Hi people!
Today I stream Spotify from my PC in my home office to my PS3 in the living room with ps3mediaserver. It's great that this is possible, but when I want to listen to a spesific song/playlist, I have to go to my computer and find the song/playlist there.
Is it possble to stream Spotify from my HD2 (with the official spotify app) to PS3 as I do from my PC? It would be great to use my HD2 to scroll through playlists, choose songs etc. and have the audio streamed to my TV speakers.
Cheers!
Hmm, I guess it's not possible..
I've been using the 'imediashare app' to stream videos from the One X to the xbox 360 from my windows 7 laptop, but always get 'this format is not supported', I downloaded the optional codecs to support mp4, but still the same problem. The only way I found to stream video is to use Windows media centre, but then videos play back really slowly and buffer all the time, it's a bit of a pain that I'm trying to find the solution to.
Anyone found the solution?
No matter what I try I cannot get Allcast to stream music from google play music to my Apple TV or Roku stick and wanted to know if anyone else has tried this app with root and had any success?
Tried rebooting my router, installed the patch from Allcast multiple times, installed a newer version of SU and no dice it either finds nothing or sits there searching for devices and never finds anything at all.
If I turn on my chrome cast then it only ever see's the chrome cast and nothing else.
For reference Allcast see's all my media devices and I can stream to them fine it's just google play music, photo's and movies which ain't working.
Anyone?
Try going into settings then "share and connect" and take a look at the settings in media server. I had to enable this for streaming to work.
Hello,
I've got the exact same issue with my LG G3 ("searching for devices" in Play Music but ok through the app), did you find a solution ?
Thanks
So yesterday I noticed that when I tried to stream a movie through google play movies & tv only the audio would play (oddly enough the info cards still come up along with the closed captioning). I can however download movies/shows and they will play and the trailers in the app will stream and play video but nothing that I own will play video. I've tried switching between awesome player and nuplayer and nothing. Installed Movies & TV 3.7 and still nothing.
I'm running a Cyanogenmod 12 nightly so I'm guessing/hoping the cause is a bug in one of the nightlies. If not is it possible that google might be blocking the video? I find it suspicious that the trailers in the app will stream and play fine but nothing else will. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips other then changing the ROM?
Make sure you haven't got Display HW overlays ticked in Developer Settings.
I have strange issue on my moto z play, video stream over RTSP looks like have a compression issues
It is 100% phone fault, i have 2 drones "mi 4k" and "3dr solo" booth use RTSP stream for video and both have the same issue, i test it also on anohter phone (LG 5X) and eveythign works fine, i test also a RTSP stream over VLC on my moto z play and get the same issue like on dedicated drone app. More stranger is that after phone restart it is ok for some time.
It was on Nugat and still remains on Oreo
