Not yet. But should be there within 5-6 days.
It will have following features
1) Proper Portrait mode without zoomed up pictures. ( In beta 28.4.18, We can change with a toggle in the viewfinder. )
2) Oreo 8.1 with April patches.
3) Full screen gestures.
4) Better RAM management and battery life ( Thanks to Oreo)
If I missed anything, I'll add. Early may is the expected time frame for stable OTA. Most probably will be 9.5.8 or 9.5.12.

I'm also waiting for it for days, expect the 8.0 version.
An H2OS is out on September 30th with the following change log, so expecting the same with next beta, which probably will take another one week probably as first week of October in China. Since there is no mention of 8.0 in this update it is still in Alpha stage and we still have to wait for Oreo to taste at least via Beta program.
Update log
【desktop】
- Shot on OnePlus adds upload photos. Submit your photography masterpiece, will have the opportunity to show the world a plus users
【system】
- Increased CPU performance control in power saving mode to further reduce power consumption
- The new traffic statistics function, now calculate the flow of use will be more accurate
- repair part of the game and the application of black screen problems
- Fix Bluetooth protocol security issues (BlueBorne)

Yeah even OOS are updated by Chinese OP team, so can expect next Beta only by next week, but that too will be 7.1.1, not 8.0. As far as i know OOS update comes following H2Os updates in a day or two, so hoping the same to follow here too.

Must be pretty low standards with the releases they have been pushing. They are second to only google for OS issues on release. After soo much soo called testing lmao.

The only reason makes me to ues oos is this alpha test is based on oos nor hos. So I guess oos may first get the 8.0 beta also

That's because Huawei introduced this feature as a security reminder. Once every 3 days, it'll be asked you to input your pw, in way to "help" you remind it.
Here's the full changelog about that update, there should be other features too.
"This update adds a new split-screen key to WhatsApp message banners. It lets you enter split-screen mode with a single touch, without having to leave a video in full-screen viewing.
Adds a new split-screen function. You can swiftly split the screen to check your WhatsApp messages by touching the split-screen key when you are watching a video. Adds the Recently deleted album in Gallery that retains deleted photos and videos for up to 30 days. Accidentally deleted photos and videos can be restored with a single touch. Adds a security procedure that requires you to enter your lock screen password every three days, helping you to remember your password.
Optimizes Camera performance for faster shutter response, and a smoother experience overall. Integrates Google security patches released in Mar 2018 for improved system security."

Cons:
1) Quick Notification UI is fugly. No more quick settings for wifi and Bluetooth
2) No rootless substratum support
3) design language (gesture, recent app UI, everything is rounded)
4) wifi and charging issues on OG Pixel
5) not as smooth as Oreo
6) click on the left
7) status bar icons a mess. It's meant for phones with notch
Good things on Pie
1) superb battery
2) better security
3) GCam mod with night shift

Surprised. But maybe it's because I am coming from Nougat. I never used Oreo.
- No battery or wifi issues here.
- I seem to like the quick notification ui.
- it's very smooth. No lags or stutters whatsoever
- rounded corners, never noticed these but seem to be okay to me. I guess it's a personal preference.
- What I don't like is the default Phone app, it's not as versatile as in for example Miui.
I think Arnova's app has support for Oreo. You should try that one.

That's still buggy
On Playstore we can update Google Camera to version 6.1.021.220943556. In this build we have nightsight and the effect so better than older build.
But I think Csstark27 or another moder may help us to portrait. Thanks very much!!
How come every camera mod (I've tested) records 240fps slowmo in 1080p, not 720p as intended? Because of that 240fps is no use due to laggy video with frame drops. Noticed that first on CameraNX and now on those new mods.
Does anyone has the same issue?

New update coming soon for Nova 3i. the update is INE-LX2 8.2.0.133.
changelog:
-malaysia gps fix
-gesture navigation
-probably the latest security patch also
If you want to download the OTA you can find it using Firmware Finder.
make sure you Check Firmware Access before downloading the OTA. since it wont install if you dont have any access to the update.
I havent tested it since I dont have access to it yet. HUAWEI SUX.
How was your experience using Super Night Mode?
For me, It works fine. I dont take pictures often specially at night. Still usable though during the day if you want to use it since the range of iso and shutterspeed is wide.
But it would have been better if huawei included the gesture navigation also.
I have not get the update yet
I got the gesture navigation update along with the super night mode on my nova 3
When Indian Nova 3i will get this update?
I have updated but no super Night mode in my Nova 3i INE-LX1 8.2.0.131(C185) November update

Super night mode doesn't exist any more it was phased out and renamed night shot or night mode depending on region, super night mode was there out of the box and about a month to 2 months ago depending on region rebranded to night mode/shot but functions the same.
When navigation gesture will be available for ine-lx1

I wouldn't say that, I mean it maybe out of beta but further versions are being pushed out by the looks, 162 is on server but still not available here yet..
Using version 9.0.1.156 has fixed all the lagging and the camera not working. Been out of beta build for over a month almost 2 now in Australia.

Animations stuttering drops to 60hz frequent and many many apps not working including outlook and my bank app
The 12L beta is solid on my phone. It fixes the LDAC Bluetooth problem as well as the USB C DAC connect issue. The fingerprint reader also works great.
That being said, they are all probably getting updated soon so the best thing might be to hold tight for now.

People have had different experiences. I'm having no problems using A13B2.1 as a daily driver. Others have found it buggy for them.
I believe with today's release of the stable QPR3, the A12 QPR beta program has ended given A13 will likely be released in Aug-Sept..
