[Q] Artemis without ROM

My P3300 is without a rom. I had problems previously and had to install the original rom via bootloader mode. It worked for a while then began to freeze and automatically restart at times. tried to upgrade the rom to a different version but was not successful. it gave me the restore mode but was also not successful. Now my phone is without a rom and i cannot install any rom to it as well. it gives me Invalid vendor id error or corrupt image for all the previous working roms i tried. it begins the update then the phone reboots at 2%. need help desperately.
You can try to flash your device with the SD_Card Flash method look for it here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Artemis_SD_Card_Flashing
1. Download the original rom for your device that was installed at the beginnig you bought the device with.
2. Extract all the contents of the installer file (winrar or a similar prog.)
3. navigate to the extracted original rom (RUU_signed.nbh)
4. Rename the file to ARTEIMG.nbh and put it in the root of your storage card
5. put the card back in to your device and hold down the voice button after you press the power button.
6. Now your bootloader should show up and check for the ARTEIMG.nbh on your storage card.
7. Slide down the volume button and it should begin to flash your device.
8. After flashing process is finished. Power device off and do a hard reset.
If your device is working again and you need further help for unlocking your device (Super-CID) to flash custom roms pm me or post in this topic.

[Q] Phone soft bricked? Unable to used ADB or Memory Card

Hello everyone,
I got my AT&T HTC M9 yesterday with 1.32.502.9. I unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP successfully. I tried Installing Android Revolution 4.1 and didn't noticed the installation failed. When I restarted the phone it got stuck on the HTC logo. Someone after messing with the phone I ended up loosing TWRP and I'm back to the stock recovery with only these options:
reboot system now
apply updates from ADB
wipe data/fatory reset
wipe cache partition
reboot to bootloader
power down
view recovery logs
apply from phone storage
apply from sd card
My phone is stuck at the logo screen and I cannot sideload or flash anything from the SD memory card or phone storage. My phone gives me an error when I try to flash from the SD card and my computer now does not detect my M9 (all drivers were installed previously as well as the SDK)
I don't want to do anything else yet because I'm afraid I will make things worse. Could any body advice me on how to fix my phone?
Thank you!
I was able to fix it.

You have to switch to the download mode on your M9 and use the fastboot command to flash a custom recovery (TWRP2050 worked for me). Make sure your SDK is up to date and you download and install all the HTC drivers for the M9.
This might help: http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/general/guide-root-install-twrp-htc-one-m9-t3061133

Shut the phone off, wait 10 seconds then hold volume down and start button. After a few seconds, it wil vibrate, release the buttons and it should start in donwload mode (black background).

Turn on you phone and wait about 10 seconds after seeing the HTC logo. Hold down the volume up button and power button for a few seconds until the phone vibrates, as soon as that happens switch to the volume down button and power button that should put the phone in "download mode." Connect your phone to your PC. On your command prompt you can type "fastboot devices" to check and make sure your phone is good to go. After that, you should be able to flash TWRP which in turn would allow you to flash a custom rom and fix your phone.

I don`t have m9 now but if you do this solution, maybe your phone boot up again ( this solution works on m8 )
I don`t think your phone bricked or damaged memory
you can do this solution, maybe your phone fixed !
1- charge your phone then update the htc usb driver and adb tools
2- then boot to the bootloader and flash the latest twrp recovery again ( don`t forgot do erase cache)
3- download other rom like viper rom then copy it on the flash memory ( to install rom with otg cable and flash memory)
4-do full wipe ( internal and external memory - system - cache - dalvik cache)
5- install rom from flash memory and do full wipe again in aroma installer
6- then restart your phone and wait to phone boot up again
7- if don`t boot up,go to the bootloader and flash boot.img from rom ( you should extract rom to see it )
after all you can s-off your phone if you like
good work:good:

Thanks for replying but I was able to fix my phone a few hours after. Those are the right steps but you're missing some details. HTC has now changed things a bit and added the "download mode." Flashing in bootloader does not work any more.
Glad your all sorted !

Bricked D855 - LED flashing red & blue

Hello, guys!
I stupidly bricked my D855 trying to install CM 13.
It was on Stock Lollipop.
Now it only flashes red and blue led. No system and no recovery.
This is exactly what I did:
1. root
2. install TWRP 3.0.0.0
3. reboot to Recovery mode
4. completely format all partitions
5. upload CM13.zip and Gapps.zip
6. try to flash CM13
Here I got an error about the Baseband version and the flash did not started.
It was version 20B I guess.
7. Search Google about the error and found an update to version 30B
8. Download the firmware.zip and upload to phone
9. Flash firmware.zip
10. reboot
This is where I got stuck.
I thought it would boot to recovery again, but it is completely dead.
When I power the phone on, I can see the LG logo with this error at the top left:
ERROR : boot certification verify
[660] ------------------
[660] Secure booting Error!
[660] Cause : Boot certification verify
[660] -----------------
And then the screen turns off and the led flashes red and blue.
If I try to push Power and Volume Down, I got the same thing.
If I try to push Power and Volume Up, the screen turns off, but the led don't flash.
If I push only Volume Down the phone reboots to the LG logo.
LG Flash Tool does not detect the phone.
I've searched on Google, YouTube and here on XDA and did not found anything.
It was stupid to format all partitions, I know.
Is there a way to recover the phone or I should buy another one?
Thank you very much for the help.
Hi, guys,
Download Mode still works.
Using LG Tool, the KDZ method did not work, but looks like the TOT+DLL mode works.
Unfortunately, I could not find the files for my specific model D855P.
The tool recognizes the phone at COM41, but the files for D855 are not suitable.
Anybody know where I can find the TOT and DLL?
Thank you!!!

It's a google search for your required firmware. Try it.
https://www.google.com.pk/search?q=...rome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8
Thank you very much for the help.
Unfortunately I did not found the correct TOT and DLL for D855P, but the KDZ file worked.
I changed the Mode option on LG Flash Tool from DIAG to Emergency and the flash did the trick.
Now I'll try to upgrade to stock 6.0, root, install TWRP and than CM13.
Thanks, guys.

1. Tighten two volume buttons and the power button when you see a black screen and holding down the volume- and power button that would go to bootloader,in the bootloader,to select reboot. 2. Download, unzip the file and put on mikroSDcard. in TWRP reсоvery Wipe-advanced Wipe - note 5 crosses (mikroSDcard not necessary) Swipe to Wipe, then return to gl.menyu, Restore Storage, Internal Storage, TWRP backup, Swipe to Restore. http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-820/help/backup-twrp-6-0-1-marshmallow-europe-t3382496

Asus Fonepad 7 ME372CG unable to flash stuck in boot screen

Recently I tried to flash my Asus Fonepad 7 to an earlier version as the last update slowed down the tablet.
I did following steps and all were successfull.
1. Installed and configured ADB and fastboot.
2. Downloaded Firmware and copied to SD card.
3. Flashed boot.img and fastboot.img using fastboot.
As the next step I choose SD Download to install the firmware.
Then it successfully copies the firmware to cache and restarts to install.
After restart it waits few seconds in bootscreen and restart. Then it stuck on bootscreen forever.
I tried several firmware versions and bootloaders, but the result is same.
*All the other steps mentioned were successfull
Please help me to solve this.
