Encryption Unsuccessful - Lineage OS 15.1 OPPO Find7a (X9006) - Oppo Find 7 and 7a

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and tweaking my phone. I have rooted, unlocked the bootloader of my X9006, flashed TWRP and subsequently, Lineage OS (lineage-15.1-20180618-nightly-find7-signed.zip). I did the usual, wiping system, cache, data & dalvik. Everything seemed fine until I tried to reboot the phone. It says "encryption unsuccessful ... " upon booting up.... How do I solve this ? helpppppp!!! Thank you in advance

Lost Root!! Please Help.

Hello.
I was on OxygenOS v3.2.4 before flashing FreedomOS v1.6-CE. I made a clean flash. The device booted up fine although various mods(audio mods,multi-window etc) that i selected in the aroma installer were missing. After booting up,i realised that my root as well as my recovery were missing. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Please look into this matter guys.
Thanks.
Just get into fastboot and flash twrp from there, as you did originally... And freedom is is boring, get yourself slim6 or dirty unicorns
Fastboot TWRP then reboot in TWRP and install Supersu.

Yes,my device was encrypted but it didn't ask for any password. I restored a backup i had but it doesn't allow me to change the encryption in the security settings.

Dude flash your recovery again through fastboot then flash SuperSU. Easy as 1,2,3

Phone is always booting in recovery mode

I'm having issues with booting my phone. It suddenly restarted when I was changing my sim card. I cant boot the device normally. I've tried factory reset and format data from twrp. Any solutions will be well appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I'm using MM bootloader

Nice
Back Cleanstock up so can revert back to it , flash away until bugs have been ironed out.
Above , switching between airplane mode and data works for me after a reboot and works flawlessly after .
Try AICP ROM
Its marvelous , regular updates
Hi, I have the same problem, actually it happened after updating to latest version of lineage os. I tried everything (various wipes and flashes, restoring stock backups, flashing cleanstock as suggested) but no luck.
I can't even reboot to fastboot through adb, my phone is just a recovery!
I can't imagine how this could impact, but I've just changed my lcd. But I started the update after changing the lcd, and the phone was working before with the previous LOS version, so...
EDIT: ok, I managed to make it work, I flashed TWRP 3.0.3-M3 (I was on 3.0.3-M2, I didn't try to reflash the same version). Too bad I needed just this, I wiped everything, even internal storage lol.

Device just keeps rebooting to recovery

***SOLVED***

After I downloaded and clicked install on the latest OTA from Lineage (Z00A) , my phone rebooted to recovery (TWRP 3.0.2 M1), and then nothing happened. It didn't install anything. I searched for the file manually in recovery but couldn't find the update. So I rebooted to system, and now the phone really just wants to boot into recovery and nothing else. Cannot boot to system no matter how many times I try and re install. I have formatted data. I have tried flashing the previous build. The phone isn't recognized by xFSTK, and I can't get into the bootloader. The only things I have access to us TWRP and adb side load. Can someone help?

I have used the ze551ml_toolkit, worded fine so far. Than I have installed LineageOS 14.1, worked properly. After an update I have got stuck in a TWRP bootloop.
Help?
Did you wipe the dalvik/cache?

When you used modder , it flashed 3 0 2 M1 TWRP ?
You need 3 0 3 M4 TWRP for the latest update of linOS.
The TWRP version required is NOW in linOS OP (first post of linOS thread)
Thx

Thank you indeed, I´ve seen that they linked the newer version of TWRP. Didn´t think about that, cause I´ve downloaded the update in the installed system.
Kind regards

I'm running into the same problem... I did the following steps:
Reboot into the bootloader
Flashed TWRP
Held Volume UP and Power Botton to boot into TWRP
Wiped Cache and Dalvik Cache
However, this does not fix the problem. Can you further explain what you did step by step?

Wouldn't be too confident about that, It's always been based on the Chinese version.

Bootloop flashing miui 12 closed beta

hi, i am having aproblem right now trying to flash miui 12. first time i just formatted the phone in twrp. used adb push to push the zip on the phone. and flashed it. it was successful but after booting into the system it had a password for some reason and there was no setup screen. so i tried to reflash by formatting again and repeating the process. now i boot into system and it just goes into bootloop at the MI boot screen.
Its super weird that it worked the first time. then it doesnt work anymore no matter what (adb sideload, multiple recoveries) and it seems the rom isnt installing correctly because afterwards i cannot flash magisk (cannot mount system partition)
Use fox twrp to flash.
