Bluetooth no longer auto connects - Google Pixel 2 XL Questions & Answers

Since updating for February, my Pixel will no longer auto connect to my devices. It is stock unlocked and rooted with Magisk. I have a Ford escape and every time I start it, I have to manually connect my Bluetooth now, as before it would do it automatically. Same thing with my Soundpeats Bluetooth speaker. Ive tried forgetting and repairing, any other ideas?

[Q] Multiple device over Bluetooth issues since ICS

Situation:
I'm using a Xlink bluetooth gateway in my house to connect my phone with and I also have a Mazda CX-5 with integrated Bluetooth system with the latest update from TomTom and Mazda. In the Mazda, I use the Bluetooth mainly for the phone, but occasionally use it to stream audio.
Phone:
T-Mobile samsung S2 x SGH-T989D with ICS 4.0.4 (Rogers leak)
Issues:
At first (With official Gingerbread)... everything was working fine. Both device paired and all functionality worked.
Then, applied official ICS update from Kies software ICS 4.0.3 and Bluetooth issues started. I first paired my Xlink device. So far it worked. Then tried to pair my Mazda, everything was really slow but managed to have it work. Turn the car off, get back in the house and the phone is now able to pair with my Xlink device, but cannot connect as a phone audio. Even if I go manually in the Bluetooth menu and try to activate the Phone audio it wont work. Only way to have it work again is to unpaired the Mazda and reboot.
After reboot, the phone works great in the house with my Xlink device. Going back to my car and try to pair my Mazda. Same issue. The phone does pair with the Mazda, but I'm unable to make a call since the phone cannot activate the Phone audio.
Look online and have tried the ICS 4.0.4 (Rogers leak) and same issue with Bluetooth.
The only way my devices works perfectly is when I only pair with one device at a time. There is something happening when you pair more than one device, even if not both device are turned on or in range.
Anybody got the same issue or a fix to that?
Thank you and sorry if my post is a little long... but that issue is the only thing that make me not enjoy my phone.

Bluetooth auto connect issues - Chrysler UConnect

I have a new Fire Phone running the stock Fire OS 4.6.1, rooted and with Google Play Store Installed.
My vehicle is a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country with the UConnect feature built in. I have successfully paired my phone already.
The main issue is that I have to manually connect every time I get in the car. After I leave the car or the car is turned off, it disconnects as expected, just never reconnects automatically.
I just switched over from an iPhone 4 and this is a major inconvenience. WIth the iPhone it just worked. If I was on a call and got in the car, it would automatically switch over to bluetooth UConnect and come over the cars audio system.
Is there anyway to make this work properly? I have seen a couple apps in the Play Store that seem to state they can fix this, but I am a little weary of them. Like Bluetooth Auto Connect
Does anyone have any experience with this app or have any other general advice on this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I did also check this thread with no real luck http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1312576

Does your car have multiple ways to connect a device to the car's stereo via Bluetooth? According to this post, using the steering wheel/voice commands makes a difference versus using the stereo's dials. Another post mentioning the same issue and fix for other phones and cars: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6760095

Bluetooth pairings "forgotten" with car and Huwawei watch - stock Marshmallow

Bluetooth pairings "forgotten" with car and Huwawei watch - stock Marshmallow
I have an M8 that I recently returned to stock. It's locked but S-OFF, but is otherwise running T-Mobile stock - latest Marshmallow updates. No especially weird programs running either.
I am having ongoing Bluetooth issues. When in my car, the watch and car seem to compete for the connection, with one or both disconnecting or failing to connect in the first place. Additionally, my bluetooth pairings are routinely lost and I'm re-prompted to pair with either/both devices. No particular pattern to either.
I have un-paired, re-paired, cleared cache and reset my watch to factory settings and reset all the bluetooth connections on my car. Still happening. The one thing I have not tried is a factory reset of my phone - I hate having to go through the whole setup process again.
Is this a problem others are having? Is there a fix?

Bluetooth doesn't connect to previously paired devices - Nougat 7.1.1

Just got a Robin to replace a N5X that was killed while on vacation in MX. The bluetooth pairs just fine the first time to all four of the bluetooth devices I routinely use. Despite them now being listed in 'Paired Devices' none of them will automatically connect to the Robin. Each acts as if its the initial pairing again, asking to be included as a trusted source, and the device being connected to requiring a confirmation on the pairing. And even then getting them connected again has about a 50% success ration (if that). The N5X never had issues automatically connecting to the same four devices. Is this a known bug and is there any work around?
***UPDATE***
Well, nothing I've tried could make bluetooth work properly on stock 7.1.1. Deleting all paired devices, factory reset, you name it. Fed up, I decided to flash Omni Rom and now bluetooth works as well or better than any device I've owned. As such, it's definitely a software issue with stock 7.1.1.

Why Bluetooth connection is a mess on Pixel 3XL since 2020?

Hello
I'm facing the problem that the bluetooth connection to my cars multimedia unit is a big mess since 2020.
But not only when connecting to the cars BT. Every BT connection will randomly asks for permission to the contacts or messages...
The phone will not store this information correctly anymore. My car is an 2020 Opel and sometimes it says that the bt connection can't be established, but it actually plays music over this connection and phonebook is also transfered.
I have the pixel 3XL since it came out and it is completely stock non rooted or something like that (I'm to old for this stuff as a daily driver )
So, did google mess the driver up that it will not work correctly anymore? Or does someone know what's going on in the device?

Have tried different ROM's on this Pixel 3 XL so I completely understand the Bluetooth issue. Have grown to rely on turning off Bluetooth before using the passcode; kind of helps with the new ViPER4Android FX,
Since using ScorpionROM, haven't had any Bluetooth issues. Maybe give it a shot and see if it helps
