Is it possible that we can anyhow install the leak Rom just by the Update app by the package without having to unlock the bootloader?
No. You can't install leaked builds from Updater since the builds aren't officially signed by MIUI to be flashed in Updater.
If you don't want to unlock bootloader, you'll have to wait till they rollout OTA.

Does this OTA flash a new radio or bootloader? Did not use the OTA because I'm on AOKP 4.0.4. Would like a package of any other firmware that came with OTA if possible.
I don't think you need to worry about getting the OTA source. I'm sure someone will upload it within an hour after release
I currently have a Telus GSM GNex 4.0.4 flashed to the yakju builds so I can receive the OTA updates directly from Google. If I install the stock Jelly Bean 4.1 ROM, will I be able to receive subsequent OTA updates from Google?
Thanks.

We need to be a bit clearer than that in order to not cause confusion:
1) CWM is needed to flash JRN84D in current form, but that doesn't mean that CWM needs to be installed on your device. Booting CWM is fine.
2) All stock ROMs (including JRN84D) which have been updated from a previous build via an OTA update have two files in /system which re-flash the stock recovery on EVERY reboot. So, even if you did have CWM flashed, it would be gone unless you modified the ROM.
3) Even if you do keep CWM, you will still receive the notification that there is an OTA update, and you can install it -- it just won't install automatically. You need to manually download it, re-boot into CWM and flash it. But it will work fine.
I posted a while back in February about how I was unable to install the December Security OTA Update on my XT1710-01 RETUS, but I didn't get any responses. I believe that I have learned that this is due to the fact that I have unlocked my bootloader and rooted with Magisk (however I have not flashed TWRP or a custom recovery, if that makes a difference).
It looks like some other users had this issue too, and that some of you were able to get by with flashing a different Stock ROM in to get back to Stock and then flashing the OTA update.
Is that what I need to do in order to be able to flash my OTA updates in the future? Is there any other method aside from flashing the ROMs to get the updates too install on my phone?
So I'm still on stock, but I can't install OTA updates, which is to be expected since I have an unlocked bootloader, and TWRP. But I'm wondering if that will make an upgrade to Pie impossible without waiting for a custom ROM to come out? Or will I have to relock the bootloader to get it?
yes, if u not rooted neither using custom recovery
Hello, I want to flash TWRP on my SM-G990B. But I'm not planning to flash any rom/gsi yet and more likely to stay in stock OneUI. If I get an OTA update will that install if I have TWRP installed as recovery?
I wondering too
