bring MIUI to this phone with the latest patch ROM.

Hope to see a mui rom soon. Maybe the devs wait for Miui 8 to come out and port. Till now all Oneplus devices got miui.
So the hardware on my 8.4 is still amazing, but Kitkat is getting really really old. I see many custom firmwares available, and most of them say the camera doesn't work.
So first of all, which custom ROMs better than Kitkat are stable enough to be daily drivers? And second, do any of them have the cameras working?
Thanks!

I think you'll find it's just the versions based on Nougat that the camera doesn't work on.

Hmm I see. Maybe I was looking at Marshmallow threads in which people were also talking about Nougat builds.
Any recommendations?
No reply I see...
Did you try some different firmwares? I am also looking for a good working firmware. Can you perhaps share which one works good for every day use?
Thx in advance!
Just give any you like the look of a go. I like Lineage and 14.1 is available for the SM-T320 thanks to the dedication of members here. I can't imagine being on KitKat in 2018. Even LOS 14.1 (Nougat) is a bit of a throwback these days although it remains a popular version.
Hello.
I also bought a used t320 because the Hardware is better than modern lowcost tablets and 1 h after delivery it was already rooted and twrp ed. ?
I choose vanilla unicorns which is based in Marshmallow 6.0.1 . I am quite happy with it so far.? Cameras working , pretty mich all is running fine. I found no bugs so far.

I have buy all Oneplus Phones but the 5t have a very bad Rom Support. All other Oneplus get very fast roms but not the 5t. Why?

The phone has been out for a very short time so give it some time. Be grateful for the Devs out there.
Yes its true.
It will get better with time, don't worry
most devs are staying on the OP5. So they're probably waiting for the unification on the 5/5T. Others are working on their roms privately and will release it soon. Chill. Phone just got released. I too owned every OnePlus device and this is normal
plenty of roms but they are secret only so that @Schrotty35 cant have them
Lol
it's very bad custom rom support on op5t indeed,
I blame oneplus for not delivering AOSP in addition to make our life easy.
Why are devs going to spend time on Nougat with Oreo here? Even on the 5 most Nougat ROMs have stopped while devs work on Oreo.
Not to mention how new the 5T is.
Thread closed at OP request.
Does the emui add to the user experience or is it just another piece of bloatware?
Depends on personal preference.. anyway you can flash an AOSP once we get development but i like EMUI, Its snappy and theres not much bloatware.. adds to the user experience i guess..
I find it great, it has some nice features.
Although, I prefer AOSP aesthetically
We haven't received update yet in India. I heard many countries got it. Any news for update in EMUI 8.0?

Would it be possible for someone to port a MIUI ROM to our S9?
Same hope here. Miui 9 was amazingly fluid and good looking cant imagine miui 10. There is a thread over in the project treble forums but it seems like they're running into problems.
galaxy s9 as well... for those of you will say buy a xiomi device, or that Samsung experience is better... it's just a personal preference... I prefer the mi ui
Any chance to get MIUI on S9? really want to have it
why there are no more ports of miui for Samsung devices?
I think they stopped doing this stuff a whyl ago I remember the days when there was loads of roms to throw on ur phone now u dont even need to root these days
