I got the debug logs from both 8.0 (5.0.4) and 8.1 (5.1.2)
Logs #1 from 8.0(5.0.4) that the wifi works great on this version.
Logs #2 from 8.1(5.1.2 )that the wifi not working on this version.
The router that I have at work that I have the issue after 8.0 update: CISCO 1232AG, The frequency 2.4 GHz and Securtyiu protocol WPA2.
Please let me know if you need more logs.
Sorry about my bad English.

Won't let me post Dropbox links

Anyone can help me, please?

you should update to 5.1.5 first, then if that doesn't work, post same thing to oneplus support forum, i had wifi issues similar to you 5ghz not connecting with specific router on open beta 4 , they fixed it on open beta 5
https://forums.oneplus.com/forums/oneplus-5t-support/create-thread
also i highly recommend you take that dropbox links from forum as they can contain sensitive data, i guess no one will care your problem, but oneplus probably will email you and ask you those logs after you post to oneplus support forum.

I tried the latest update and the issue still exists.

Can I copy the wifi driver or any files related to this issue from 8.0 to the latest release?

[CM12.1] Wifi Trouble On Cm12.1 Nightlies

Hi all,
I have had used CM on my z1c since August 2014 and did updates with nightlies quite regularly without any issues. But last Friday, after I updated from
cm-12.1-20150925-NIGHTLY-amami to
cm-12.1-20151002-NIGHTLY-amami
my wifi problems started. Whenever it reconnects to the wifi I see the exclamation point next to the icon, then it disconnects again. It also shows the exclamation point next to the mobile reception icon. But I seem to have mobile data connection via the mobile phone provider. However, wifi is broken, resolving domain names doesn't seem to work.
I cannot downgrade to the last working version either because whenever I try to do that using Cyanogenmod recovery, the phone is stuck in the boot animation for hours so I had to give up.
In addition, I cannot activate bluetooth anymore. Whenever I switch it on, it switches itself off after a few seconds.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be and how to fix/debug/investigate this any further? Where do I start looking? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
BTW: forgot to mention: I'm on cm-12.1-20151004-NIGHTLY-amami now but problem remains the same.

You didn't happen to flash M5 kernel, did you? I've read that it breaks WiFi on latest night lies. Besides that, I've read about various people having troubles with WiFi and BT on some CM Roms, but I haven't experienced it myself. Look through the CM 12.1 thread in 'original development' forum for fixes, etc.
I can confirm that all nightlies from cm-12.1-20150929-NIGHTLY-amami.zip to cm-12.1-20151004-NIGHTLY-amami.zip have issues with wifi and bt.
Currently it is not possible to get an older version than 20150929 from CM servers.
Does anyone have a link to cm-12.1-20150925-NIGHTLY-amami.zip ?

Thanks for the hint. Will search for more info in the forum. :good:
However, how would I know if I flashed a M5 kernel? I definitely wasn't aware of flashing it. My current kernel version is 3.4.0-cm-g1e19761

I still have the package for cm-12.1-20150925-NIGHTLY-amami.zip on my phone. But can't downgrade to it because after flashing it, my z1c is stuck in the boot animation. I have waited at least 3 hours before I gave up and reflashed the newer version.
EDIT - sorry, link's dead. I should've checked it first. I would also be interested in trying an older build.
Does this help?
https://download.cyanogenmod.org/get/jenkins/127851/cm-12.1-20150928-NIGHTLY-amami.zip
Did anyone test cm-12.1-20151008-NIGHTLY-amami.zip ?
Changelog says that wifi and bt problems have been fixed.

Giulio Cervera added a comment - Yesterday 4:28 AM
this was 2 issue:
1) the channel bonding
2) taimport was running with wrong timing, and BT and wifi mac address was not exported in /data/etc
fix for both is merged

Just installed 20151008, I had been having major issues with wifi EAP previously (think i was on a MAY2015 build), this build's looking a lot better. The app launcher is alphabetized, and toast notifications have an icon from the app that generated them. I haven't tried bluetooth yet - my previous build was very bad with BT, I'm hoping this one's better.
Running 20151010 for over 6hrs now ...
wifi and bt are running stable and it looks like the issues have been resolved

So far, I'm only seeing AudioFX (equaliser) issues (which are a known bug). I haven't tested Bluetooth, but there have been issues with previous builds. Just take a full backup and then try it out.

