Hey guys,
After the oreo open beta update i had a problem with loudspeaker volume so i reverted to nouget using the official method with the special rollback build..
I flashed the files using stoc recovery
Then upgraded again to oreo to try the face unlock feature
Then i rooted and installed TWRP recovery..
I now want to go back to nouget stable..but cant get ti the stock recovery.. And when in TWRP i dont see the roll back files..
Just download firmware 4.5.1 flash it than flash any nougat rom

Hi All
It seems like the Android on my A1 got corrupted somehow. First the Recovery got corrupted and then the OS. it simply does not end the boot animation.
The solution I wish to try.
I have flashed the stock recovery but that is from the version 4.4.4 and it does not let me install updates
I wish to install the patches from April and May and see if the phone boots after that.
Stock recovery does not allow me to do that as it thinks it is till in 4.4.4.
WOw that is not an great issue buddy , You might have flash some wrong ROM I hope.Find any Official Lolipop or Marshmallow Version for your handset (Not OTA updates, Official Stock ROM) and flash that using flashtool.First boot can take upto 20-30 minutes. So be patient and if problem resolves grab me beer buddy I will mail you the Official lollipop Stock Rom link.
Thanks .. problem I hope is solved right now .. flashed the Lolipop using the sp flash tool and now updating it to marshmellow
Can anyone provide me stock recovery of marshmallow build no. is MOB30N June patch...plz its urgent
Please some body will help to revert back to 3.2.4 on pure stock to get the ota
Thanks
Unlock bootloader, flash modded twrp, flash oxygen os.zip, flash oxygen recovery. In case you want to relock bootloader again, you can do so but you'll have to adb sideload oxygen os after that. All your data and media will be wiped off the phone
So, I'm still in lollipop blobs and would like to update to marshmallow. Can I just flash the latest mm stock rom to any stock recovery? Or do I need to flash the first mm stock rom release before flashing the latest stock?
Edit: Does upgrading to mm makes the bl locked?
Hello,
You could grab the latest full stock MM to the root of SD card and let FOTAService to detect it and choose the package. It'll automatically reboot to recovery to flash updates.
I successfully updated to stock MM .134 from .196 LL without relocking bootloader. Some may have their bootloader re-locked.

Hello ,
i have upgraded using OTA to Oreo but some of the critical apps related to my work are not compatible with Oreo yet so i want to downgrade to Nougat,
I have non rooted phone with stock recovery,
i have also searched for this but couldn't find a answer for stock recovery.
Kindly please help.
Go to the below link and download the special build they have provided there and flash it via recovery. You'll be booted back to nougat though you'll loose partial data. You can find more info there.

Hi there, I have my reasons, but I want to return back to a custom Oreo rom, I'm currently on a custom ROM with the latest firmware 9.0.7, so is it a case of downloading a earlier stock firmware, flashing in recovery? Also as I want to stay decrypted too, do I still use the v4 no Verity file on Oreo?
Thanks everyone
I am also thinking of going back to Oreo and have my reasons also. I think the best way would be to use the Aroma installer by brad which has oreo stock too.

would also be very interested if downgrade is possible. bought a used 5t with pie but need xposed and a few modules. anybody out there who tried downgrade?
Hi..I successfully downgraded my 5t to Oreo ob19 using flashable zip from below link
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/how-to/oneplus-5t-mirrors-official-oxygen-os-t3708099
Copy the rom zip to internal storage. Reboot into stock/twrp
Wipe data/cache reset system settings
Flash zip and wipe cache then restart
We are back into the good old Oreo...
