Anyone already already purchase and try this? Kindly give some reviews ^^
I will share my opinions once my order arrived.
1. Something you need to know:
i.) Thickness? 0.3mm
ii.) Full-cover? Yes, with little almost 0.1mm space between corner (almost suitable for every phone case)
iii.) Full-adhesive? No, just side-cover.
First of all, regarding the tempered glass, as expected from Nillkin, it feels nice to touch, (probably good Oleophobic coating)
This tempered glass is crystals clear, but also highly reflective, hence maybe have issue with outdoor sunlight.
There is also one thing, i not sure what it is (maybe nano coating?) where you can see orange across the whole tempered glass, but it not noticeable when phone is active.
Next, about space between corner, it leaves about 0.1mm. Hence for certain phone case, it might leave a huge big space, but for normally one. It should be fine.
first image without phone case, second with phone case.
Also, to be noted, it not fully-adhesive, means there a huge chance that there will air trap inside when applying (it takes many tries to apply perfectly), when there is air, a (1) bubble will form at center, around 0.2-0.3mm size, that will cause halo effect when u press too hard.
About quality, i captured my phone under lamp light. I really can't comment much on it. It's clear, but reflect my own image >w<
I've had it on my A1 for about a week now and it looks good and blends in quite well. You won't even notice it's there. It covers a very tiny portion of my screen on the sides though that may just be on how it's applied. I recommend using a case so that thickness the tempered glass adds won't be noticeable.
I used it. It broke after two days when I have inserted the phone in the windshield support. My wife still has it on her phone, but it's already broken after one month of normal usage. I have used other glass protections on other phones before without this kind of issues. But this one is very fragile. When removing, I also noticed it uses a kind of soft glue. I was happy I haven't kept it longer on my phone. So, although it looked good in the beginning, I can't really recommend.

Today i got my PDair ultra clear screen protector.
I got it because i needed a screen protector and i didn't find the spigen flex HD on amazon until a day after i placed my order, so i got this.
It comes in a small plastic bag, nothing fancy, inside you get ONE protector (i thought there would be at least 2 but i was wrong), a cleaning cloth, a "soft card" aka piece of plastic to squeeze out air bubbles and the obligatory instructions demonstrating how to apply on the iphone (the front "selling" image is also of an iphone).
It's a dry application protector with two layers to peel off.
I should warn you so you don't make my mistake, the protector, once you remove the "step one" protective layer is EXTREMELY electrostatic. It picked up dust from the surrounding table like there was no tomorrow. So now i've got a bit of dust under my protector, but it's nothing serious, though it may bother some people.
It applies very nicely, this is my first screen protector ever and i managed to get it on the first time with no bubbles in the middle.
The sides and edges have some bubbles but i think thats just from the dust, or i didn't apply it correctly.
The protector itself is invisible, except for the edges of the plastic, and it's a bit harder to swipe now it's on, like it's a bit sticky.
Maybe that will wear off over time, will update this post if it does. It still collects fingerprints and smudges, but it's just a little bit better than without the protector.
It offers good protection, and fingernails do not leave a mark, neither does rubbing metal on it, though very sharp objects do leave a mark. (see last picture, i tested it with the sharp end of a screwdriver and pushed quite hard. It does scratch but the screen beneath is OK)
One more thing , it does not cover the whole screen, on the top and bottom there is about 3mm of glass to the edge, and on the sides it goes to the curved part. I use the case mate tough case so it does not bother me.
And thats it, pics below, any questions ask me and i will try to answer.

Hello everyone. I just got the chance to install the Skinomi Tech Glass tempered glass screen protector that I ordered off of Amazon a couple days ago for $14.95 after I noticed that my Nillkin chipped in a couple of spots on top of the screen protector and proceeded to crack.
The overall packaging of the Skinomi is done rather well and unless heavy items is stacked on the packaging the screen protector should be safe during transport. I chose the Skinomi product over other products because of a lifetime replacement warranty they have on the product so if this screen protector happens to chip or lift up because of a poor manufacturing process I have that extra piece of mind. Some features this product has is as mentioned before a lifetime warranty, a thin profile(seems thinner than Nillkin although the official specs has it the same), rounded edges, oleophobic coating, and a proximity sensor cutout. Installation was a breeze and the fit is much like the Nillkin with a couple of millimeters of space around the edges. So far I am quite satisfied with the product, I will upload pictures of the installation soon.