I saw a new build released today and yesterday, but I haven't rooted my device and can't install twrp or cwm.
I tried to install "XZDualRecovery] PhilZ Touch & CWM & TWRP" with no root mode, but nothing is changed

I'm using TWRP for my recovery. I believe you'll need to get an unlock code from the sony website for your phone before you can start rooting/flashing.
How to install (and root) Z1C
known issues for CM12.1 on Z1C
Note that my phone has experienced random reboots, about once or twice a day with CM21.1-20151008.
I tried to flash recovery in every mode God has invented but nothing: when I open flashboot i have evry time the same fu**ing message
"sending 'recovery' (8778 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.557s]
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.561s"
bootloader is unlocked, installed flashtool and relative drivers
Please guys help!
Sorry if I've posted in wrong place
Solved: I've repeated bootloader unlock procedure reported by Sony. Seems ok now

Extreme Slow Download Speed on Lineage OS (Galaxy S5 klte)

Hello. I have installed Lineage OS 14.1 (Latest nightly) on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and i wondered why the Apps download so slow. Then i did a speedtest and it showed me i only have 2 Mbit/s. Normally i have 110 Mbit/s!
How can i fix this or do i have to use an older Build of Lineage OS until this is fixed?
Same Problem here!
I too have the same issue, and I can verify that it is happening on the current build of lineage 7.1.2. I have a Huawei GR5 KII-L05. I have a friend with the exact same phone, except hers is not rooted and is still running the latest official operating system of Android 6. Her phone when connected to my WiFi gets about 10mb/s, mine connected to same access point gets about 1 to 1.5 mb/s. I originally thought it was an issue with the number of WiFi access points I see here, but her phone shows it is the phone when running 7.1.2. Mobile data speeds are the same on both phones, its just WiFi that crawls for me.

@butztill, Your best bet is to post your issues within the following Official LineageOS thread for your device.

Axon 7,with latest Lineage nightly 20171030, not detecting 2.4ghz WiFi

I recently recovered my Axon 7 from a "4th catagory brick". Long story short, I managed to get TWRP and Lineage 14.1 on it and all is working fine.
Except...................the phone will not detect 2.4ghz WiFi. No problem with 5ghz. I'm really not sure if I have a software problem or hardware problem. Has Lineage had this problem before?
Solved! I used the FXR WiFi Fix and Rescue app from Google play.

VPN broken on my tablet, but works on my phone both on one of the latest nightlies

I have just updated both my phone Moto G LTE (Peregrine) and my Nexus 7 (Flo) with one of the latest LineageOS nightlies
Peregrine is running lineage-14.1-20171124-nightly-peregrine-signed.zip
Flo is running lineage-14.1-20171121-nightly-flo-signed.zip
And now I have an issue when Im trying to connect to my own L2TP/IPSEC VPN server running libreswan,
but the issue only occurs on my Nexus 7. The VPN connection is working fine on my phone so I tried to read the logfile /var/log/auth.log on the server to see the difference between the unsuccessful connection attempt and the successful one
it seems like the handshake using
SP transform ESP_AES(256) / auth AUTH_ALGORITHM_HMAC_SHA2_512 not implemented or allowed
is not working
I have the following chippers in my /etc/ipsec.conf
ike=aes256-sha2_256,3des-sha1,aes-sha1
phase2alg=aes256-sha2_256,3des-sha1,aes-sha1
sha2-truncbug=yes
Since it working on my phone but not on my nexus7 2013 I guess its because of a bug in , I hope someone can remove the bug
Good luck! It is hard to get bug reports accepted. Maybe you should try to find a workaround. IRC group can help, or your devices' sub forum.
I was suspecting that it is hard. Yeah, Im trying to find a work around

Thanks to Haris. New wifi fix for Android Q is available for some North American V30 variants: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v30/how-to/q-wifi-fix-north-american-variants-t4012635
On Pie LOS ROMs, U.S. Verizon carrier users have to make a phone call after any reboots to receive texts.
May also be on LOS-17 based Android 10 ROMs. Not sure.

I would request others to post bugs too as I can test bugs only for h930 variants and not others. Also there may some features that I don't use so I may not notice even if there's a bug with them
PS: Added a bug that screencast doesn't work.
Added general tip with solution for bug 14 in Q bugs section.

FIX for the quad dac/avc reset bug when listening to music in AOSP
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phascinate.lgv10.dacfix
You still need to toogle off and then on the first time, but when you pause music it should not reset itself anymore. Tested for a couple of days now and works well.
@tech_infinity can you add this to the main post? At least until a proper fix is available
Hey,
Would you mind telling what version that is? Your link seems to be dead so I'll go grab the latest from gcam port site
Thanks!
The link is working for me, anyway its
MGC_6.1.021_V2e-fu24_Aux3way_4Lens-04h-dual.apk
Search it on Google should find it, be advised picture quality is not the greatest, and I haven't been able to import any config files. Its the only one where everything works though.

Remove gmaps completely
Install apk from here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/maps/maps-10-9-2-release/
I can't install this one too...
What error do you get? Screenshot?
Also: you have to uninstall any other version of maps before installing it again, otherwise it fails to install
Yes i uninstalled the other version of the app with Uninstall System App...
Try installing maps using this app, if it fails again post the error info you get
You can also try installing as root (see in settings of the app)
IT didn't work, see the screenshots
