As written in the title, when I lose 4G signal while on call holding the phone to my ear it just won't hand over to 2G/3G networks. This doesn't happen on speaker mode or the proximity sensor isn't blocked so the screen stays awake. (I have an H815TR btw)

I was looking for an adjustment(i assume it is a registry edit) that would allow me to increase the sensitivity of the light or proximity sensor. I'm not sure which one governs the screen turning itself off during calls when it is up to your ear but I am having a problem with hitting buttons and especially turning the phone into airplane mode during calls.
Thanks for any help.
how to disable that feature it basically prevents upper speaker from ringing whenever the proximity sensor is coverd
when my watch connected to my moto x pure edition with Bluetooth the proximity sensor doesn't work during call and don't turn off the screen.
when i turned off the Bluetooth the sensor work fine during calls.
any solution?
My screen doesnt go off (when kept on ear) when I answer or make a call. I cleaned the proximity sensor as well.
Any ideas?

I use Pixel 2 XL as my daily driver and I have just noticed that sometimes when I answer call on the phone the proximity sensor is not working and phone app shows it uses GW for making a call
switching output to phone does not make any difference (only to speakerphone which does not use proximity sensor)
did you experienced such behaviour?