Does is come with a back protector as well? I noticed my Nillkin has small chips at a few spots as well. One of them looks like it's cracked slightly but it's so thin you don't notice it. I'm thinking it'll blow out eventually though so I'll have to replace sooner or later. Damned if I know how how it would have chipped since I've never dropped it or keep it near anything that could do it.
The cheap back protector that comes with the Nillkin seems to be doing the job, it's scratched to hell! So I'll never not have anything on the back.
No the Skinomi does not come with a back protector, just the front. I still have my Nillkin back cover still on the phone.
I am assuming the keys in my pocket caused the chips on my Nillkin because I never dropped my phone either.
Forgive me if this sounds stupid, is this meant to be use in place of the stock glass that comes on the Z1?

no. it covers the glass, so you technically have 2 layers of glass on the front of your phone.
I got a brand new Huawei P9 (EVA AL10), which already has some sort of film on the screen (also it comes with a case that I put on). Is this a tempered glass or some other type of film, plastic or glass? What sort of protection is it? Or maybe it's just a casual film that needs to be removed after unpackaging? Notice that the film does not cover the screen completely, about a milimeter is not covered in the left and right sides.
It's my first smartphone and I am not familiar with these gadgets at al! Also, I am a clumsy person. I will surely drop the phone (probably regularly once in a while). What sort of accessory can I use to protect against drops? Is a folded-case better than the standard case that comes with the phone for screen protection?

I'm quite sure that was just a flim. You should have bought a tempered glass protection.

My P9 came with some kind of protector (under the outer protecting film). I'm still thinking if I should replace it with something that cover the entire screen because it looks a bit ugly.. Here is how it looks:
Better to keep that plastic screen protector. The tempered glass ones do not work well on the p9. On a second note ugh the ads for this website on mobile are horrible.
I replaced it with something from ScreenKnights. Feels OK but seems to be very sensitive to scratches. Look at the marks I did with just my nails..

Maybe because this is made from silicon like 3MK Arc. It's very soft protector film. It's impossible to scratch it
Hello everyone.
I've been searching online for a specific type of screen protector but I couldn't find one.
Then I started searching for some company that provides custom cut screen protectors but most of what I found was located in the US so service and shipping cost are unreasonable for me.
The goal is to get a custom screen protector leaving enough uncovered space in the upper left corner of the LG G4 front panel to stick a camera cover there. I made some quick overview of the idea into a pic (scanned a cover and a screen protector and made some mockups) - see below.

Of course I've broken a few screen protectors already trying to cut them to my needs myself, both straight up snapping off the corner hoping it would snap like I hoped it would as well as trying to first scratch a small groove along which I wanted it to crack - all attempts ended in a web of cracks starting in that corner and extending throughout majority of the screen surface. I also know I could use a thin plastic screen protector (the sticker type) and cut it with scissors but those need to be replaced every other month as they wear out, plus they provide inferior protection overall. I'm talking tempered glass type of stuff.
So, my questions are:
Anyone knows a supplier around Europe or preferably a shop on Aliexpress offering this kind of cut-to-measure service? Cost effectiveness matters.
Maybe you've seen this kind of screen protector somewhere?
Have you seen a smaller cam cover as well? The standard one fits fine in this case but a smaller one would simplify things.
Or maybe someone here has an idea how to correctly cut/snap/dissolve a standard screen protector? An inexpensive tool or a DIY method?
Why would you want this? Just use a normal screen protector that covers the camera like everyone else
When I ordered my Pixel 4, I ordered a few various screen protectors and cases to have ready when it arrived. I'm very happy to report that the first one I tried out has turned out so well that I just threw all the other cases/protectors in a drawer to collect dust.
Amazon Link ($7.99)
I installed the case first to use as a guide to install the protector and the end result is the most perfect protector install I've done on any phone, with perfect alignment and no dust trapped underneath. There is no "halo" line to be seen where the clear part of the protector meets the black border around the edges, either. I was quite worried about that.
I initially intended to use this protector (or another one) with a Spigen TPU case, but the case that comes with this protector is so good (with a slim snug fit and perfectly tactile button feel) that I have no desire to remove it. I love the combo so much that I decided to order another one to have as a spare in case they ever disappear from Amazon.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this with others who may be looking for full coverage protectors. Here are a few pics I took. Any dust seen is on top of the protector. Living in a brand new house, it's impossible to escape, unfortunately.

Does the screen protector adhere well on the edges? Or does it rise up?

Sorry for the delay. The edges adhere with no issues. I haven't had any lifting at all. It's still perfect.
Full coverage protectors always seem to chop off a bit of the display. Usually noticeable in apps that have objects near the edges. How does this one fare?

I disagree. I have installed many screen protectors and this one does not confirm to the curved edges of the screen. The case is excellent though.
I bought it just today, waiting for it to arrive to me in Italy (about 10 days). From the photos I can see that they are a winning combination!
