Hi all,
I have put my Samsung Galaxy Tab S (SM-T705) into download mode by pressing simultaneously power+home+volume_down buttons. This was a mistake, I actually wanted to put it into recovery mode. The problem is that now I do not know how to quit this "download mode" and I'm stuck with my device displaying "Downloading..., Do not turn off taget!!".I have tried to press the power button for at least 2 minutes but that did not do anything. And I can't remove the battery to make it reboot...
Does anyone know how to exit from the "download mode"?
Thanks in advance
Ben

Pressing Power+VolUp+Home does not work.
However pressing Power+VolDown+Home for 10 seconds does work and restarts the device.
Thanks for the help.

Hello, I have tried to flash http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/klimtwifi via odin but did not checked autoreboot so the download mode shows me download progress bar at 100% but I cannot reboot the tablet by any hardware key (power button does not react) and the odin cannot connect to it again. Normally I would pull out the battery but it seems that get into the 8.4 is a littble bit harder without appropriate tools. Any suggestion how to get out / reboot from download mode please?

Hold power, home, volume up and down buttons at the same time until it reboots. Hope this helps!

No problem! I answer questions like these all the time. If you have anymore questions, I'm here for ya
Hi guys I was wondering if any of you ever seen this problem and if there is anyway to fix it.
During a OTA installation my G7 shot-down. After that my phone will stay on this screen where the only options you have are Restart or Power-off.
Nothing else works... no factory reset, no download mode.
Any tips or suggestions are welcome.
Thank you in advance.
Force reboot it with vol+ and power hold it for 10sec.
Try timing it with the cable inserted and pressing volym - to enter download mode

I have tried all this already, but it always goes back to the same screen.
Download mode appears for one second then I get the same Power-off/Restart screen back.
If I try the factory reset option, after I press Yes and Yes again, it goes back to the same screen again too.
I'm running out of options.
One last thing...

Dude, try holding volume down plus home button (if it has one) for 30 sec. If this doesn't work try holding volume up and home button (only if it has one).

no it doesn't have a home button , and nothing will stop it , what i noticed tho that if i hold vol down and the power button the next time the logo will disappear way faster but only once each hold and ill get a delay of 2 seconds before that logo appearing again and the phone rebooting , its been literally 62 hours since it started doing this , it started with a battery fully charged meaning a 5000ma , about that delay i tried using it but nothing worked , i tried clicking vol up and power button which is supposed to put the phone in recovery mode but nothing happens , i went as far as spamming random buttons to holding them for more than a minute , nothing stops it

Then you hard bricked your device, sorry to tell you that. Take it to a service, and see if they can do anything to it, but you most surely bricked the hell out of your device, up to the point of no return.

If you want to boot into download mode try this:
When you see Samsung logo immediately press volume up + down and while holding connect the phone to PC using Type-C.
A warning screen will appear now press Volume Up button to boot into Download mode.

My samsung M30S was stuck at boot screen for no reason and tried everything until I came upon your post and did as described. I was able to get into safe mode and reboot the phone. Thanks very much.

Download mode not open for me :crying: :crying: :crying:
If you are stuck on Samsung Logo, connect to PC and press Vol Down + Power for 7 seconds. It will go to charge mode. Disconnect from PC and it will power off automatically. After that press Volume Up + Down and connect to PC while holding and you will enter download mode. It will ask for confirmation.
Useful. Works

Thank you for this post. I did this and my phone booted to TWRP. (I was flashing TWRP when I encountered the bootloop)
After booting to TWRP, I did an advanced wipe (I left System unchecked). After the wipe, the phone booted normally.

Cool. TWRP for Android 10 came for M305F, and I am on GSI now.
Hi frnds.
I have a Samsung galaxy j2 (sm-j200g)
I unlocked bootloader and installed twrp.
But I can't slide the twrp button due to screen issues so twrp is useless in current situation.
Currently the phone has no system OS and I want to restore the stock firmware.
But I'm unable to boot into Download mode (it just boot by luck in rare situation).
The phone is not even charging correctly now. It shows the battery icon for 2-3 seconds and then screen disappears. The same happens when it accidentally boot in download mode.
The battery icon doesn't even show any color.
The phone turn on but only for a few seconds.
Help plz.. Thanks.
