How are you sure it's a software issue?
You can go back to nougat, or much easier just reflash the Oreo ruu to see if it makes a difference
Thanks for ur kind reply, i think its not a software problem, cuz i have downloaded a program called lesser audioswitch, and the microphone already worked but it still not working normaly via oreo

If it was a software issue everyone would have it. Flash RUU for your device and see if the problem is still there.

Had the same problem, are you by any chance running 2.18.401.8 Firmware? Wiping Cache/Dalvik a few times solved the problem for a few hours, but afterwards the same problem again.
What in the end helped was upgrade to 2.18.401.10 Firmware - since upgrade NO issues at all anymore

How did you updated it to marshmallow? Ruu? Custom ROM?the reason I'm asking this is if you are s-off ,trying a previous ruu and seeing if it solves your problems is worth a shot especially if its happening only in mm,also make sure you get correct ruu for your phone,as you didn't provide info about your specific model

I used custom ROM and before that i was using cm11 and while using cm11 my speaker and microphone stop working i thought coming back to stock will fix this problem but it is still there.. and yes my phone is S-off. I tried upgrading it by Ruu but it was not installing.. and showing error 155.. i used both of sprint ruu but still i was facing this 155 error so the only way left was custom rom.. i installed kitkat custom rom then upgraded it to marshmallow..
What is mm btw?
Thanks for reply.

Hi, I would like to know if there is a non-dangerous method to restore marshmellow on my Lenovo P2 (P2a42). The phone isn't rooted and the factory reset keeps Nougat as version.
Also, non related question, am I the only one who has problems acceding to recovery mode?
I searched on internet the keys to press to get it recovery, but my phone starts the os.

To go into recovery its volume up+ volume down + power button until the recovery screen doesnt show up . why you planning on downgrading?
You should be able to flash the original factory image to the device.

Have you flashed the stock ROM onto your device? What bootloader version or stock ROM build did you have before you flashed the stock 7.0 build and took the update?
Downgrading to older stock firmware and then attempting to update is generally what caused that hard brick. If you can let us know what device/territory you had, we can try to point you to the right firmware to flash.

Yes I have flashed stock firmware on my device I remember downgrading to marshmallow then updating back to nougat then my device fully shut down it was all black. After this incident, i did what you would normally do and that was to use blank flash to at least get the bootloader back, as I did get the bootloader I could not use the boot options such as recovery mode. so I am basically stuck on the bootloader and can do nothing. My device is an addison XT1635-02 and before I flashed nougat ota I had the marshmallow December security update.

I also believe my device is hard bricked as I cant access boot options at all it just keeps boot looping once I try to access a boot option. also is it normal for my bootloader to say that my software status is modified because I think after you flash blank flash your software status modified. finally, I have been trying to flash stock firmware but for some reason, gpt and bootloader.img always fail to flash. Thanks for the reply I hope you can help.

this is a dumb question but do you think that it is possible to get out of a hard brick without sending it to a moto service center.

Should be possible, there's a thread here on how to help repair your bootloader, which has a link for some updated firmware for you to try : https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z-play/how-to/guide-unbrick-moto-z-play-t3618492/page33
I would recommend confirming it's for your device. You are likely getting the errors you mentioned as the bootloader and GPT are perhaps to old for your repaired bootloader and so are not accepted. Which blank flash did you use to repair your device? I'd just like to check you've used the correct blankflash before proceeding. Also, which GPT/bootloader were you trying to flash that gave you the errors?
I think the service centre could charge you up to 70-80 % of the original cost for a new motherboard if this can't be resolved.

As far as I know, blankflashes are CPU specific, and may also be device specific, though we've had some success using a Moto Z2 play blankflash to rescue Moto Z Play devices that are hard bricked. There's some more info here https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z-play/how-to/guide-unbrick-moto-z-play-t3618492/page19 and here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73474192&postcount=249
Which blank flash did you use? Also, which July security patch firmware are you flashing? sounds like your need 7.0 or 7.1.1 firmware to proceed. That firmware link would take you up to 7.1.1, yes, but I would advise not to downgrade in future.
Also, please edit your posts rather than making new replies. I understand you're wanting to get your device fixed without paying a lot of money to fix it, give us time to respond.

If your device was ever on stock Nougat (7.0 or 7.1.1), then flashing that marshmallow ROM won't likely work in repairing your bootloader. You need a firmware that is the same or newer than the latest firmware your device had. Downgrading stock firmware does not usually downgrade your bootloader, hence the corruption and need to have same or newer firmware to repair. Your bootloader would otherwise reject old firmware via preflash validation errors.
Hopefully the 7.1.1 firmware will help fix things. You will lose data however in the process of flashing your device, so hopefully you have backups.

I dont know about warranty but its the only way you can do it. Because you may have one system change that breaks the ota. However i dont think it will void warranty because its not a thing that triggers anything on the phone that recognizable

You can't flash with a locked bootloader but you can lock it after flashing. There are threads here and in the MIUI forum that have stock roms available to download.

Okay, get firmware 9.6.9 version and flash to downgrade using Mi Flash, click on flash all bat and lock.
The SIM 1 will stop working. Put a single sim in slot two.
Now reset phone (not from recovery) and check for update.
At this point, the November update should pop up, about 250MB, and subsequently Android pie update.
The second son slot will start working after Android pie update.
This is based on my personal experience.

No, it will not void warranty. U'll have to unlock bootloader to use MiFlash but when u open it, it has an option to automatically relock bootloader after flashing ur phone
Hi All,
Where Can I Get The Stock PKQ1.180917.001.v10.0.2.0.PDLMIFJ Rom For Flashing My Device. As My Device Is Not Installing December Patch (I Never Unlocked The Bootloader And Never Rooted Device). I Have Already Attached Error Snapshot In The Beginning Of This Thread.
In Addition To That, I Don't Want To Downgrade My Device As Lots Of People Are Facing Issues After Downgrade Or Bricked Their Phones.
Your Kind Cooperation Will Be Highly Appreciated In This Regard and Thanks In Advance.
