Use the KDZ Updater with the latest firmware version of your phone...
First, download and install the latest lg driver. (your phone must be unplugged when installing)
Second, download the LG E970 kdz.
Third, "google" and install the kdz updater.
Fourth, put your phone in "Download mode" by pressing both volume keys and plug into usb port (wait 2-3 seconds, your computer will load the driver)
Fifth, open the kdz updater and select "3GQCT" in type...and "CS_Emergency" in phone mode. Then browse & select the kdz you've just downloaded...and press the Launch button. It should take about 8-10 minutes to complete...your phone will reboot around param.94 then you can unplugged it and let it boot normally.
Finally, make a "factory reset" to erase all previous data and plug your phone to wall charger to gave him some fresh blood.
Give us some feedback & good luck :good:

Try to get in donwload mode pushing together volume+ and volume- and then plug in the usb cable (to your pc) do not release the buttons until you see the download mode logo on the screen. The phone has to be off before doing the procedure if it wont turn off , push the power button for something like 15 sec, should go off that way
Good luck and in the event that you can't go in download mode anymore , take it to assistance. It's the only way.

Note II GT-N7100 Not Turning On at all

Hello Everyone!
First of all, let me say that i'm desperately in need of help with my phone. Here's what happened to it so everyone knows.
My Phone was bought in UAE and was given to me, i live in the Philippines and it was working fine, i can use it on everyday tasks Until, a few days ago my phone performed updates (auto updates) which made it froze, i tried to press and hold the power button but it doesn't turn off. I removed the battery and restarted my phone then all i get is the Boot screen. I went to recovery mode to perform a wipe/factory reset. it returned with a lot of errors about files missing, etc etc...
At that point i thought that my phone might have been updating the OS when it froze so i DLed a stock firmware because i can still go to download mode.
After a day (crappy internet + limited download speed from sammobile) i finished the firmware download then tried going to download mode on my phone but now, my phone doesnt turn on at all. when i press and hold power+down vol+home nothing happens. i tried going back to recovery mode and still nothing happens. Even if i just press the power key nothing happens at all. I tried charging the phone but its not charging as well, The Battery Icon is not showing on the screen anymore but after minutes f charging i can feel my phone getting warmer.
Anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix it? i do not believe that the battery died because it was working just a day before.
Any help and TIPS would greatly help.
again: I cannot go to download/recovery mode nor go to the boot screen.
Hello there,
Try to connect your phone to PC and press power button / vol / home button simultaneously, if PC still recognize your phone, then you still got chance to recover it using Octoplus software?

LG G4 bootloop. Can't go into recovery/safe mode and pc isn't recognising phone usb

My LG G4 goes to the 'LG Life's Good" loading screen and just stays there. The light swirls around the LG logo repeatedly and the devices sometimes vibrates once or twice when I press the back buttons a lot.
I have tried going into recovery mode and safe mode and they don't work. Also, my PC doesn't connect via USB to the phone while it is in this state.
Any ideas?
so how did this happen? did you try to root, flash anything? Is the phone on stock firmware? lp, or mm? give us something more
How did you try to enter recovery? Try to hold power+volume down, when lg logo appears release power but NOT volume down. Wait 1 sec then press power again (while still holding volume down) this is the correct way to enter the recovery
It may be related to ILAPO issue:

G4 won't go into Firmware Update mode or Factory Reset

Hi, I have an LG G4 that is boot looping, I have changed firmware in the past using LG UP and factory reset G4's before.
But when I hold volume up and plug in the usb cable, it goes to the 'download mode' screen but never reaches the firmware update screen, anyone had this problem before? This happens every time I try.
And when I try to do a factory reset by holding vol down and power and release and re pressing the power button it goes into the factory reset options, but it freezes on the last screen and won't actually start resetting.
So I can't use LG UP or LG flash tool as it won't go into firmware update mode.
Any Ideas?
Thank you.

Open "Device Manager" in windows and see if windows is not changing your device driver automatically...
I have got it to go into firmware update mode, and I used LG UP to install 5.1 firmware and used the big core disable tot, it was up and running fine, then suddenly turned off.
Now it's boot looping again and when i go to go into recovery mode, it's on the download mode screen and just goes black and turns itself off again.
Any ideas?

Take out the battery and put it back on the phone.
Connect the phone to the computer while pressing volume up. Keep volume up pressed until you see "download mode" screen.
